Snack Week 7 - I went on holiday this week so I couldn’t LST her every 2 days. You can tell from one of the pics she grew crazy when I was gone. She is ready for flower next week and going under the scrog net!

Snack Flowering has truly began. Good pre flowers showing and she continues to stretch. I’ve now stopped feeding her bio grow and root juice and fully concentrating on flowering nutes. This pheno is special as she takes whatever she is given and doesn’t complain. This is my favourite part of the grow!

Snack Good stretch this week and the flowers are starting to form. Feeding her every 2 days with a little more than a litre. She’s zapping up those nutes like crazy and always wants more.
Last of the defoliation at the start of the week and she’s recovered well. I am going to leave her as she is until harvest now and hope she starts producing well 🤞.
Time to be patient as Dr Grinspoon spends roughly 3 months in flower...if the timing is right it could be a Christmas Day harvest 🎄

Snack She is blossoming well. Starting to shape nicely though the smell is not very potent yet. Temperature is starting to drop so I need to keep monitoring...I’m considering a small heater but the second 250w led is helping a lot.
There has been no major issues with her apart from some of the lower leaves not as green as I would want. Still she goes strong.

Snack Okay so a few slight issues this week. I noticed the yellowing of some leaves so gave her a full flush half way through the week with about 14 litres of tap water. I’ve let her dry out for 3 days and I’ve fed her again with half strength nutes.
She is fine but I wanted to refresh her soil to ensure she is getting what I am feeding her and to rinse away any excess salts. I think I may have given her too many nutes over the past few weeks so will alternated between tap water/nutes for the next week to try and get her deep green colour back and to see those leaves pointing north again.
She is a beauty

Snack She is recovering well from the slight nute lockout last week and full flush. I have alternated her feeds with 3/4 strength nutes and then clean tap water to make sure I ease her into feeding again.
She is still growing and I suppose this is the patient part of waiting for her to mature. Over 3 months of flowering predicted so we are roughly half way there. Loads of white pistons and I’m hoping she starts to fatten up over the next few weeks.
Unsure how her flowers will look...I have seen mixed results with the doctor but I do think she will end op with fat buds rather than the purple/reddish beads that some phenos produce. If anyone wants to have a guess on how she will look at the end feel free to comment below 👇
Peace out ✌️

Snack Buds are Growing nicely. No major changes in this weeks feeding schedule.
I have introduced a fan heater to keep her warm as I live in the UK and it’s starting to get cold
Patience is key when waiting for the doctor

Snack I’m thinking she has a little something over 4 weeks left so I have decided to put her into overdrive slightly earlier than expected. She will be on overdrive nutes for roughly 3 weeks then I will begin a 2 week flush.
Due to the nutrient lockout issue before she has lost a lot of leaves due to yellowing so I’m think one last push before flush. Let’s hope she reacts okay as I’m giving her 3/4 strength overdrive, biobloom and bio top max. 🤞
I am thinking her harvest may be 1 or 2 weeks before Christmas

Snack she is now off night bud and fully on overdrive, carboload, bio bloom and top max for 2 weeks then she will undergo a 2 week flush.
Starting to notice huge differences in her and she is looking fully recovered from the previous nute lockout. She is getting that green colour back just in time to fatten up 👌

Snack Well today I decided to get rid of the scrog net and bring her into the living room for a full assessment. She is doing amazing and is looking huge!
She is smelling amazing and growing every day still. I’m thinking 1 more week of overdrive then I am going to flush her for a full 2 weeks. Looking like a harvest on the 14th December which will be the 90 day mark and give me 2 weeks to dry and cure her a little...so I can try her on Christmas Day!
Still a good amount of white hairs so I can see her fattening up even more. Wish me luck guys for these last 3 weeks 🤞

Snack This week she is fox tailing with those glorious dr grinspoon traits. The flush has begun on day 84 of flower.
She has had over 10 litres of water passed through her...I hope she responds well 🤞
I would say about 75% of her hairs are now amber with about 20% trichomes amber aswell. She should be totally ready for harvest in the next few weeks. She will need to be closely monitored 👍
Snack What a grow! This was an amazing experience and I am forever grateful to @barneysfarm for providing the seed for this beauty.
The grow itself has had several highs and lows.
Throughout veg she grew really fast and was fully respondent to her feed. The reaction to LST was amazing and she would bounce back really quickly to any topping or Defoliation.
The issues I occurred roughly took place around week 4/5 of flower and it was a full on nutrient lockout which required a full flush. She was slow to recover but we got there in the end. Please anyone that grows her moving forward stick to the recommended 3/4 strength nutes and don’t get carried away with how she responds in Veg...all I can say is she tricked me!
You need to be forever patient with this girl and make sure you get to that 90 day flower period before you consider giving her the chop 🔪
When harvesting her I noticed slight rot issues on some lower buds. I reckon this is down to the fact the lower buds are ripe a lot earlier than the top of her so please keep this on Monday and check on her regularly around the 90 day mark.
Now she is chopped, dried and curing I can say that the smell is out of this world and her buds are so unique! She grows like razor wire 👌
I have vaped one of the smaller buds and she hits you like a hammer and the stone is longgggg.
I have finished with 2.9 ounce dry so very happy and wish people all the best whoever decides to give this strain a go. This is a once in a lifetime grow that every keen grower should definitely give a shot.
Thanks to all that followed and I will be starting my next adventure in the coming weeks.
Also a big shout out to Munchies who has been an excellent confidant throughout 👍
Peace out ✌️
Belle progression et quel talent ! Bravo à toi 🙏

Good luck for the future

Hi,
I've had the same experiences on 4-5 week about slowing down despite I've always kept the feeding on the low side with this girl, enough to say that's probably it's just genetics... I've kept a mother from the first grow and run regularly at least a pair of clones every year, taste to be honest still very light and enjoyable it's not really my bread and butter but the clean cerebral effect it's something special that I've not yet found in every other strain grown before
