How far do you defoliate your mainlined autos?

A question to all you autoflower mainliners out there, how often do you defoliate, and to what extent? I trimmed the fan leaves off the bottom of the cola stems, should I take it higher?

Week 7 SCROG vs Defoliation question I'm in the middle of week 6 of flower, both strains are expected to finish at 8 or 9 weeks. Plants are crowded. Buds aren't as big as I was expecting. I'm not sure if I should leave the SCROG canopy to boost the crowns, or defoliate to get more light to the lower bud sites.

Anyone know where I can find some blue diamond seeds? Trying to create blue zkittlez. Got sum in a dispensary in vegas and the smell and taste was amazing. Tangerine with a hint of blueberry. Completley throws ur balance off when the high hits. Feels like nothing I've ever tried.
