Height problems, she's reaching to close to the light again (in flower)

Hi guys, I start to have height issues. The light is the max on height (ziptied to the poles) and the buds are already that close again to the light. What can i do with these 2 tops that i don't end up with lightbleach?

grow/spread this one is saturated with light. a friend is growing one also and it is half the size. the stem is about 3/4 of an inch thick and the branches are like tree branches. from what i hear they DON"T stretch out with a lot of light but grow sideways which is what im thinkin. idk.
