Grow # 4: Newbie Auto Run

Enochian Transplanted into final pots. Chose 5 Gal pots as one skunk seed did not pop so had a little extra space beneath the lights. All 3 got off to a good start. Using all mix and Jack's magic mixed with a little Dolomite lime. I shall continue using the biobizz organic nutes as I believe they would suit Autos comfortably. All is good in my garden again this week except that I forgot (again) to label my seeds when I potted them. I know I have only 2 Skunk and the F1 Milky Way but at this stage I can't tell which is which. Other than that I love growing stuff.

Enochian Swapped into the flower tent to make better use of the environment and they have loved the extra light. Been watering with a little Grow nutrient and PH balanced water only. Temps gave been a little high and humidity a little low so added a small humidifier and used fans to cool air. Veg Tent will be empty within next few weeks leaving me time to plan my next cycle. Maybe a single photo grow with a longer veg period. All is good in the gardens again this week.

Enochian Did a little defoliation in the week to allow light to reach under fan leaves and she has put on a lot of growth afterwards. These ladies are loving the light and temp this week. Responding well to my environment with a VPD between 1 and 1.4 during the day. Autos seem to grow at an accelerated rate due to amount of DLI compared to photo's. All is good in the garden again this week.

Enochian Thanks to all who answered my 'Hollow Stem' question. Never knew stems could be hollow. Ya live n learn. Once again all is good in the flower tent, these girls are really going for it. All in flower as of a couple of days ago. Got a good routine going now. Water n feed in the morning and by lights out humidity is back around 55%. Creeps up during dark hours but not enough to worry about. Got a Titan F1 as a freebee so hoofed it into tent with others couple days ago n she already above ground. PPFD 300 for Titan and 600 for taller plants which works out well, I think. Will increase to 800 slowly until they finish. Happy grower😀

Enochian The two Skunk Autos have really took off with the stretch. Milky Way is staying short and bushy but all are doing very well. Added new Extractor Fan with some of the cash I saved this month not having to buy any smoke. Have another Viparspectre P600 light on way too. Upgrading with the money I usually spend on weed and still having weed is a great feeling. These girls are well into early flower now and responding well to the tent environment. VPD around 1 to 1.4 during the day. Good transpiration means daily watering and feeding half a litre each per day. Titan is doing well too. All in all another good week

Enochian Wow! Autos really go for it don't they! They have grown so much in past week I have been tucking all the stretch under the scrog and still more to go. Bout 40 days in so far so just over half way maybe. All doing well. Water and feed in the mornings and VPD climbs steadily throughout the day. Ranges tween 1.1 and 1.4 per 24 hours with around .7 of a litre per plant each watering. Put some music in with them to keep em company. Today is Reggae Thursday. PPFD ranges from around 600 on the margins to 750 in the hotspot. I like growing Auto's and they seem to like the tent environment. I may even dedicate this tent to Auto grows only. The smell in the tent is delicious but nothing outside thank god. Only third week in flower I see bud sites everywhere! I hope things continue to go this well for the duration. Very impressed with Auto's. Titan is coming on well too. Will have tent to herself after the others are finished.

Enochian Another good week in the garden. Weather outside has turned cooler and wet but tent keeps an even 25c at 60 RH and smells great! I keep making excuses to put my head in n take a big breath. They still taking water every morning and dry within 24 hrs but I think she is starting to slow down now. Pistills turning darker and buds getting sticky n fat. Bit of frosting on the topmost sugar leaves and are beginning to fade in colour. Cleaning my loupe ready for next week. Titan is doing great too, can't wait for her to have the tent to herself and see what she can do.

Enochian Wow. Never grown buds like this before! They seem massive from what i have grown before. Are all Auto like this? Today is day 60 and all is milky. Keeping close eye on trichomes now as humidity is in low 70 during day and 80 at night. Have hung my heated seed blanket inside door at night to try offset humidy spike. Constant battle. Lung room is mid 70 humidity and dehumidifier not helping much. Not long to go now though so shall keep at it. Had considered chopping as trichomes are milky and pistills are brown and curled but want to try and go to day 70 and get the most out of them. Starting to see a little frost on uppers now too so holding off for now. Got good air flow from Extractor and fan blowing above and below canopy so hopefully I can last out another week. I'm impatient at the best of times so maybe I'm just looking for excuses to choppity chop. Lol.

Enochian Titan F1 is starting to show signs of going into flower. She is sharing the tent for a couple of weeks so decided it is best time to do a little LST to open her up. She will have tent to herself soon with all the room she needs. As mentioned in previous diary bit of more than I can chew in terms of space so needs must as the devil drives. All in all abusy but productive week. Onwards and upwards.!

Enochian Lost a week coz couldn't upload diary entry for last week until yesterday. (Thank you support for fixing.) Humidity was climbing above 80% regardless how I tried to lower it. Trichomes all milky no amber so decided it best to harvest before the humidity got inside the bud. 216 Gram wet weight, interesting to see how much is lost in the drying. If I get half that I will be happy. For a budget seed purchase (Less than £10 for seeds from ICE HEADSHOP) I am very happy with the outcome. Feel like I got something right this time. Worked hard on providing a good environment and been rewarded with a great harvest even if it was a bit early. Will have to work on humidity in late flower and overcome for my next grow. For the space and equipment used I have decided to stick to Auto grows as they seem to thrive in the environment and yields are much higher. All in all, a great result. Will update dry weight as and when. 

Enochian F1 Milky Way brought nearly 100G wet weight and the buds are super dense. This lady loved the extra light and was a pleasure to grow. She loved our watering routine and was always thirsty next day. A resounding success considering she was an F1 Freebee. Will definitely look into acquiring some more F1's from Royal Queen Seeds as they are easy to grow and give amazing results. Will update dry weight as and when.
