Day 4 and it looks like what, nute burn? light burn? Just planted in a new batch of living soil. I'm stumped. Comments welcome!

Hello I think the answers are good . Just a word more. The seed has, with in it, enough energy to get the starter leaves and the first true set of leaves out. My opinion: they need nothing but water up to that point, oh and a peat pellet for the roots. Put the seedling in a 4 inch pot with some ordinary potting soil. A little food at first. Let its root get use to feeding from the soil. They like friendly fungi, helps them digest food. Once it's on the way to its 3 set of leaves, you can put in you living soil. Good Luck. Chuck.

My guess is the soil is just too "hot".. she will grow into thou.. happens in my fox farm ocean forest if i don't cut it with an inert medium also.. 👊

Hello If your light is dimmed down to about 40% then it shouldn't be the light. If so then I'd say that living soil is still a bit hot for this little baby.

May be light burn depending on how close you have the lights but I wouldn’t worry to much until you see the next set and how they look! I had a seedling sprout with only 1 yellow leaf and it’s doing fine now! I would just keep an eye on it! Happy growing
