AlpenZilla Seeds were placed into Jiffys on July 16th. All three successfully sprouted by July 19th and are now standing strong under gentle light. Humidity and warmth were kept stable to support healthy germination. Let the journey begin!

AlpenZilla ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Veg โ€“ Week 1 complete The first week of veg is done โ€“ Seriotica is off to a great start and showing strong, even growth ๐ŸŒฑ Structure looks compact and stable, with healthy leaf development and no signs of stress so far. Exactly what you'd hope for in the early days of a promising indica-dominant hybrid ๐Ÿ’ช Not much else to report yet โ€“ but of course there are some fresh pics ๐Ÿ“ธ

AlpenZilla ๐ŸŒฟ Veg โ€“ Week 2 complete Another smooth week โ€“ everything is growing steadily and evenly. ๐ŸŒฟ ๐Ÿ“Œ Worth mentioning: With Plagron Lightmix, I can finally measure the drain EC reliably โ€“ much better results than in previous grows so far. Next up: transplanting into the big pots โ€“ letโ€™s see how well they handle the move.

AlpenZilla This week marked a small milestone for Seriotica: โœ”๏ธ Topped โœ”๏ธ Lower shoots removed (light lollipopping) โœ”๏ธ Transplanted into the final 15L fabric pots โ€“ and wow, the root development was way further along than expected. Didn't see that coming! First time used: Great White mycorrhiza โ€“ and I gotta say, transplanting went super smooth. No signs of stress at all โ€“ Iโ€™ll definitely keep using it ๐Ÿ‘Œ

AlpenZilla ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Veg โ€“ Week 4 complete (2 days late ๐Ÿ˜…) Nothing but good news this week: The 15L pots are already fully rooted after just one week โ€“ much faster than expected. The plants are looking healthy and full of energy ๐ŸŒฟ Iโ€™m still going very light on the nutrients โ€“ currently at about 50% of the Advanced Nutrients schedule. Still, theyโ€™re clearly starting to take in more โ€“ you can feel the momentum building ๐Ÿš€ Regular LST has also paid off โ€“ the structure is opening up nicely, staying compact and well-exposed to light ๐Ÿ”ง๐ŸŒฑ And hereโ€™s a major milestone to wrap up veg: I switched to 12/12 right at the beginning of Week 5 โ€“ flowering phase is officially on! ๐ŸŒธ

AlpenZilla ๐ŸŒธ Week 5 complete โ€“ first week of flowering The light cycle has been switched to 12/12 since the beginning of the week, but no real signs of flowering just yet โ€“ only Seriotica is starting to show the first hints of preflower ๐Ÿ‘€ Whatโ€™s happening above ground, though, is clear: the stretch is in full swing! ๐Ÿ“ Current height: Seriotica: 42โ€ฏcm โ€“ steady growth and looking strong ๐Ÿ’ง Watering & Feeding: Each plant gets 6L every 3 days Still feeding at around 50% of the AN schedule Input EC: ~1.3 Drain EC โ€“ Seriotica: 1.1 Really happy with how the mix of Plagron Lightmix + Coco is performing โ€“ Drain values stay stable and easy to monitor ๐Ÿ‘Œ Looking back, I probably could have flipped to flower a week earlier โ€“ the tentโ€™s starting to fill up fast again ๐Ÿ˜„

Seriously massive fan leaves! She's eating light, nice work!

@Aeromatics, Oh yes! It's really a challenge to ensure that the large leaves don't shade the young shoots too much. I like to leave the large leaves as energy stores, or rather because I think this promotes better growth than if you remove them.

@AlpenZilla, I've been leaving them up on my most recent auto and I 100% see the difference! I pulled one or two of the very bottom ones today but they were really buried under the canopy. Looking great this week on your end!
