Sour Diesel 1st Grow

mrhat2001 Plant after 2 weeks looks strong and full. Repotted today and will spray with water mist to keep the humidity up as it’s very dry in canada just now.

mrhat2001 Plants took well to the larger pots. Have them under a 600W mehzi in flower mode. Temp outside still very cold using the heat off the lamp to maintain grow and no internal fans.

mrhat2001 Plant is growing well, in 2 weeks will be looking for some clones. I will be fitting my new mars hydro Tsw 3000 on Wednesday so really looking forwards to the change in the plants.

mrhat2001 Moved all the plants over to my new light a mars hydro tsw 3000. And I think they are really liking it, have seen a lot of new growth for all the plants. In 2 more weeks will be looking to make some clones off them then regrow then bloom. So far so good.

mrhat2001 1st full week with the new light and the girls really like it. Having trouble just understanding the best distance so I have kept it further away to ensure I don’t cook anything. I can now see 2 small stalks I can clone off will start cloning them tomorrow.

mrhat2001 Strong week the plants love the new light. Having a little trouble keeping the extraction correct still want to keep the humidity higher. Did cut off some clones last week nothing has taken to root yet. Next week will start the switch to flower.

mrhat2001 Transitioned into flower this week plant is looking really good. Colour is good , fullness is good and not too high. So far so good will feed the same for the next week.

mrhat2001 Sour D has maintained its height better which means it’s growing more like a hybrid and not a sativa. Plant is very healthy and loving the nutrients and nice lighting. The outside temp is making the environment perfect for growing. Will add more blooming this week to enhance the flowering.

mrhat2001 Plant is looking really good she has stretched 6 inches and is maintaining a good shape and is full. The flowers are taking shape nicely this is going to be a nice plant. Also my 2 clones also looking good so very pleased with her so far.

mrhat2001 The plant has stopped stretching she is now starting to form some pods the plant is still looking extremely healthy and the birds look like they will be well formed on of good quality this is still my favorite plant of the present bunch I am growing in the same tent so I have high hopes for this plants-year-old and quality.

mrhat2001 The buds are starting to swell. She is not growing as fast as my jack Herer or the dark ghost but she is still very healthy. Expecting some swelling by next weekend.

mrhat2001 The sour diesel has been a nice consistent grower from the Start. She also has been the easiest plan to clone the other plants have given me a lot more problems I have managed to clone two nice plants already and I am looking forward to putting them into the flower tent once these plants are complete she has been nice and consistent grow and I am hoping to get a reasonable yield from her these are my first royal queen seeds and I am very pleased with the quality of the strain and genetics so good job done royal queen seeds.

mrhat2001 Sour diesel is maturing nicely. Will give her 2 more feeds then will examine her for the flushing process. Also looking to mature her by next Monday for possible harvesting.

mrhat2001 Also one week to go, this plant his swollen up ok. Now will flush her with ro water and with the flawless finish. Then finish her up with 48 hrs darkness. We can now only wait and see.

mrhat2001 So this is my first sour diesel grow and another grow in a long line of sativa‘s I have completed I found the sour diesel did not stretch as much as other sativa’s and overall I thought it was a nice balance of height and size the proof Rilli will be in a number of weeksOnce the buds have matured more the quality of the smoke I will update this diary in a few weeks to report on the quality of the smoke. Thanks to all who have followed this diary I hope it will be of help to others who want to grow the same type I will add one more positive thing this product was very easy to clone which was totally different from my dark ghost train Haze which was very difficult to clone.
