limitedink It had been 3 days since I planted the seeds and nothing sprouted I got impatient and checked them. They were both much deeper than I remember sowing them but both had popped. I carefully replanted both near the surface. This is gonna be fun! limitedink They have rose from the coco! Yippee Kept coco moist and watered once toward the end of week 1. Picked up a heat mat, ceramic heater + thermostat and a humidifier. Game changer in winter. Now we're hitting the parameters we're aiming for and once the root structure has developed we will be able to keep the rootzone warm as we head into winter.

limitedink At the start of week 2, we have one of the girls growing fast while the other is a slower starter, but I have faith she will be a comeback kid. Just following the Hy-Gen nute schedule. Environment Targets: - 23-26.5c -50-65%rh shifting down from the 60-75%rh in seedling. -1.0-1.2kPa/vpd Girl #2 has really taken off while the other is plotting along slowly. #1 couldn't really keep up with the nute schedule like Girl #2 showing some signs of yellowing from overwatering. She just isn't able to drink as much as Girl #2 due to her stunted size.

limitedink First day of Week 4 our second girl has finally come back to health looking real healthy now, we also did some leaf tucking on our big girl. Feeding everyday, feeding 2x every other day and on these days (double fertigation days) I water less per watering. We also have a slight smell now which technically started at the end of the last week. Still feeding at full strength according to Hy-gen Nutrients Nute Schedule. Glad we didn't give up on the second I know she's gonna be some fire smoke. Day 27 - Still no sign of flowering.

limitedink Day 28- No signs of flower still. Day 29- IT'S A GIRL! White pistils spotted, took advantage of these budtrainer fabric pots and did some LST by tying down some of the lateral branches. Also snipped off the tiny leaves that weren't getting any light. First signs of roots poking out from the fabric pots. Going to start feeding twice per day now that flower has started. Also bottom feeding after every third water. It's going to be weird navigating stretch for the first time as well as learning to utilise the ScrOG net/trellis net. Going to wait until after stretch finishes before defoliating. Not looking forward to the logistics of having to water and empty the drain pans/pot saucers once these girls are fully grown.

limitedink Started the ScrOG got the big girl pretty wide unfortunately lost a budsite in the process but its all part of the learning experience. They're growing into absolute monsters also very glad we didn't give up on the second girl. Starting to get more fragrance a light mango smell very subtle but its there. Basically unable to move the plants now which has made watering and emptying the drain pans a chore but some large syringes and a Hand Pump Siphon has worked well enough. Can see why people use automated systems for both watering and draining. Have done only very light defoliations waiting until the end of Week 7 before lollipopping.

limitedink Seems growing is just mainly about consistency. Consistency in watering, Consistency in environment. Getting excellent results off of a 150w light far better than I was expecting, especially compared to A LOT of first grows that I have seen. As long as there are no big shifts in anything the plants grow as they should/thrive. Very over mixing nutrients and emptying the drain pans every single day. Have also noticed that hands get irritated when handling foliage at this stage which is apparently really common according to some quick research. Will be using gloves when handling the plant from now on.

limitedink Harvested on Day 86. The stunted plant matured really fast had a decent amount of ambers but the non stunted plant was harvested with all cloudy/milky with few ambers. Dried for 8 Days at ~50-60RH & 16-21c. Had the heater in the tent and the circulating fan on 2/2 speed (maxed) pointed at the floor. A absurd amount was from the stunted plant it went from us being unsure we were going to get much at all to the buds swelling and bulking like crazy out of nowhere. Measured 303g Dry weight. Took a day and a quarter of trimming with 2 people. Very satisfied with our first grow. More than satisfied. We would have been happy just to have made it to harvest but this strain just had so much vigor not even being stunted stopped it from giving some nice frosty buds. The buds themselves weren't as crazy frosty as I've seen some strains or crazy dense either. Smoke report: Effects lasting about ~2hrs. Light Dry Mouth, Munchies, Slightly Sedative + Slight Numbing/Pain Relief. No anxiety, relaxing, euphoria, stress relief. Great daytime strain doesn't make you tired.
