gr8fulgrasshopper Well after failing to make it to harvest on my first grow ever we're back up and running. Root rot was the cause of my problems and all issues that caused it have been addressed. So here we are on week one looking ok, I hope. Lol cheers GD fam

gr8fulgrasshopper Here we are week 2, all these little ladies (6) have been topped above the 3rd node and had either the first and second or just the first removed in hopes of producing some nice main/quad lines. I have to try my best to keep these little ladies from stretching too much to avoid height issues in the future. Wish me luck 🤞✌️💪🌱🌿🌲

gr8fulgrasshopper Well it's evident i stunted some of these little ladies early on. Adding nutrients to a soil that doesn't need it resulted in some N toxicity. Live and learn. I also noticed some purpling on my stalks that was very evident in my last run. I think it's because of the citric acid crystals I use to ph down my water, although my hot soil maker suggests using them. Idk anyhow thanks for checking me out, cheers. ✌️🌱🌿💪

gr8fulgrasshopper Found some filtered bottle water that I'm going to be running from here on out. The PH has to be adjusted down very slightly, less than my carbon filtered tap water so I'm hoping this will alleviate the purpling of my stalks. We'll see. Cheers y'all ✌️🌱🌿🌲

gr8fulgrasshopper Seems like my filtered bottled water may be the trick. It comes out at 7.1 ph so I don't have to do much adjusting with the citric acid crystals and that seems to have stopped the purpling of my stalks. Happy about that so we'll see from here on out. Watering just over half a gallon every 5 days or so. Cheers y'all ✌️🌱🌿🌲
