You should water your girls when the leaves start to hang down, better one day before that happens. In 11L pots i watered them every 4 days with 1,5L during mid to late flowering. You will get a feeling for when the pots feel light and mostly dry. And about your leaves, you should orientate on BioBizz feeding chart. Under light mix soil you are now in a stage where you give them about 3-4ml/L grow and2-3ml/L Bloom nutrition. Under a rich mix soil you are fine with max 2ml/L grow nutrition but your pictures tell me they want to be feeded.
