@Ju_Bps, congrats on win.
In my view if i would somehow advertise my product i would show it in real colours, those photos will be used to promote brand , thats fact. That thing looks confusing for new byers and can create false illusion. But thats just me, funnier how person has fresh account, one hidden photo and wins event. Suspicious as i dont know what. My moral compass is shaken a bit by company whom i represent and try to show how good and affordable she is.
And i got loads of them, i am here far from wish to win, but recent rules in events and some funny actions are sad to my eyes.

@AsNoriu, I looked this too and its 100% their own picture or near like that and ofc its 1st prize too. Just marketing thing and now its totally wrong place to do it like that, that made me sure i wont buy from them. Purple color "coming" from some Mars2 900 veg or atleast that is listed in diary, never heard that light. In my opinion that picture is not even close to best but thats only my eyes.

@SoulGrownBotanicals, that remark was way off from all this content, so it looked strange to me and i questioned it.
I bought few bluepurples like 8 years ago on ebay from mars, they were crap, went back to hids.
On this platform i was approached by them, i laughed, they were still polite, got first tent and light for free. Now i think i had 5 lights and 3 or 4 tents in total, all given away, even recent will be, people grow wonderfull things under or inside, i even bought few tents, saw how they evolved through years and 0 products went bad, despite beeing used on constant basis.
I am surprised you needed customer support ;)
