Overwatering big time my friend, she can't breathe, very important to have wet/dry cycles. At this stage maybe a cup just around the center of the pot until she establishes Roots, right now she is drowning hence the extremely slow growth. Let your pot dry but going to take a week with the amount that I see there. I water every 4 days and I judge by the weight, when the pot feels light. Feet wet, ankles dry!!
