Hard to see if there is and yellow on the seedling. I would not feed nutes on first week or two depending on substrate type - the seed shell has everything the plant needs to get started. Just PH water and good light humidity and temp.

stop feeding if the coco is well-buffered. If you know it's devoid of nutes to start, ignore me and keep doing what you are doing :)
The seed is good for a couple sets of serrated leaves, typically, before it needs much else. don't be a "helicopter parent" :P it'll all go well.

Is this Nute burn?Is this Nute burn or something else? Using bio bizz grow, bloom and top max with “all in one” soil. I’ve recently upped the nutes in line with the bio bizz feeding schedule for my soil but it looks like the plant is freaking out at something.
