daggaDNA Here's the beginning of 1st week of vegetation (7 days from sprout). All 9 look the same it this point but since we don't know how many males we got here, this formation of 9 plants on 4x4 area might not ended in full form. But who knows, maybe canna gods bless me with 9 girls 🤞 In their first week of life, they grew alone for 4 days iun those little mesh pots filled with soil. I had to go on a trip so when I came back they were stretched and dried out but they had their leaves praying. Stubborn genetics, I said to myself, and also here Aptus nutrients showed why their technology will make your plants endure way more stress than they normaly would. 6L pots were chosen for this run. My plan is to have veg lenght of 5 weeks, with topping somewhere in 4th week. Toppings will become my clones and potential new moms. So far, they all vibrate astonishing. Speed, vigor growth and simply good vibrations from the moment I dropped seeds in Cannakan. Stay tuned!

daggaDNA End of week 2 from sprout and end of 1st week of veg. All the plants grow with same speed and equally healthy. Things couldn't go better for now!

daggaDNA End of week 3 from sprout and end of the 2nd week of veg. Plants are starting to show differences but overall they are equally healthy and vigor. I like to do a foliar with Aptus Nutrispray throughout the growth to ensure my plants get that extra edge to the already good vibration. I'm also adding Micromix Drip to enrich substrate with good bacterias. Might wait another week or more before topping them. We'll see, but for now things are looking up! 🙌

daggaDNA End of week 4 from sprout and end of the 3rd week of veg. I am thrilled with this genetics so far but now it's time to say goodbye to this beautiful canopy with topping the tops in the following week. Who knows, maybe we will see even nicer canopy in a week or two :) My watering is handfed with approx 1L of feeding solution per 3 days at this point. As we got summer temps already it's getting harder to keep temps low and because of the more frequent air circulation, plants require more and more feeding. I like to keep things more on a dry side in first weeks while root mass is not developed yet, but once I reach outrun, then I'm the happiest because I like to water with outrun all the time. And it's also a reason why I'm always choosing small pots and Sea Of Green technique. It gives me a better control over things. It's time to do the work now with topping and preserving the potential keeper. I'll keep you updated ✌️

daggaDNA End of week 5 from sprout and end of the 4rd week of veg. Absolute fire! One of the most worry free vegetations in my career. After I was having few runs with only cuts, it's been an eye opening experience now to pop these regular seeds of BIG BLOCK, bred by Cannabis Brothers. Today we mark the first day of 12/12 light schedule but as you can see plants went through some HST (high stress training). 5 days ago, that was on day 30 from sprout, I performed topping and putting them into preservation for future if we see that one of those 9 plants turned out to be a "keeper". Canopy looks hella good at this stage but now when I flipped them, some might and probably will turn out to be a male specimen. We don't want males so I will have to remove them and the resulting canopy might look completely different 3 weeks from now. Let's see how it goes 🤞

daggaDNA Welcome to the first week of flowering in this run with BIG BLOCK by Cannabis Brothers. 7 days ago I took cuts and now I'm happy to show you the first shots of roots and also the amazing green canopy which I'm truly proud of. Each plant is marked as pheno 1, 2, 3, ...and here is a cut of pheno #9 showing the great success. Soon others will follow and then we will see after 3 weeks how many males or females we have and then we can have a first selection of potential keepers. For now I'd keep them all as they grow all equally good but time will tell how many ladies we actually have.

daggaDNA Ending the first week and entering the 2nd week leaving my plants as I'm off to Mary Jane Berlin. I'll be absent for 9 days so I'm facing the challenges how to make sure they'll be okay when I'm back. As you can see I'm saying goodbye from perfect canopy with 9 plants as I've found 3 males that needed to be removed in order to prevent any polination during my absence. I'm eager to see what will happen when I'm back but for now I need to be in Berlin meeting some of you amazing people from the community. Hopefully the remaining 6 are females and they will wait for me in a good state. I'm leaving them in the worst possible moment as they are stretching, showing sex, and weather forecast is extremely hot. This makes my runs unique with all the challenges we are facing each time. Who said growing is stress free? 😂💚

daggaDNA Here I am, back from Mary Jane Berlin, finding my plants in a completely different stage. Day 16 of 12/12 and now I'm ending with 4 female plants from initial 9 plants. In this week plants are finnishing the early flower stage, and next week they enter the late flowering phase, which lasts 3 weeks, before ending up in maturation phase for the last third of the flowering. I do expect this cultivar to finnish in between weeks 9 & 10. Enough balls already, right? 🤞😅
