Germination
2mo ago
h1234 Germination took 4 days @ 24 °C. Potsize: 10 L Fertilizer: To get an idea of the ratios and amounts of nutritions that cannabis need, I used the following papers: 1) https://www.mdpi.com/2073-4395/12/5/1242 2) https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10636206/ 3) https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33312185/ And it shows that the rule of thumb for NPK 2-1-2 holds true. As well as Ca:Mg 4:1. The plant contains around 5 % N in dry weight (DW). So when the plant's DW is 50 g I would need 2.5 g N.

h1234 D21 Got some curly leaves!? Seems to be genetics. CBD BBK plants in other diaries show the same leaves. I also have a CBD Auto WW from DP in parallel with the same conditions but without curly leaves.

h1234 D56. It got really hot this week — over 30°C. The pot with soil reached over 40°C and some leaves turned yellow. Now, I insulated the pot. I hope she will survive. The fan leaves are getting more yellow day by day. Could be a N deficiency, despite curly leaves.

Nanners aren't ideal, but nanners don't produce much pollen and some portion it's not even viable. i'd pluck them. Only white pistils are receptive to pollen, which you still have, so some limited concern. if it is a complete pollen sac, that's a different concern. you can pluck a handful of those and hope they don't come back, but if it's continuing to herm you very likely get some seeded buds throughout garden. pollen sacs have a full compliment of male anatomy as opposed to lone nanners. If you pluch green nanners and unopened pollen sacs, you avoid pollen, but there will always be a few hidden that you don't see. context matters... apply some critical thinking skills. Whether you are working with 1 plant or many will factor into your choice. i.e. you don't want 1 plant ruining many and throwing a plant out becomes a more rational option.
