Should I defoliate at this stage?

Dear growers, since it's my first growth, I'm unsure if I defoliate to make more "branches", but don't know exactly how and when to do it.
Information on internet are very contradictory, and I cannot ask any friend. What do you think? The plant to me looks healty

I think you mean "topping", that is cutting the top of the plant, to allow more lateral growth (branching).
They're ready to be topped, if you meant that by defoliating :)

And btw I think it is starting to flower already so better not to disturb it with too much shocking at this point

Hi there!
I most definitely would not defoliate yet. If you decide to do it I suggest that you wait atleast two weeks more, when the plant is much bigger and bushier and the leaves are actually in the way of something.
Be patient with her and she looks good by the way! 👌

Defoliate or LST?Defoliate or LST? Both Grapefruit and Bruce Banner are ready for some love but due to the short bushy nature of this grow, if we LST and start bending the plants their leaves will end up touching the soil. Would it be better to remove a couple of fan leaves to let light in?
