Top Left plant that is flowering has a red dot in the center?

The lowest part of the midrib, where all the veins meet, has a red dot. Is this normal? It is occurring to the top left plant I have that is flowering right now. I thought maybe its an attribute from Red Russian XXL?

I had 2 air lines in this 1 bucket. The only thing I did different was take one of the air stones & line I had out of the bucket to start a forth bucket. Could me taking away that extra air be the problem & can I save it by adding it back or is this more of a nutrient burn?Week 1

I bought it from a friend, he said its Humboldt Seed Company's Banana Mango seed and he said he bought it from the autoflower aisle but the website said Banana Mango is a photoperiod seed. Pointy LeavesExtreme nub here. I look at other grows and it seems my plant has sharp point on leaves. Is it the genetics or am I doing something I shouldn't? The plant is doing great growing looks good to me but I see the leaves seem pointy . The plant is auto Northern light in soil.
