question_a_pig Germination took about 48 hours.
The root was about 0.5 cm long.
For the first week I useв 10x10 paper cup filled with light-mix soil medium.
Nothing much to report, it went pretty smooth.
Oh and really funny thing
this is my second attempt to grow Ghost train. As you can see on the package it states that it's an Auto!
So during the first grow I figured that the seed was a Photo... Not cool Zamnezia..
Yeah, it was already over 4 weeks of full on vegetation with no signs of hairs, when I realized that probably I should try 12-12 lighting.
It worked. But since I'm new to this, I was in the mindset of growing an auto, so as soon as the plant started flower I slowly dialed the lights back to 18-6. That completely confused the plant she went re-veg... so now she is more of a room plant, although chilling on the balcony...

question_a_pig The idea was to try to grow from clone, so I picked this one at my local grow shop.
Seems like this strain is not your amnesia haze, probably popular in its place of origin (Main according to Seed finder) but yet haven't got much popularity here on the other side of the ocean in EU.
Its a 50-50 thc monster, they say it peaks on 38%+, which sounds a bit absurd if you ask me..
We'll see how it grows, I guess...
Though I decided to plant them to their final pots ASAP to avoid unnecessary stress in the future. Something tells me I'm gonna make them suffer anyway.. I turned to be a slow grow-learner ahah
Someone, please fix this site! It is freakin frustrating to have to write everything all over again when this site glitches on saving the week..

question_a_pig LVPD the whole week was somewhere between 0,6-0,8.
I also tried a few things:
I cut the topmost fan leaves on GTH in order to slow down the apical growth,
so that the clone could have some time to establish its roots. I really don't like the idea of topping. It feels too violent.
I also want to set up an automatic watering system.
The pump+tubing way didn't work out - couldn't stop the syphon effect
Carrots do work but incredibly hard to dial, so its somewhat unreliable (atleast the cheap ones I got) there seem to be a chance of overflood overflooding the pots. which might be ok for the balcony but not indoors..
So ended up ordering Autopots..

question_a_pig Lights this week are around 30 DLI for the seed, and 26 DLI for the clone.
Environment:
temp: 26.4 C
RH: 56%
VPD: 1.62 kPa
Leaf temp: 24.5 C
LVPD: 1.15
Target LVPD: 0.8-1.2 kPa
Ph in my reservoir rises from 5.8~6.0 to 7.0
I really don't now what's going on, but I'm starting to think that its 1 year old HESI nutes are to blame...probably they get unstable overtime

question_a_pig This week I switched the lights to 12-12. I did it early because of the hight of the tent which is only 150cm, so I gotta grow dwarfs.
Ghost Train is also a sativa, so it supposed to stretch considerably.
While I was trying to do LST I accidentally damaged one of the Bananaconda's stems... It will get through.. emm.. eventually..

question_a_pig The bananaconda clone got one of her stems broken again.. but seems to be healing fine.
I also been defoliating this week 10-15 leaves per plant every other day.
A few days ago powdery mildew was discovered on the lower leaves of both plants, so I installed a dehumi inside the tent, removed all the damaged leaves and sprayed sodium/water solution on the rest of the leaves
