I understand that the fear of overfertilization (as you can read that very often) can be so high that people under-fertilize.. honestly, it's even better to under-fertilize a little than to give too many, as it's easier to recover, however i would still say it's best to not under-fertilize either, as this can stun the growth of the plant. after all she's not getting enough food.
It's good to hear that you have picked it up, and that the new growth is green.
As mentioned, just don't try to over-compensate and give too much. Nute burn you'd usually see by the leaves going dark green, and then the tips of the leaves start turning brown and wilting off (because the plant can't move the nutrients any further, but they're too many to utilize).
You mentioned you're using canna coco, but are you also growing in coco? or is this soil?
In either way, i would suggest investing in an EC meter to measure the strength of the nutrients and then feed according to that.
Here's an article that has helped me understand a lot about it and since measuring what i feed the plants (as well as what they take up), i haven't had any feeding issues anymore: https://www.mandalaseeds.com/Guides/Fertilizing-Smart-Guide
(That goes also for my hydroponic chili peppers, so not only for cannabis ;))
