Roberts 1st attempt at fast buds gorilla cookies. Seed tips were scuffed and dropped in water then moved to warmer spot till tomorrow. 9 times out of ten I go straight to medium. In 2 to 3 days a plant has sprouted. Thanks for follows

Roberts Well after stunning it horribly in previous weeks it has started to make a strong come back. Very forgiving strain. Still suffering from nute burn. Roberts Well early in the week my ph was bottoming out and was having a salt buildup from nutrition. So I upped amount of water to provide adequate run off to remove salts and up my soil ph. Roberts Is super sticky and very colorful lots of resin. Will be regrowing this again soon, now that I got a better handle on soil and nutrition amount needed. Thanks again fast buds. My biggest issue during this grow was salts that built up in soil and causing major ph issues, and nute burn at same time. Changed things since this grow and results are much better. Happy growing and see you on part 2 💨💨💨👍

Nice result buddy, out of interest why do you prefer to grow autos rather than photoperiod varieties? I have only grown the very first autos that were released many many years ago and seen how much they have improved since.

@Esoteric_growing, autos are faster if you have no growing issues. Plus depending on how you like your trichromes and effect. I think the harvest times they give are too short. My strawberry gum was really close on estimate time. I started flushing when they were saying to harvest. Only true way is to look at trichromes. Hope this helps

Last question are these hemi prone any more than normal fem seeds, less so or about the same?

@xWAWx, this was a messed up grow. Plus a chart or package label is not the plant, and can not dictate when they are done. Mother nature works on her schedule. Temps, lights, growing issues can all push back a harvest time. Even in my grows now where I have very little issues I do not complete on a package time on any of them. My harvest are always very heavy now and this diary is not a great example if what I know now. 👍

I started this year really looking into autos and tried a few genetics, including Fast Buds. And the first thing, I gotta ask how did this plant vegetated for 9 weeks? Was it of your doing or it is a specific genetic treat, since all my autos started flowering at week 5 give or take. I mean having a couple of extra weeks it would be a game changer for me.

@youngatheart, this plant I messed up bad with ph issues and nutrition issues. Growing issues will stun a plant. If you want big autos, gotta go to a hydro soil or coco. Or flat out full hydro. I feel there is not enough time for them in soil application to grow big.
