While doing a little LST on my photo, I split the stalk a little. Doesn't seem to have hurt it (yet) but wondering what I should do, if anything?

Why/how do you guys water only every couple days?I have to water my girls everysingle day, otherwise they are pretty unhappy. I give them about 550 mL every 24 hours.

Twins or different species?3rd grow, so still a complete noob, didn't know twins were a thing before these popped up.
