Yellow leaves, red discoloration on couple of branches

1st plant-day 37 2nd plant-day 36 In both cases, the first leaves turn yellow at the very bottom. They are to be cut after 60 days. On two plants, red discoloration appear on some branches. Both are higher than in the manufacturer's description. Is everything ok so far?
