brrt22 So here we go again! With the fan blades still spinning from drying my last plants, i adopted three poor little fellas stumbling my way. Big thanks to Hy-Pro for providing me everything i could ever need, to make my fourth grow the best i ever did! I am really looking forward, to see what is possible with high class nutrition! Man i love this hobby. I just started feeding them the following: Hy-Pro Rootstimulator Terra: 2.5ml/l Hy-Pro Terra: 2.5ml/l (component nutrients) Hy-Pro Generator: 0.16ml/l Hy-Pro Cal-mag: 2.5ml/ Hy-Pro Spraymix: 5ml/l (I used it 15 minutes after the lights went out, to prevent lightburn on the leafes) EC: 1,2 VPD: 0,9 PPFD: 520 µmol/m²/s So far, i am running about 40% power on my light setup. I am planning on giving them a neem oil treetment this week, to make them strong against potential villains throughout the next months. Thanks to my Hy-Pro Spraymix, i dont have to use neem on the leafes (which stinks like hell) and i will only give a small dosage, combined with an emulsifier into ph controlled water. In addition, i will add nematodes to my soil after the neem treatment. Once in bloom, i will use both phytoseiulus perimilis and amblyseius californicus to prevent any form of creepy crawl from doing evil things when I am not looking. At the moment, there is still some leaf damage visible from the previous caretaker. Will have an eagles eye on this, but i aint worried, since the new growth is coloured in a vibrant healthy green. Scrog turned out very successful last run, so i am using my net again. This time there is a little tweak to it. My little Mr. Jack Herer is way bigger then both the mimosa and the blueberry combined, so i really have to keep an eye on an eaven canopy, to avoid blindspots. Might still change their position in the tent before flower. Not yet that happy with my arrangement. We will see. I have to finish this run before christmas, so i have to switch to 12/12 within the next week or so. This will give them about 10 weeks to ripen out. Gotta love the vegi phase. They chase after the light as if they never want to stop growing. Cant wait to see them stretching once i flipped the light schedule. Grow Strong, friends! 👽

brrt22 Hi! First week is over and the girls are thriving! Simply sticking to my Hy-Pro nutrition plan lets me work with the plants instead of having to worry about any signs of yellowing or unnecessary stress. Thats why i was able to spent alot of time bending, pruning, stressing, topping and even supercropping instead of researching deficiency and burn symptoms. Yet, there are definitely things to improve in canopy management. I rearranged them in the tent, so now they are in their final position. All three of them reacted very well to the new environment, light and nutrition. I am very happy about the opportunity, to bend every single growth the way i want it to grow. To be honest, its barely possible to keep up to the Jack Herer. I even have to water them individually, because Mr. Big drinks at least double of what the others can process. I wish, i had enough time for another week of vegi, but at the beginning of the week, i had to switch to 12/12. Increased the light intensity a bit to about 70%. Working on a better way of presenting the rapid growth at the moment. I hope to have a timelapse camera setup ready when stretch is fully setting in. I fed them the following: Hy-Pro Rootstimulator Terra: 2.5ml/l Hy-Pro Terra: 2.5ml/l (component nutrients) Hy-Pro Generator: 0.16ml/l Hy-Pro Cal-mag: 2.5ml/l Hy-Pro Spraymix: 5ml/l (Once every three days. Will stop giving this soon) EC: 1,2 VPD: 1,30 PPFD: 550 µmol/m²/s I decided, not to use neem this run. Nematodes, nevertheless are already patroling the depths in search for any unwanted visitor. Again, big thanks to Hy-Pro for making this grow a really special one! Cant wait to see them stretching the next weeks, so stay tuned! Grow strong, Friends! 👽

brrt22 Week 3! Lets grow! Watching my plants thrive is pure joy. At the moment, they are in full stretch, which means they fill out every inch of the tent, they can reach with their green fingers. This week i basically didnt do anything in the tent, but to let them grow as they like after a first rearrangement. Thats why today there is something to do! I lollypopped all three plants and tried to cut out the inner leafes where ever things get hot. Especially the Jack Herer seems to explode. Cant wait to see them once the canopy erupts into bloom. Compared to my older grows, i can clearly see the difference in the plants growth and behaviour. After only a short period of time, the Rootstimulator filled the entirety of my 20 liter pots with roots. The stems of even the smallest growth are as thick as an arm and the internode spacing is almost frightening. It feels like the plants would love to become Hy-Pro addicted trees, but i have other plans. I fed them the following: Hy-Pro Rootstimulator Terra: 5ml/l Hy-Pro Terra: 4ml/l (component nutrients) Hy-Pro Generator: 0.16ml/l Hy-Pro Cal-mag: 2.5ml/l Hy-Pro Spraymix: 5ml/l (this one will be quit this week) EC: 1,5 VPD: 1,30 PPFD: 650 µmol/m²/s I could not be happier with my nutrient setup so far. I am super thrilled about what will be possible in bloom. Stay tuned! Grow strong, Friends! 👽

brrt22 Week 4! Things are getting interesting.. Its Flower, Day 21, my friends! U know what that means! Lets get those scissors sticky! After three weeks of 12/12, I always do a big defoliation and final lollypop cut. This week, my ladies really showed how much power they have. Every day, they suck enough energy out of the soil, to get another few centimeters closer to the light. I could not be happier with my choice of nutrients. Luckily, all three are in exactly the same development stage. What really stood out this week, were the three different ways, the plants grew. The Mimosa has by far the least budsites. But it might have the biggest potential for big chonkers. I had to thin her out very hard, because she grew twisted as hell. Blueberry kinda decided, to grow like a pearl chain. I am okay with that, as long as those pearls will be shiny. There are really not that much leafes on this plant. I did not really take out any at all. Jack Herer really is a beast. She was the tallest from the beginning and I had my struggle, taming her. I am not really that pleased with the outcome of my training, but it was way less intense then the last time i tried to tame such a large plant, so it might have been the right thing to do. After all, there is still some work to do. Usually i dont want to touch them that much after three weeks of bloom, but this time I might have to. There are still some hotspots on the Herer. Will do something about this in a few days, because she really lost alot of her mass yesterday and i dont want her to start neglecting those pretty buds of her. This week, I fed them the following: Hy-Pro Terra: 4ml/l (component nutrients) Hy-Pro Generator: 0.16ml/l Hy-Pro Cal-mag: 3ml/l EC: 1,5 VPD: 1,30 PPFD: 820 µmol/m²/s Soon, all three ladies should start, to concentrate fully on bud development. Cant wait, to see whats gonna happen in the next weeks to come. So far, i did not have any issues with nutrition at all. Neither did they show signs of a deficiency, nor did they burn even the smallest tip. The only problem, you might have to deal with, is to feel the soils moisture with your fingertip, since there will be a tough net of roots. All I had to do, to achieve this, was to stick to my Hy-Pro nutrition plan. Stay tuned! Grow strong, Friends! 👽
