Dr_Auto Good start, until I realised slight colour variation on the leaves. Its quite early to be seeing this and the soil I planted in is new. I wonder if it is a deficiency? or just part of the plant's phenotype. The growth seems to be alright.

Dr_Auto I am not sure what is going wrong with this plant, there seems to be a big big problem. If anyone has any information that would help, I will appreciate it. I hope it bounces back, otherwise, I will have to get rid of it and plant another seed.

Dr_Auto She is really bulking up now. Incredibly frosty and fuel aromas everywhere. Should be starting her flush this coming week which will last for about a week or 2.

Dr_Auto Final week for the plant. She has an amazing diesel smell coming off her. Her buds are so frosty, gonna leave her in 2 days darkness then chop and dry!
im so confused on what's actually being judged in these contests because this diary is 10x better than mine and I would've swore was going to be in the top 3. This website is so peculiar.
Almost there. She's looking really frosty. As the pistils start to dry and curl up you'll see the calyxes start to swell up with resin and become more defined. Kind of like a mini/tiny bunch of grapes. in other words shes going to bulk up a little more over the next couple of weeks. Waiting for the trichomes to turn mostly cloudy and start showing some ambers is the tough part but it is worth the wait.
@Philindicus, That is exactly what is happening! I am checking the trichomes every day. I am aiming for at least 10% amber and the rest milky. I hope that's fine.
That's a huge main cola good job 👍
Now be patient, and look carefully at her every day, you'll see all the changes on trichomes and decide when to harvest✌️
It looks like she wants more nitrogen that's why she's loosing her lower leaves and the plant is pale green. If your grow nutes has more nitrogen use that rather than the bloom until she is in her second week of flower.
@Dr_Auto, She looks great. Those buds are doing their thing and starting to fill in. The pistils are all white still so looks like you have 3+ weeks at least to go. When about 50% of the pistils turn reddish/orange and start to curl in you can check the trichome color with a 40x jewelers loupe with led light attached. You can get them cheap on amazon. Don't waste your time on those little microscopes. When you see a mix of clear but mostly half cloudy trichomes you can start to flush her. They typically go from clearto 1/2 cloudy to cloudy/milky then start to turn amber. Most grower like to take them when they have 5%-15% amber. You will have a mix of all color stages on the buds. It depends on what kind of high you like. You can also harvest in stages to see what you like. When you feed them it's nice to know whats going into the pot and whats coming out in terms of ppm. If you don't have a TDS meter add that to your list of things to buy. Example: your feeding at 600ppm going in but whats coming out is 1800ppm. What this shows is there are salts/nutrients building up in the soil. This is when nutrient burn starts. Without a tds meter your just guessing. I would use a feed, water, feed water pattern. She is big enough you can feed her until the point of 10-20% runoff. Then let her dry out a bit before the next watering. This will cause a little bit of stress forcing her to produce more resin and terpenes which is what we want to happen.
@Pointlessmike, It's going really well, somehow I only got one cola to form from seed. I think its a mutant plant, but nonetheless, I carried on with it. She looks great!
Excellent work, friend! Your diary has made me want to purchase these seeds to try my hand at this cultivar. Again, very well done! Thanks for sharing! 👊🌱☮️✌️💪
