calcium is good. tap water is good due to the elements in it - fe, ca and even cl is used by a plant. if you can look up your municipalities water report, and reference that with some google searches on accptable levels for plants, you'd know if you needed the filter water or not. if not, you are potentially doing something with a net negative impact.
tips can be nutrient burn or possibly a deficiency. it depends more on your recent behaviour and what you feed it. If consistent, i'd back off a bit. LEaves look a dark, but healthy green, so you have plenty of room for error here. take the most conservative route possible, if your recent behaviour dictates differently than this suggestion.
Maybe a sulfur tox? save the leaf chart image i have posted in either diary this week. it's very useful at eliminating possibilities.
As always, this info assumes you have proper pH and other such variables within some nominal range of ~normal. otherwise, you get that corrected and water only for a bit - nice and safe in soil.
