Should I top this branch at week 3 of flower?

The thickest branch on my plant is taller than all the rest. Just started week 3 of flowering. Should I top it down to the same height as the rest of the plant?

No I wouldn't at this stage. I would move the plants around a bit so the shorter branches get the most light and if it keeps over taking them bend it slightly and tie it down (super crop) 👌🌱👍

I don't like supercropping as you can do more harm then good and it's really not some shit hot method of increasing yields.. I tire of repeating the same stuff but it has more to do with light and how much light you have in the tent and where the light is then anything else.. Trial and error.. Observations.. I'll be growing pounds every 3 months and a huge part of it is light.. That being said I would lst the highest node if your that worried or just let it ride out and see what happens. Observation and making reasonable conclusions can get you soo much farther then a bunch of fools preaching the same ole tired songs... While the folks who are getting the big yields are laughing because it's not exactly like they are sharing the secret..

It's too late to do that. It'll do more harm to the plant than actually good, as there's no plant growth anymore. Maybe you can try and do some LST in it? If your idea is to have an even canopy this can help you out 😀

Definitely Not! That will just reduce ur yield not help increase it at this point in the game. By looking at pics and studying ur canopy. I'd super crop that branch 3 nodes down from ur top. Supercrop it forward and to the right I see open space there it wont shade anything. Itll reduce its height and create a knuckle and bow. Evening up ur canopy. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Instead of topping, use the supercropping technique.. you can grab the stem with both hands and give it a sort of twist till you hear a pop noise.. it will kinda flop down after that and give time for the other tops to catch up.. but it will also recover quickly and grow even stronger because of it! I use it all over on my girls while they were growing and i was scrogging! Hope this helps! Happy growing!

How to top to make more colas (mainline)I was curious if anyone could help me understand how they train their plant to separate into like 7 or 8 different branches right down at the bottom of the stem. Almost looks like multiple topping on top of each. Any advice? Added a photo for more clarity.

First Time GrowerI’m first time grower and would like some help on choosing my first seeds. I’m doing an indoor grow, LED lights, Soil Medium, prefer high yielding and high thc, feminised as well. I’m planning on doing LST and using a SCROG to allow a higher yield. Thank you :)
