Gone Bananas

Puff_TM_Dragon Transplanted from seed tray to slightly bigger container. Coco Loco soil. Ideally, I’d put her in her in her final resting spot at this point. It was just was a little easier to buy time this evening since I want to reclaim soil from a previous grow. Just didnhave the time or patience this evening to fool with it. 3 or 5 gal bag is next up. Haven’t decided yet.

Puff_TM_Dragon This is plant that means business. Off to a good start. Plan to top at around node 5, give or take.

Puff_TM_Dragon Needs to be transplanted. Reclaiming soil. I started the mix amending with Gaia all purpose, worm casting, Gaia power bloom, a sprinkle of epson salts, and recharge. Didn’t measure, just eyeballed but it’s much less than recommended dosages. I’ll also add some fresh coco loco and happy frog to the mix when I repot. Should probably go 5 gal now but I like 3. Nice root system going. I should have taken pics. I can always move up if need be. I’ll top and try the manifold mainline stuff I see on here. I’ll wait a couple days to get over any transplant shock.

Puff_TM_Dragon Topped and trimmed. Obvious slow down in growth as it recovers but I like the cleaner look.

Puff_TM_Dragon While fanning out the leaves one of the two main branches broke away at the base. I feel like I was being fairly gentle when it happened. It did not break off completely and I’m hoping it mends itself. I’ve left it untouched for a few days. This may completely change my plans for mainline since I need to wait and see if it heals. Or maybe just remove it altogether? But then I don’t think I’ll get the even canopy and symmetry I was going for with this plant.

Puff_TM_Dragon Topped. Defoliation. Power Bloom. Mainline idea has gone out the window. Haven’t done any LST. Kinda just let it do its thing. Should probably still be more aggressive in the defoliation. Not super needy.

Puff_TM_Dragon Sort of neglected her this week other than watering and a small dose of power bloom. Removed a couple large leaves from the bottom. Set clock to 12hrs about 3-4 days ago. No sign of flower yet. Shouldn’t be long. Edit 6/28: Gave it a fairly aggressive trim and introduced some gentle LST. I’m thinking I waited too late for that but we’ll see.

Puff_TM_Dragon Decided to flower a week into the 12/12 cycle. Doing some light LST. Definitely has a smell. Looking very healthy.

Puff_TM_Dragon Nothing major to report. Minor defoliation and LST. No nutes for a couple weeks now. Might by ready for one more top dress of Gaia bloom. Tent is getting crowded.

Puff_TM_Dragon Light LST. Top dressed with Gaia bloom. It will be the last dose, Really liking the vigor and structure of this plant. Looks like I’ll get some dense nuggets from this.

Puff_TM_Dragon I’m a little behind on the update but she’s doing fine. In love with this plant. Cloned very easily.

Puff_TM_Dragon Gets a good soak ever 2-3 days according to soil condition/bag weight. Defoliation is slow but steady. Definitely starting to wind down but I think it has another week or two left. Had to rotate positions with another plant in the tent. Since this one was topped a couple times I was able to put it under the lower hanging Fecida light and get the taller plants under the Vipar. It seems to be happy where it is now. I ended up giving the clone away. I have one more seed of this and plan on growing it again in the future. I hope it turns out as vigorous as this one!

Puff_TM_Dragon In love with this plant. Buds are stacking up nice.

Puff_TM_Dragon Was seeing plenty of cloudy to amber trichromes. Sticky. It was time. I’m wondering if there is a chance I can reveg this plant.
