Wrinkling leaves and tops ???

This has started recently i don't really know what it is and what has caused it(maybe over watering or nutrient burn,not too sure),anybody know how to fix this and what might have caused this?

When the serrated edges of marijuana leaves curls or tipped up like that, it’s often a sign of temperature stress, overwatering/root problems or extreme humidity levels. Hope that helps you

Dry brittle leavesDiscoloured older leaves curling up at the edges and turning dry and brittle. I think my problem is over or under watering. I've been very careful to avoid overwatering so I'm leaning towards the latter but what I've read online suggests dry/brittle means overwatering. Thoughts?

Saw this first day of 12/12Pretty sure this is just where I got nutrient solution on my plant yesterday when watering unless it's something else? Bottom leaf turned yellow with brown on edgeHello this is my first grow and had noticed a leaf turned yellow with brown spot on the edge.
