Enochian I have made this diary as a bit of a goof for a mate of mine. He gave me around 50 seeds he had saved over the years from the weed he had bought. 12 out of 50 popped and as I don't know what strain/genetics/sex these will turn out to be and as I have a shortage of space at the moment, I bought a cheap PVC green house and have them outside. They seem to faring better than I expected although the day I put them out was a dry and warm day every day since has been a downpour and nearly collapsed said greenhouse under weight of gathered water. Had to prop a pole up inside to form an apex for the roof to allow rain to runoff at stupid o'clock in the morning. August and September seem to be better weather up here in the mountains so hopefully they can manage to survive till then. Not expecting much if anything all of which will go to the seed donor, (urghh...that just doesn't sound right). I am just curious if an outdoor grow here in the UK can be achieved and if so, what results can be expected. Very high humidity here at present which will suit the seedlings, I'm sure.

Enochian Not much to say for this week. All seedlings are through week 1 and into week 2 now. Some look stronger than others and we have been blessed with some exceptional weather here. This time last week we had downpours for days and now we are in the grip of a heatwave! The seedlings have been soaking up the direct sunlight for a couple of hours a day before being moved into the shade. Watered frequently I hope to repot by next week and find them somewhere permanent to grow. Happy Daze.

Enochian Been a very wet week since last entry but surprisingly all seedlings made it through week 2. Couple look a bit iffy but we shall see. I honestly didn't think that any would make it through the downpours but they seem OK with it. Put in shared big pots as it will be easier to find somewhere stealthy for them to go when they get bigger. Hoping weather improves and it gets a little drier so I can find somewhere suitable in our small garden for the next couple of months. We have many birds and small mammals hiding throughout the undergrowth nearby who may take a liking to my babies so will have to be vigilant. Love growing stuff.

Enochian And then there were fewer! Due to downpours, birds and rodents we have gone from 11 to seven and 1 in the fabric pot and 1 in the terracotta plastic pot are not looking too clever either. Although 2 or maybe 3 seem to be doing OK. If any make the cut next week I shall repot and fertilise well before finding them a suitable home.

Enochian Everybody made the cut again this week, although 3 or 4 have clearly overtaken the others. They have good strong stems even if they are a bit leggy. Weather been very wet but warm. Got around another 6 to 8 weeks before the temps start to drop significantly. I am very interested to see how they develop in that time. They seem happy and settled.

Enochian Had some mixed weather this week. Plenty of rain and plenty of sun. These outdoor plants have shot up too. Did not expect them to last out as long as they have. Curious to see how they advance into September. I have nothing really invested in them and no real expectations which is what makes this grow interesting to me. I add a little Biobizz Grow in a watering can maybe twice a week, the rest is between the plants and mother nature. Very low maintenance grow.

Enochian One lady not looking too good the others are through to round 7. Need to clean the leaves but otherwise they growing a little too well. I have a good hiding place away from view but if they keep going at this rate it may be hard to keep em stealthy! No idea if they male or female as yet. Time will tell.
