CreamOfTheCrop Ah shit, here we go again with yet another one I just dropped it into the soil and It came 3 days faster than Strawberry, which was germinated with the wet paper method etc - lesson learned This grow is gonna be 10 times better than the previous run for RQS seeds. I got myself a full blown AC unit in the room and got the ventilation tube outside of the window. The temperature in the box is exactly as I set on AC, which is unreal to be frank 😎

CreamOfTheCrop I got back to plain water as in the previous week additional Root Juice, Bio Heaven and Acti Vera seemed to make the plants droopy (not sure why). Still droopy, did 1 watering when the pot got absolutely dry, so it shouldn't be the case of overwatering Yep, I'm dumb, they were root bound - thanks to @Fusion for help!

I discovered these little puppies growing out of my soil, should I worry or is it a good sign? I'm using Canna Terra Professional Plus, water pH'd to ~6.5, don't know the soil's pH though.

Hi there! Those shrooms tell you have a good living soil and it is only a good thing. If u used some mycorhizza or other those definitely help. You can pluck the shrooms but I wouldnt

CreamOfTheCrop Another great week for Blueberry, grows really fast and stretchy, I'm trying to slow its growth a bit with different lightning setup etc. to help Strawberry some. I defoliated hard and topped (6 stems) a buch to slow down the growth and allow for the bottom branches to catch up

CreamOfTheCrop Blueberry has successfully rebound from topping and defoliation last week and it's going strong as always. I removed the top layer of the soil and covered it up with the remaining Canna Terra Professional I had due to fungus gnats in the white clover I had. I tried getting rid of them with sticky tape etc. but they still appeared. Hopefully there's not much stress from this. I put a trialis net on the ladies, let's see how it goes. ~2 weeks of veg remain

Hey, I'm wondering if this amount of top stems (40-50) isn't too much for the buds to grow fat and dense. Should I get rid of some of it down to 30-ish to have bigger buds and less work for the plant or stick with what I have now? Seems like hell to trim in the future 😅

Anything you decide to do, do it in their stretch. Will slow them some from getting to long and lanky. I myself never remove branches but best for you to take a few out that are under your canopy. Doing it all in stretch when their at their most vigorous growing time, they seem to heal much quicker. Cheers

if you have 5-6inches x 5-6 inches per cola, probably okay... some personal preference involved here too... strain-related considerations etc. same with reducing trimming. Strain will dictate alot of what you can do. Some will gladly grow nice tall stalks of fat buds, but others will bush out more. I'd guess that the bushy ones need more colas to optimize yield vs trimming work... and a more sativa, lanky bud pheno might do better with fewer colas. Next run of my F#1 i'll do 6-7 colas... they'll be nice sativa-liek buds. The BBM/NOG plants might do better with 9-12 each. (15"x15" plants, 4 of them per run). These 3 grows are the basis of my thoughts lately... trial and error.

Unlike her sister, from the very start she grew tall and stretchy. At the end of the grow she got droopy no matter how I tried to help her, but she remained that way while Strawberry was doing just fine. In the end she weighed 39 grams, which is 2 times the weight of my previous indica, Blue Cheese. The tops aren't very dense, I expected it to stack up and get fatter much more. I think topping 2 times hurt the plant, which produced too many branches and couldn't divide the energy properly for each one, unlike Strawberry. She smells piny, very herbal and sweet, you can kinda say like a blueberry from time to time. As for the effect: Cosy and relaxed high, pretty heavy on the body, helps you get into the zone when exercising - great evening smoke indeed :)
