Susquihanna Well, I am starting a new grow diary since my puppies ate the last one- thank goodness @Natrona had a FBASeed I could have!
I am trying to be very diligent in recording every step of this new adventure.
I used the paper towel method to germinate my seed and as you can tell, I had a tiny little sprout on day 1!!
I did not want to plant until I had a good long root.--Day 3 surprised me with the root that grew.
I went ahead and planted my Gorilla Cookie seed in FoxFarm Ocean Forest Potting Soil.
I am excited for this new diary adventure.

Susquihanna I took a screen shot of our crazy weather we are having right now. It's hard to be specific on the weather conditions week to week in our area. Some days it is 90*F and all the plants need nutrients and other days, as you can tell, it's very cool and the plants may go a day without. It's truly a day to day watch here in our area right now.
Wednesday, May 21st--Rained so much, I had to move Baby Gorilla inside to protect it.
Thursday, May 22nd--HAILED that's right, it hailed. Baby Gorilla was safe inside but my other plants took a beating like a pro!
I put Gorilla cookies under Frostbanger for protection until GC gets a little bigger.
Stay tuned for more --who knows what story Gorilla Cookies will tell:) 😘

Susquihanna This FB Auto is reported to be "Super-reliable and incredibly resistant. This cultivar inherited all the best qualities from her parents, making it a fool-proof strain even for beginner growers."
So far, so good. Gorilla cookies is growing great fresh, new soil from Fox Farm and water.
I'll have to keep a close watch on the weather this week. The forecast for the next 10 days calls for 7 days of rain! Ii can't believe it has rained sooo much this Spring. I will have to make sure Gorilla cookies doesn't get soaked.
Stay tuned, like and comment!! I will respond to ya:)

Susquihanna Buying nutrients can get so expensive so I have decided to use tried and true miracle grow. I had some left over from last summer and I am going to use it for this grow. I actually have never tried growing cannabis with miracle grow, so this is a first for me.
Miss Gorilla grew a lot this week and produced a lot of new growth. It makes me think this plant may be a bushy plant.
According to FB website: "This lady grows stout and bushy, reaching around 150cm while displaying a compact yet robust appearance with wide inter-nodal spacing. She will develop a thick main cola with fat side branches all around while not requiring much maintenance. She can produce up to 650 gr/m2 in around 10 weeks, putting her among the highest-yielding strains we’ve ever created."

Susquihanna Gorilla cookies has grown a lot. She is 18 inches tall!
I took a picture so show viewers how much growth she has up under the main cola area. I decided that I needed to do a LST on her and tie down 4 of her stems. If you look at the pictures, you can see the LST really opened her up a lot.
Looking at the weather this week, we are going to have a lot of bright, sunny days. That means I will have to water and feed my plants regularly. It will be nice to have a break from all of the rain that we have had.
I bought some "Fruit Fly Sticky Traps Fungus Gnat Traps Insect Trap for Plants Kitchen Indoor Outdoor White Flies Mosquitos Fungus Gnats Flying Insects Houseplant Gifts" off of Amazon that I really like. I don't know if anyone else has a buggy problem, but it seems like every time I get a new bag of soil, there are little gnat like bugs flying around. I tried to show my viewers how many bugs the sticky traps caught.
I am very interested in how my FBA Gorilla Cookies is going to grow --I usually buy 3 containers of FoxFarm nutrients but for this grow I am using Miracle Grow. I had some left over and decided to use up what I had instead of buying something new.
As always, please leave me comment and EAT COOKIES!!!

Susquihanna OMG! Miss Gorilla was showing her strength this week and grew a whopping 9 inches this week. The sun is shining and she is drinking 1 gallon of nutrients a day.
@Fastbuds website says, "Plant Appearance This lady likes to stay low and will usually grow to a height of 60-130cm. Her growth structure is short and bushy, thanks to her sativa dominance, and will grow one main central cola, with fat side branches all around. Once flowering starts, expect Gorilla Auto to fill out thick and fast, as she begins to pack on size, weight and go crazy with the trichome output. From seed to harvest she is ready in 9-10 weeks, where she will finish with a short and fat appearance."
So far, Miss Gorilla is keeping up to her description.
I took a magnified picture and it shows me that Miss Gorilla will probably be in flower next week. It looks like she is in the beginning stages of flower.
@Fastbuds website said to, "add support around this strain, to help the side branches during the flowering stage" which I have done by LST with her side branchs. I have tied them down to allow light in and support growth.
I am feeding her 1 gallon on nutrients a day right now and @Fastbuds website said, She can take a big feed especially during week 3 and onwards." So, I am on target with that information.
I also have a pool umbrella protecting all of my plants from the direct sun.
As always, please comment and let me know what you think of Miss Gorilla.
@Hightai90, @Fast_Buds, I don’t know what you mean?? But a cheater I am not!!! Don’t be ugly this is supposed to be fun contests - this is also the first time I am trying to do diaries.
@Hightai90, you are mistaken.@Fast_Buds
The 2 diaries of gorilla cookies are grown by 2 different people. Susquihanna was in contest with another plant that died. I gave her a new seed to start. @HinduGod who follows her had a gorilla cookies seed and suggested they grow at the same time. That's all. No cheating.
@Natrona, WELL YOU CAN UNDERSTAND DAT @SUSQUIHANNA AND I DO HAVE THE SAME ACCENT IN DA VIDEOS!!!! WE DO SOUND VERY VERY ALIKE!!!! LOOK AT DIS CHUMPS ENTRIES HE IS HERE JUST TO CAUSE PROBLEMS!!!!!
I TOLD THE SUN GOD DAT HE WAS VERY VERY BAD!!!!! I TOLD HIM I HAD TO BEAT HIM UP!!!!! THE NEXT DAY IT WAS VERY VERY SUNNY!!!! IT IS STILL VERY VERY SUNNY!!!!
