SebastianFastBuds 🌱 Week 1 – Germination Success & Gentle Start
All beans popped without hesitation! Both Papayton and Lemon Cherry Runtz are off to a healthy start and looking happy in the AC Infinity propagation tent, where they’re basking under SANlight Flex LEDs.
For the medium, I’m using Dope Soil Light as the main substrate, but to give the seedlings a softer landing, I added a generous handful of Sonnenerde Bio-Anzuchterde right in the center of each pot—so the girls don’t get hit with full-strength soil too early. As mulch, I’m topping things off with Sonnenerde Bio-Fasern to help retain moisture and support microbial life.
Challenge of the week: keeping humidity in the right zone. Since I’ve got another tent deep in flower in the same room, I have to keep the overall RH relatively low—so maintaining the ideal environment for these seedlings will be a balancing act.
Let’s see how they handle it—stay tuned for updates as these ladies take off!

SebastianFastBuds Off to a Flying Start!
The Papayton and Lemon Cherry Runtz are off to an amazing start! All seedlings showed strong, healthy growth during the first 10 days, with Papayton standing out as especially vigorous — seriously impressive how fast she's taken off. I’m really happy with how everything's looking so far. The AC Infinity propagation tent combined with the SANlight Flex setup is proving to be a perfect environment for starting seeds. Can’t wait to see what’s next! 🌱🔥

SebastianFastBuds Week 2 – Pure Vigor & No Thirst
The vigor just kept going this week — both Papayton and Lemon Cherry Runtz are thriving like champs. The Sonnenerde substrate retains moisture so well that I barely had to water at all, which made things super easy. Honestly, they’re ready for a repot, but I had to prep for a quick trip to Munich and give some extra love to two absolute monster Superboof Autos — easily the biggest yielders I’ve ever run. The Papaytons and Lemon Cherry Runtz are now sharing the tent with some promising Biscotti Gelatos. What a squad! 💪🌿

SebastianFastBuds Week 3 – Growth Explosion & Big Move!
I couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the AC Infinity propagation tent after coming back from Munich — these girls exploded in size! Even without much water, they kept pushing. I’m starting to think the trick with Sonnenerde is keeping moisture on the lower side.
Being away for 5 days, though, had its downsides — a few plants stretched into the SANlight Flex and got some light burn on their leaves. Still, they’re looking like some of the juiciest, darkest green plants I’ve ever seen. Papayton is still slightly ahead, but a few Lemon Cherry Runtz are catching up fast.
Despite being kept in small pots under relatively low light (this setup is more for clones/seedlings than veg), they developed super tight internodal spacing — perfect for future training!
I just repotted them into 7L pots with a solid layer of expanded clay pebbles and some Japanese bonsai substrate (clay-based) to help them stand above the moisture in the Autopot tray. The rest is filled with Dope Soil by Florganics, so now they’re rocking two awesome living soils in one pot.
They’ve officially graduated to the 120x90 (4x3) Homebox under two SANlight EVO 4-120s. For now, they’ll be top-fed for about 10 days until the roots hit the bottom — can’t wait to see how the drainage system works out. Let the real show begin! 🌱🔥💚

SebastianFastBuds Week 4 – Veg Victory & Pre-Flower Moves!
The first week in the big tent and wow — these girls absolutely took off! 🌱 Under the SANlight EVOs they didn’t slow down for a second, just kept pushing hard towards the light. The Lemon Cherry Runtz are now running neck and neck with the Papaytons, and both lines are showing super tight structure with thick stems and beautiful color.
Even better, the stem rubs are already screaming with terps — seriously, the aromas coming off them at this stage are insane. Couldn’t resist: I picked one standout Papayton, one Lemon Cherry Runtz, and one Biscotti Gelato. All three went into the flower tent after I took cuttings, so I can show you how their buds stack up much earlier.
The Biscotti Gelato girls are about two weeks behind, but you can tell they’re pushing hard to catch up. I left the other pheno with the rest in veg — she’ll have a bit more time to build herself up before the flip.
The rest are staying in veg for now to really bulk up. Next week I’ll top them, take another round of cuttings, and then it’s their turn to move into flower. These genetics are proving to be super impressive — vigorous growth, lush color, and already oozing character. Excited to see them show off what they can really do! 🔥💚
How do you leave for 5 days with plants going in your tents? Don’t you get worried they will die… I would have such a hard time leaving my plants for 2 days let alone 5 days.
Hey, looks very healthy so far. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your team again for how you've improved the autoflowers over the past few years. The difference compared to photoperiod strains is almost undetectable. And I'm following your biotabs fertilizer strategy with great interest, as I've also been working with biotabs for quite some time, especially regarding autoflowers. Keep up the good work! The new strains sound delicious . I'll definitely try them out 😅 Best regards, Buff
Aber Hallo, was denn da los... Wahnsinn was die Ladies für einen Schub gemacht haben!!! Bin auf Biscotti gespannt und natürlich die Papayton ;-) Freue mich auf Updates
