Gl420grower so, germinated 1 seed by placing directly into soil from the pack, the seedling surfaced in 3 days and is going to be placed under a 125w cfl for the first week, in the next couple of days I will be transplanting to a 20l pot, I know I shouldn't but was short of soil so had to start her off in something smaller, I have heard that this is quite a fradglile strain when it comes to stress so I am not sure exactly what approach I am going to take to this if I am when it comes to training! I have heard a lot of good things about fast buds so am really looking forward to seeing how she goes, plus the strain is one I have wanted to grow from the start! So quite excited.. going to be adding a couple more of these to the room I Think.

Gl420grower Hi guys Sorry for my lack of updates on everything, on my diaries lately I have just had some personal stuff going on.. so will update as and when I can. This gg auto was potted 15 days ago into a 7"pot with John innes seedling and cutting soil, she surfaced roughly 4 days later so that's where I have started my diary from. roughly just under a week after that she was transplanted into a 20l pot of biobizz lightmix, I know a lot of people would advise not to transplant an auto.. how ever it's more of a comfort thing for myself as I seem to have a pretty good germination rate using that starter soil! Anyway she was then placed under a 300w led for veg, and continued growing in no time, she had her first feed of bio grow at half strength yesterday and at some point during her next couple of feeds I am going to try and introduce bio silicon.. other then the bio silicon though I intend to just stick with biobizz nutrients on her. After hearing from several people that This is quite a fragile auto I am unsure if I should try any training on this plant but I guess I will just see how she gets on! Thanks for checking in!

Gl420grower Hi guys, this gg auto is now in her third week, I may have got a little carried away with how old she was on my last update but she is currently 16 days old, she has had already had her first feed with the bio grow, and on her next feed I am going to be introducing the biobizz activera to see if it makes a difference at all, I think at some point I am going to try a side by side comparison between this and bio silicon to figure out which is better! Everything seems fine with her though so far.. growth isn't too quick at the moment but she looks nice and healthy anyway! Thanks for checking in

Gl420grower Nearly finishing off week 4 now, she hasn't grown a lot in hight but is starting to fill out a bit, to be fair this is probably the healthiest looking plant I have had so far.. I have been adding acti-vera to the feed and noticed that the leaves are a lot darker and thicker then when I have grown without it, I have had a bit of an issue with humidity dropping to around 42% for a day or two but she still looks like she is thriving, and has started showing sex at 27 days, there isn't really any smell to her yet but looking forward to seeing how she gets on over the next couple of weeks

Gl420grower Hi guys, just starting out week 5, in this little tent I don't have a filter or extraction as it's just a small veg tent and with the led, the temps and humidity pretty much sort them selfs out, so a small oscillating fan inside the tent is all that's needed, how ever on this occasion.. this girl is stinking and hasn't even started flowering yet, so its getting me excited to see how she is going to turn out! she is still quite short, but fairly bushy.. I will upload some more pictures today of her without the light on, she has a nice dark colour to her and looks really healthy, and I will be moving her under the 400w hps on the weekend for her to start flowering under! So been able to update a couple more pics with no light on, and have defoliated a little today to let more light through to the lower shoots as she was a little bushy.. she doesn't seem to drink much at the moment and I'm only having to feed her at most twice a week but as I will be swapping lights on the weekend in sure that will soon change. couple days left in week 5, this week I had a house inspection from the landlord, so had to pull everything down and hide this and 7 babies for a couple of hours yesterday. Everything went fine though and got everything back up as soon as they left, and then this gorilla glue auto was moved from being under the led to being placed under a 400w hps to flower under, I am starting to wish I took a before and after shot as this morning when I went to turn the lights off she looked like she had filled out quite a bit just in that small space of time, she still seems to be veging though and has stayed short but hopefully she starts preflowering any day now and begins to stretch a little, the noding on this is quite tight with her being quite short so hopefully be looking at some nice thick dense nugs to finish off with, she is letting off quite an aroma though already so I'm pretty keen to see what she produces! I seem to be getting the feed bang on this time too, I am giving 2ml/l of bio grow and 2ml/l acti-vera, their doesn't seem to be any signs of deficiencies, under or over feeding, no tip burn on the leaves, she just has a nice healthy green look about her, I think the activera has deffo made a difference in the sense that the plant seems to look and feel more hydrated then my previous grows if that makes sense! The plant in general just seem happier and healthier so maybe I was lacking in a few things a little before now, and the acti vera was just what they needed?

Gl420grower Week 6 for this fast buds gorilla glue auto, everything has gone great so far, no signs of any stress issues or nutrient problems, everything seems pretty spot on to be fair, I have had a little issue with my temps raising slightly but the acti-vera that I am using seems to be helping her just fine with that, was certainly worth adding it into my feed and can't see myself not using it now. She is starting to flower now so she is getting a bit thicker and is still stretching. to be fair I can't fault her! I think this strain is a little more hardy then I initially gave it credit for after everything I read but she seems to be thriving at the moment so it's got me curious to try this strain again and may be do some training on her. D39 I have given her first dose of bio bloom and topmax today at 0.5ml/l, she seems to be taking well to it and she is still growing strong! Took a few more fans off today to let a bit more light through but will just continue to let her grow as she is from now as she looks really healthy so far. Thanks for checking in!

Gl420grower D43 this little beauty has been growing very well upto now, she is still stretching a little but has started relatively short, it's suprised me how the canopy has filled out the way it has when I haven't done any training so I am quite excited to see how the buds are going to turn out, she has been really healthy upto now and stayed a lovely dark green, so fingered crossed she flowers with no problems too. D45: yesterday I picked up a new light so I replaced the 400w hps that was currently in tent for a 600w hps, and luckily it's only made a difference in my temps by no more then 2°c so I am going to pick up another fan just to help bring that down! my plant had started it's flowering stretch already but didn't actually stretch a great deal till now. since I swapped the light after just 1 18 hour period the vertical growth has become more noticeable and despite being untrained the rest other tops seem to be trying to catch up to the main! She seems to be covered in bud sites though and quite a bit more then what I was expecting Her to be, if I am honest I was expecting Her to be quite small, how ever looking at her now I think she has other plans 😂 I look forward to seeing how the new light makes a difference though. Gl420grower Day 50 for this fastbuds gg auto: last week I discovered that she had what I believe was a p deficiency, I give her a little flush with some Epsom salts and then continued to feed as normal but also added 2ml/l of alg-a-mic and i will repeat again if necessary, she seems to have stopped her stretch now and has little buds growing everywhere.. she is starting to get a little frosty and as the stretch has stopped in hoping to start seeing some nice growth from these buds, she is definatly a lot bigger and bushier then I was expecting her to be so quite impressed with the results up to now, excited to see how she finishes.. unfortunately I am suffering from a bit of man flue so can't quite say how she smells at the moment but going off how she looks I'm sure she smells beautiful 😂 will have to get an outside opinion on that one! I think I may do a little defoliation just to let a bit more light through but as I now have her under a 600w hps I'm hoping light penetration isn't really a problem. To be continued... Hi buddy, Now, I'd say be very careful. Sounds like you should of just flushed her with straight pH'd water as you already have nutrient burn. Instead of me going into all the problems here, i'll give you the solution. At this point, FLUSH with plain pH'd water, only when growing medium is dry.. Get your run off water somewhat clear as I bet it won't be due to the amount of nutrients built up ( this will eliminate any potential problems later down the line in flower which could be a big problem for you and could cause major problems at the roots, nutrient lock out etc. Then give her time to perk back up as she will droop after flushing. This could be a day or 2. Theres NO point adding nutrients when she is already burned, back them of and she will thank you for it. After a couple days see how she is and give her another water feed before then giving her a less than half strength dose on the THIRD watering. Things should get better, keep it simple. When things go wrong, go back to basics as all a plant really needs to grow is, water, light and fresh oxygen... It will ALWAYS grow without nutrients. Less is always more. Hope this helps. Gl420grower D57, there doesn't seem to be a great deal of improvement so far.. buds still seem to be growing but seems a little slow.. the yellowing hasn't improved but she doesn't seem to look like she has gained any more spots or anything.. just a combination of n deficiency and what ever else is turning her yellow at the moment! After being advised to flush once she has dried out I will be doing this straight away to see if it makes a difference so hopefully next update should be a positive one! Also because of the weather i have have had to swap my 600w hps back to the 400w hps because its making my temps hit 30°c+ so will have to make some more changes to my equipment before I can run it again. Thanks to those who have/are taking the time to offer their oppinion/ advice To be continued D61, it has been a couple of days now since I gave her a flush, being in soil worried me a little with having to put so much water through the roots at this stage but the base seems to be drying out nicely, it hasn't made her droopy, the issues that were showing seem to have stopped appearing and to be honest she even looks a little frostier and seems to smell a little stronger! So looks like it was just what she needed.It seems the flush has taken out any available nitrogen in the soil as the effected leaves are now just starting to look hungry so I will add a small dose of grow and bloom on the next watering to see how she takes to it, or will this mean that the effected leaves are just starting to die off? the buds on this plant so far arent the biggest, but she already feels pretty dense and already is by far the stickyest plant yet to go in my tent.. so pretty excited to she what she is going to be like after she has put some weight on! I imagine it will take a few more days for the flush to have full effect and get her back on track properly. My new ph pen come yesterday and am ordering an ec pen so I can make sure everything is consistant.. and then hopefully my next lot won't run into this same issue! Think it's helped that I have been able to keep this light under 26°c since I swapped them back too so fingers crossed she does alright

Gl420grower D64: still seems to be some yellowing going on but she has still only had 1 feed since she was flushed, the buds are starting to gain some weight now by fattening up but they are quite small buds yet rock hard at the same time! The first on this girls surprised me as I haven't seen so much on an auto before, touching the buds makes it feel like you have got super glue or something on your needs it's crazy how sticky she actually is.. every time I go in the room I can see the resin glisten from the plant.. and she smells so damn skunky..i turned my filter off for 2 mins this morning and the smell woke my misses up! I can't see it being done in the next week but she doesn't look like she has too much longer to go. To be fair this is probably the most excited I have been to try a smoke for a long time.. can't wait till she is ready D68, so over the past couple of waterings I have noticed that she is taking a little longer to dry out so I went and checked her trichs this morning and turns out she may be ready a little sooner then I thought.. sorry the picture I have added is far from the best quality.. there was quite a bit of resin stuck to the lenses of my scope so once I have cleaned it I will get some better pictures but you can see she starting to get slightly amber but she still has a few clear trichs too.. so going to start flushing her when she has dried from the last feed and then will keep an eye on her. I can't accurately describe the smell of her because my senses are a load of shite at the moment but the second I open the tent it smells extreamly skunky and sweet.. it's actually tool me by surprise how much it stinks to be honest.. so I'm super excited now! The buds haven't really grown very big but she has a lot of them and they are all pretty dense, frosty.. and it's the stickiest plant I have had so far no doubt!

Gl420grower D71: nearly at an end now with this gg, I think I am going to cut her down this week, the pistils are about 50/50 on the plant and she has gone quite yellow, even some of the calyx have turned yellow so I don't know what that means as I haven't seen it before, she has had some colouring come out over the past week and but it's red, I don't know if this is genetics or something on my behalf but will read into that and update the info here.. her trichomes have matured a little quicker then I expected with her having a couple issues along the way and are already showing around 5-10% amber so I am harvesting here as my partner suffered with several problems and will be using this for pain management ECT.. next time I will let them go a little longer I think! Plus I need the space to flip my next lot... if I am honest she hasn't been the easiest to grow.. she is quite sensitive so I would advise taking it easy on the feed, and try to stay on top of any fluctuations that may occur, other then that though she turned out alright.. buds are pretty solid and cover in resin.. she is so sticky the buds get stuck to anything that touches them, she could go longer but to be fair I am pretty satisfied with the results! Will update the harvest when it's done

So this gg auto was chopped at 11 weeks, she could have gone maybe a week or 2 longer but my gf suffered with a few issues such as arthritis ECT so asked me to pull it when most of the trichs were cloudy to see if it has a better medical effect for her (not that I have another to compare it too) there is no denying that I still have a bit to learn, and this has been a great experience.. but she wasn't the easiest to grow imo! I ran into a few problems which were triggered from what I assume was ph fluctuations but didn't have a reliable meter to get accurate readings, and this made her quite sensitive as well as cause lockout! These errors though could have easily been corrected though so they were errors on my behalf and other growers may find her a lot easier! She stayed quite short in the end but even without training filled out quite nicely with a pretty even canopy. Over all I was quite surprised with the turn out regardless of her few issues, her buds didn't grow very big but they are so dense that there is litterally no give when I squeeze one, she turned out pretty frosty but didn't produce a great deal of trim so I am saving what I have till I finish my next run and then will wash all the different trims together for bubble hash! The resin production from this plant was crazy, like I know gg is meant to be a sticky strain.. but shit, it's called gorilla glue for a reason.. even now that it's dry she is still so sticky! I currently have her in the jar but when I make a joint.. As it's burning, the heat from the cherry produces oil on my doob, and I have added a few pictures of this. For an auto she is deffinatly impressive, I didn't expect her to be as strong as she is, I can't accurately describe the smell right now because my senses are fucked at the moment but the aroma I do get from her is of a really potent skunk, kinda like a cheese in the sense that the smell is quite heavy just with a different aroma if that makes sense! I can update this soon though also have given a few samples to friends for feed back on it so will see what they think of the smell when they let me know how it's helped any of there health issues! Due to the resin production she is quite a tickler on the throat, and the high lasts for quite a while, an to be fair she packs a bit of a punch but it's just not a knockout high due to the stage I pulled her at so she makes you feel kinda giddy, but pretty mellow at the same time, and I haven't had a strain give me the munchies for quite some time but this one certainly does, she also leaves you with quite a dry mouth tbf! I am impressed with the strength and quality of her though and she has such a sweet taste! I would certainly recommend this strain to any grower as you certainly won't be disappointed! A few people say this is a good strain for small or tight spaces, if that is what your grow room is like though then I wouldn't advise running to many at a time, unless you use small pots,mine was in a 1x1x2m tent, roughly 22lpot and I could have only fit maybe 2-3 in there tops.. 3 would have been very tight though because she was just very bushy!
