DrJekyll_MrKush Week 4 – Things Are Looking Good Starting off Week 4 with a little experiment – decided to try a SCROG on one of the 7 autos, just to see how she takes it. So far, so good – she’s bouncing back nicely. These F1s are really something! The rest of the girls are doing well under LST, spreading out slowly and steadily. Everyone looks healthy, and growth has been pretty consistent all around. All in all, a smooth week so far. The tent’s looking better every day – curious to see how things develop from here.

DrJekyll_MrKush All seven girls are looking happy and healthy! I did a bit of defoliation this week—just had to take off 2 fan leaves per plant to let those lower shoots catch some light. They’re loving it already. Started feeding them a bit of bud ignitor and maaaan… they’re popping off. Growth is explosive. You can really feel the energy shifting—like they’re gearing up for something big. Stretch phase is just around the corner, so now it’s all about keeping them nice and tidy in the tent, making sure all seven have their space to shine. So far, so dank 😎

DrJekyll_MrKush Week 2 of Flower — The Stretch is real! So here we are, second week into flower and the girls are really stretching hard. Managing 7 at once is proving a bit tricky — had to do some trimming and clean up the lower branches to avoid future popcorn buds and to push more energy to the top colas. One thing I really appreciate about these Medusa F1s is that, like many other F1s, they’re super uniform in height and structure, which makes life so much easier when running multiple plants at the same time. Noticed a few light green leaves (mostly the new growth) — I’ve been slowly increasing the nutrient dosage but it seems like some of them want more than others. Running more plants at the same time definitely brings new types of challenges, but it’s all part of the game. Happy growing everyone! 🌱✨🔥

DrJekyll_MrKush This week the Medusa F1 are settling nicely into full flowering mode. The stretch is still active and the canopy now completely fills the tent. Pistils are popping on all tops and side branches, and the first signs of real bud build-up are starting to appear — right now it’s that stage between scattered pistils and proper flower formation. Over the next days I expect the flower sites to bulk up and take shape more clearly. This is my first run with the tent packed to capacity, so the tops are quite close together. The canopy stays mostly even in height, but in some spots the tops are so close they can shade each other a bit. I’m planning to remove a few weaker side branches soon to open up the middle and keep light and airflow optimal for the main buds. No SCROG net — just LST and some light defoliation to help circulation. Plants look healthy and balanced so far. The smell is slowly building up: sweet, fruity and slightly earthy. Carbon filter and fans running 24/7 as usual. Nutrients this week: • Advanced Nutrients base trio: 3 ml/L each (Micro, Grow, Bloom) • 1 ml/L calcium (Canna) • 1 ml/L magnesium (Canna) • Up to last week I was using Bud Ignitor (Advanced Nutrients); now I switched to Bud Factor X and will add Big Bud once the flowers start swelling properly. Next week I expect the stretch to slow down and the buds to start forming more clearly with resin coming in. Also, I’ll decide which branches to prune to avoid overcrowding.
