I3o0M Weils Autos sind mache ich nur LST und habe die Haupttriebe um fast 90 grad auf den Boden gebogen.

Well, wouldn't say too much.
Anyway, you did have a goal in mind with your lst. So it depends on that? 😅
Doesn't look like you seem to hit your height maximum soon, so I hope they grew/stretched well this week.
With autos I wouldn't LST everything down, except I want to go for mainlining (which I wouldn't do for autos - but possible). Otherwise I would aim to promote underdeveloped branches or improve airflow.

increace red light and/or decreace light in general just for 1-3 days , during the day you can reduce it for a few hours to 20-30% of normal.
than the plant thinks it is too shady and streatches towards the light - which now is powerfull - so no need to move

I3o0M Langsam macht sich der Stretch bemerkbar. Hab ein paar Blätter entfernt.
Die Banana Purple Punch ist weiterhin hinterher im Vergleich zu den anderen beiden.

I3o0M Der Stretch ist zu Ende, die Pflanzen sind nicht groß geworden, sollte aber hoffentlich ausreichen. Nächstes Mal definitiv weniger LST^^
Einmal hingen die Blätter dann hab ich PPFD gesenkt und den Umluftventilator runter gestellt, dann standen die Blätter wieder.
Ich hab im unteren Bereich der Pflanzen einige Blätter entfernt..
DLI:
Mitte: ca 54mol/m2/Tag
Rand: ca 40mol/m2/Tag
