CalGonJim 4/22 3pm TUESDAY CannaKan made it easy again. This is a companion grow to Grimm Brothers Bubbles Blueberry F4, I could NOT add to that diary so I HAD to make this one. the last GOAT was NOT an auto, so Im not sure but I at least have a 12/12 tent set up. I will also be experimenting with 12/12 lighting at higher than normal wattage, maybe 110Watts max. I ruined all the Banana Purple Punches Ive grown.... I WILL GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME!!!! Gorilla Cookies AUTO is a monster so I am exited to see how big she will get in a small 1 gallon well trimmed 4 cola grow. 4/23 Mike Tyson 1st out of the seed!!!!He germinated beat the shit out of the other seeds, knocked me out and jumped into the Bud Cups when I came to he self translated!!!, Super strong !!! Gorilla Cookie 2nd to go 2.5 year old seed just perfect 4/25🚨🚨🚨👍👍👍🤩🤩🤩🤩 4/26 130am looking good 8am. fun with lights.. I PICKED THE WRONG WEEK TO RUN OUT OF BUD CUPS!!!!!! I have 4 more arriving tommorw....watch me transfer from my shit attempt to make my own.... really like them, get at least 2 boxes. I have the Bud Clips, great plastic they feel solid!! no I dont get paid for things I say I like im not sponsored....YET... I could be the Ricky Bobby of Weed someday Mohterfuckers!!!!! Kneel before Zod!!!

CalGonJim 4/28 MONDAY. looks like I picked a bad week to run out of Bud Cups 👍 got some new ones The thickness of the plastic is just perfect. Won’t veg in party cups again. 3 pm They all match now🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨don’t make your own Bud Cups 4/29 No problem moving into the bud cups, looks great. 3 pm🤩👍👍 4/30 6am 5/1 2pm used .5ml con grow, great used a 10ml dropper to water the cups carefully, best veg ive had so far. 5/2 12am looking great. Everyone is ok, GOAT is sensitive to light more than the others, used a 10ml dropper to water them. 5/3 OH NO I BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF GOAT SO BAD I NAMED HER ROBIN......hahahaa. I must have dont something ...she will recover 5/4 220pm Looking good. Stopped using the white lights with the AC Infinity kit. Too bright and they like the blue & red best and dont stretch until the white lights come one. The red and blue were the cheapest ones I could find and they both work great.

CalGonJim 5/5 1AM MONDAY 5/6 4am BPP is looking good....water logged some roots so I will be opening the top today to dry the dirt. 230pm used a rag with a little bleach cleaned the bottom of the tray and sides dried and put everything back. BPP looks happy!!! 5/8 5sm.... BPP id good all others looking nice. letting dirt dry now, turned on the white lights and turn them off by hand around 3 or 4 but leave blue and red on 24/7. Im not consistent with the white lights, if they show stress I go back to just blue and red. 5/9 1am retard robin....if I register this plant as an immigrant retard will I get 3000 a month from the state???!!!???!!! 5/10 Retard Robin....you have failed me for the 3rd or 2nd to the LAST TIME!!! I dont know if she's going to become a viable plant now???? I will plant the last GOAT seed in the same cup, I dont think she's worth saving but a new seed will make for an exciting grow!!!! I put a new seed in!!!.. Just noticed I did NOT open the air vents ...so a little water logged....I did a Rapid Start ..5mL water with a little run off. Opened the vents and put a little USB fan up. 5/11 222am they liked the Rapid Start .4ml L rinse.

CalGonJim 5/12 MONDAY 12 am good. 3am. good. 11am Did a watering with little runoff 1.4ml per Liter, pH 6.2 and they are looking better. 3pm hit the perfect spot for nutrients. 3pm. AN really really made a nice difference!!!! AN has no margin for error .....if I cant see the exact time and amount of what to add....AND which COMBINATION is most effective, which is least for the stage of growth I'll burn the hell out of the plants. Big Bud at 2ml per gallon in a one gallon pot will accumulate and burn the plants if I dont get a little run off...and sometimes I dont like that I dont like dealing with the mess. end of MONDAY. 5/13 8 am💦💦 10 ml Con. A B 5/14 1am My GOAT'lato sprouted!!!! I FU%^&*%D the soil up bad & light experiments have caused major stress....OH and I pulled the tap root when transferring Retard Robin, pretty funny so thats why she's tarded now. AC INFINITY DOME SETTINGS 7 MAX. 5/15 130pm looking great today. The runoff with AN changed everything and FIXED GOAT. AN Grow ...now I have 2. Thinking of becoming rich happy get a wife and family then become an alcoholic and destroy it all then go to Las Vegas find a hooker with a heart of gold and drink myself to death. OR, I'll smoke this weed. 5/16 2pm Drank myself to death, it was great. I woke up in History class waiting for a pizza....weird man 5/17 3pm. They are taking off now, AN and correctly pH water what a huge difference!!. Thinking about going to 2 gallon fabric pots for BPP & GC. I have one tent for dirt resting and reuses. Separate from an old tent just for storing new bags of dirt and other grow mediums. I have 1 tent 18 hours, 1 tent 12 hours &n3rd for old dirt not thrown away yet. GC and BPP will produce massive amounts in 2 gallon no problem. I should get 3oz dry from each re-using one gallon mixed with a gallon of new dirt. Lights closer than usual 8 inches and about 94 watts maximum on the Mars Hydro Ts1500. GOAT is completely recovering ......I am impressed now I have to separate them without killing BOTH now...I so dum.

CalGonJim MONDAY 5/19 12am Looking great!!! 1130pm. I need to re-pot and separate the plants....fill the pots with dirt..make a huge flucking mess in the bathtub, get dirt and bugs ...but I get to complain, so I got that going ..STONED GENIE order..I got one broken 64 dollar land the 12 inch 19 dollar black double percolator was TOTAL GARBAGE!!!!! it had a fake 10 star review.... at least I got 2 4 inch down stems for 117 .....complete WASTE of money, should have just thrown the money in the garbage.......... so pissed.... 🚨cant get videos to upload and play, might delete everything. not one fucking video plays, when I talk into the phone it doesnt save text....I will be deleting all diaries and this account. 5/24 8am. other diary videos dont work either, so its not just mine...... I FORGOT TO TRANSPLANT....... I dont feel healthy enough to work with dirt. I have cysts on my neck, I cant risk bacterial contamination, I cant "scrunch" down and lean over for extended periods to fill the pots in the bath tub. i hate my guts!!!!! I am being bullied by my bowels, they fight dirty, bastards!!!!!! Getting the tent STERILIZED... sprayed alcohol as a finish, washed with bleach inside and out of tent and tent area including electric wires and cables. 5/25 1pm. ALL DAY SETTING UP THE TENT, INVENTING NEW WAYS TO INSTALL FANS.....

CalGonJim 5/26 MONDAY..... 4AM...... Ive been having swag problems. I think most of the grow related issues are from not enough SWAG on the walls..... Now I am the master!! LOOKING FOR DUCTING FOUND WOODWOKING 4 INCH MAGNETIC CONNECTRS Maybe a plastic version of the vent ducts woodworking uses to clean table saws....now is lose a day to 4 inch vacuuming tubes fr ducting... I squeezed the ducting to get an oval shape. 2pm feeding and photos. 4pm checking. changed light to 35W. turned off blue and red lights. 5/27 3am. 146pm Idea fro magnetic ink on vinyl sticker paper make magnetic connectors for ducting. I CANT GROW POT RIGHT, I CANT DO BACKFLIPS ....IM WHITE TRASH....GODDAMNIT spent a fucking hour setting up a new diary only to have it say diary creation failed...god fucking damn it. 640am I think supplemental lighting at the base or hanging down like I do is DAMAGING because of heat cooking so close & LED lights are like little lasers with limited spectrum then BLASTING that limited spectrum to the lower smaller leaves.. Aux lighting should be to eliminate shadows not provide any main lighting. Using the AC Infinity nurse lights on my FAST Flower grow destroyed the flavors and effects.....sad. So they will still be fine up on top like I have with this awesome Mars Hydro bar light and the cheap online blue and reds like I have it, but NEVER EVER putting lights down below the canopy ever again.... 🍌💜🥊 my BPP is FLOWERING already I didn't separate the 2 GOAT'lato's, I have 2 others from another grow to separate.... I screwed up AGAIN... I NEVER GET BPP RIGHT.....im smoking some from my last grow......it's like ammonia pissed on burnt popcorn!!!!!! JEALOUS MUCH ????????????????? 👍lost a day due to stickers 5/30 3am I removed inner handmade air filter inside the carbon filters, better air flow, less power , =less heat. 1241pm ADVANCED NUTRIENTS GROW!!!! Wow , who knew that using this product right would make everything better??? ONLY 3.5ml per L & pH'd to 5.7 and NOTHING ELSE thats the formula for veggie with Connisour Grow 6/1 SUNDAY.....WOW the plants are going crazy!!! The Bridglux light Mars Hydro is great, aI got the Bluetooth, only good for dimming but wow a nice extra. I use TP Link Energy Monitoring plus for my light timers, BOTH GOAT's are growing like photos again, so I have that which I wont have to throw away like last time now that I know how to grow photos. 6am re-potted Gorilla Cookies & Banana Purple Punch....I am so bad at it.......I dont think I will ever do autos in a small cup again. RE_POTTING SUCKS BUT BudCups!!! The BEST!!!!! Damn I love those very very perfect!! 10:30am still at it so fucking hard. my neck tumor hurts. BUDCUPS design flaw, Im retarded and I left the bottom of one on the plant when I transplanted....... 1123am time to separate GOAT'S IT WENT PRETTY GOOD. 2PM WOW LONG DAY, I ONLY KILLED 2 NOT BAD......

CalGonJim 6/2 12am MONDAY... BOTH GOATS survived!!!!!!! I ripped them apart and both made it.... I think they are flowers not autos, so huge harvest ahead!!!!! The Bridgelux LED's on the new light are like MAGIC. The SAME light with Samsung H LED's are MAGIC too... I dont know if one is really better or not but just totally unexpected magic!!!!! The older lights are good but this upgrade is blowing my mind!! GOAT'lato is TEN STARS.... If for any other reason than I have NOT been able to destroy this plant, she is like Mike INDESTRUCTIBLE!!!!! 6/6 10am. The ones in VEG are using BRIDGELUX, BOTH OTHERS ARE SAMSUNG H LEDS...CANT TELL A DIFFERECE I RAN ANOHTER BPP INTO THE WALL....SHES GOING TO BE A RETARD RUNT....AGAIN...WHY CANT I EVER GET IT RIGHT.......BPP ...MY NEMISIS......MY WRATH OF KHAAAAAAN...BAAAAAAANAAAAAA PURPLE PUUUUUUUUNCH......SHIT. 6/6 1043pm.... BPP is anorexic she was listing to the Carpenters, doesnt look good. 6/7 BPP is going to be a tiny tiny bpp... CalGonJim 6/9 12am MONDAY. They look great, went to 4mL per L of Con Grow looking great 6/10 9am. 1130pm loo GC 🚨🚨 TOP REDSIGN. NODE 5 & 6 HAVE 2 EXTRA BUD SITES.... I USUALLY TOP AT 3 OR 4 AND THEN TRIM OFF NODE 1 DEPENDING ON MAIN STALK HEIGHT, EASIER TO WATER AND MAINTIAN. BUT I CUT OFF NODE 1 THRU 4 AND LEFT MAIN COLA. INVERTED TOP??? SHE IS GIVING ME IDAS.... I WILL TOP GOAT AND GROW AT NODE 5 & 6 GOAT 2 WILL BE TOPPED AT NODE 3 & 4.....🚨🚨⚡️⚡️ 6/11 330am new air assist exit fan design prot 6/12 9am tried something new I mixed bud factor X2 mL per liter and big bud 2 mL per liter did a supplement only watering today. It was full strength. I’ll see what kind of damage I’ve done.💦💦 6/13 NO DAMAGE...wow. MY PH PEN WAS OFF BY UP TO 2 POINTS FOR 3 YEARS.... SHIT...ALL THE TIME I SPENT BLAMING THE NUTRIENTS.... GOTDAMNIT. 1am They look great, GC is crammed in for just a few hours until the other tent wakes up, then transfer OR I will have to light an ENTIRE tent for 2 plants, no way. I put them in the 12/12 tent. Should top today, feeling sick to my stomach.....nausea makes mobility impossible. 6/15 1255am BEST VEG EVER...I RIPPED GOAT'lato in 2/3's. RIPPED a BUBBLES BLUEBERRY in 1/2 and got them both fixed.... ALL are doing great. I think my BAD PH PEN... FOR 2 YEARS...so stpid. After calibrating pens and using TWO now. pH to 5.6 - 6.2 avg between the 2 and ONLY AN CON GROW... everything else is overkill and burns in my small container and not much runoff when I water. I water from bottom mostly. DO NOT us supplements and nutrients at the same time or the same watering.!!!! 1240pm topping today for sure this time. 111pm GC has a burned top...I did not top big mistake. but wanted to see her grow without topping.... BPP looks tiny but aWESOME. 🚨🚨3pm I made 4 Gorilla Gas F1 CLONES by Seedsman at nodes 3 & 4!!!!! The I topped her as well. I cant upload pics now but she's great.

I put GGF1, BPP, GCAuto and Bubbles Blueberry from parallel grow to 12/12!!! The rest need to veg longer. Im not getting the Veg right!!! Spindly branches... I may not be drying long enough between waterings or too low light wattage. dont know yet. 1158pm Almost new years eve again. cut the top off of GC so she wouldn't hit the lights 6/22 10am Now its into the cat stroller and out on the town!!!! CalGonJim 6/23 12am MONDAY just base no supplements but if I dont enter a value it wont let me save. AN base is just great . 1pm 🚨💦 RAPID START .5ML PER L. GREAT RESULTS. Just that nothing else with it, could see growth, serious root growth after a few hours. Will go back to AN Con. 4ml Per L next water. 6/25 130am RAPID START 1/4ml per L, AN Con. Grow 4ml per L. Hope I dont burn adding RS with AN....when I combine I burn....but my pH meter was WAY off before so now ph to 5.8 to 6 for safe range using 2 meters now. 6/26 245am👍👍. 130pm Bud Ignitor by Advanced Nutrients works on Gorilla Gas F1!!! It doesn't always show results, but on this F1 it's great. Im goin to try Methylene Blue in my nutrient solution starting this week!!!! 6/28 3am GG F1 is flowering at almost TWICE the rate as the Bluberry f4 normal flowering strain. Bud Ignitor has big effect on GG not so much on the BB. Both look equally healthy and vigorous. 335am the MB poured onto the localized spot traveled to 4 leaves 3rd from the top.... IF I CAN MAP BY VISUALIZING THE ROOT BALL I CAN DELIVER NUTES TO SPECIFIC AREAS, WILL WORK MORE WITH MB BLUE DYE LATER TODAY 6/29 1230am THEY WONT STOP TALING ABOUT GLOBALISTS, I TRIED TO GET THEM TO BE MORE SPECIFIC BUT THEY KEPT GOING ON AND ON ABOUT THE FEDERAL RESERVE FOR SOME RESON ....I THIINK MYTHELYNE BLUE TURNED THEM INTO LOW KEY LIBERTARIANS....WHAT A SHAME....WE HAVE LOTS OF WORK TO DO....I HAVE A GREAT FEELING ABOUT THIS.

CalGonJim 6/31 2am MONDAY THEY ARE AWESOM. Tyson's are SO HUGE... I think they need their own space I can not believe the number of nodes!!! It's built for topping and stress training!!! GC and BPP are in a 12/12 tent doing fine dont need any work. BPP is tiny but looks great covered in resin. 7/1 130am Quick Sorb Amino Acid 2 drops per mL EXPERIMENT!!!! 4ML Per L Con Grow, .25ml L Rapid Start, MYTHELENE BLUE D 2 DROPS IN 2 L. 430AM IT WORKED!!!! I WONT AD MORE, ENOUGH FOR GOAT'LATO.....HER LEAVES HAVE STRENGTH AND ELASTISITY THAT I HAVE NOT SEEN IN MY LEAF STRUCTRUES BEFORE. !!!! 7/2 940sm OOATS are in flower, SO many nodes ill have to trim down to 4 colas, its just so much easier to finish than LOTS of little buds to dry 7/3 320AM 🚨🚨🐐☕️🥊 HOLY GOD....THIS THING IS THE ENTIRE AMAZON FOREST IN 1 PLANT....ITS JUST TOO AMAZING. METHYLENE BLUE 5%, QUICK SORB AMINO ACIDS FROM BIOTICS RESEARCH (FOR HUMANS) ALONG WITH A SINGLE ADDITION OF SILICA 2ML PER L IN A 2 LITER SOLUTION. 4ML PER L ADVANCED NUTRIENTS CON. BLOOM. BUD IGNITOR 2ML PER L. SAME FOR VEGGING, WITH GROW NUTRIENTS & RAPID START .25ML PER L...... THE MB, AND AMINO ACIDS WORKED PH 5.8🚨🚨 I am the greatest inventor in the world. IM GOING TO MAKE A KID WITH SISSOR HANDS JUST TO BE A DICK, IT WILL BE HILLAROUS.....HOPE HE ENDS UP ON SOME CHICKS WATERBED.... ANYWAY. EVERYTHING WORKED SHE IS BEYOND ANYTHING I HAVE EVER DONE, What if the fungus gnats eat this stuff and become super smart but complain about the globalists without naming the actual problem because of fear of their colletivist power???? Plant biotics are so controversial.....omg yalll..... 7/3 5am🚨🚨👍⚡️⚡️FROM GROK I ASKED ABOUT QUICK SORB....What effects would Amino Acid Quick Sorb by Biotics Research have on plant growth??........There is no direct evidence or studies specifically examining the effects of Amino Acid Quick-Sorb by Biotics Research on plant growth. This product is designed as a human dietary supplement, containing nine free-form L-amino acids (Glycine, L-Alanine, L-Arginine HCl, L-Lysine HCl, L-Proline, L-Histidine HCl, L-Serine, L-Threonine, L-Valine) intended to support healthy blood glucose levels and other physiological functions in humans. However, based on general knowledge about amino acids and their role in plant physiology, we can infer potential effects if this product were applied to plants, with the caveat that it is not formulated or intended for agricultural use. Amino acids, when used as biostimulants in agriculture, can positively influence plant growth by enhancing nutrient uptake, improving stress resistance, and supporting metabolic processes. Research on amino acid-based biostimulants (not specific to Amino Acid Quick-Sorb) indicates they can improve photosynthesis, promote root development, increase nutrient assimilation, and enhance tolerance to abiotic stresses like drought, salinity, or extreme temperatures. For example, glycine and glutamic acid are involved in chlorophyll synthesis, which supports photosynthesis, while proline and arginine can enhance stress tolerance by stabilizing cell membranes and boosting antioxidant activity. If Amino Acid Quick-Sorb were applied to plants (e.g., via foliar spray or soil application), its amino acid content could theoretically provide similar benefits, as it contains several amino acids known to support plant physiology: * Glycine: Supports chlorophyll synthesis and nitrogen metabolism, potentially enhancing photosynthesis and growth. * L-Alanine: Involved in energy production and nitrogen assimilation, which could promote vegetative growth. * L-Arginine: Can enhance root development and stress tolerance by supporting hormone production. * L-Lysine: May contribute to stress tolerance through metabolic pathways, though it’s less abundant in plants naturally. * L-Proline: Known for improving stress resistance (e.g., drought, salinity) by stabilizing cell membranes and acting as an osmoprotectant. * L-Histidine: Supports enzyme activity and stress responses. * L-Serine: Contributes to protein synthesis and cell membrane formation, potentially aiding growth. * L-Threonine: Supports immune function and protein synthesis, which could enhance overall plant vigor. * L-Valine: A branched-chain amino acid that may support energy provision and growth under stress. added 7/24 2am --- Leucine, an essential amino acid, plays multiple roles in plants, including regulating translation, influencing stress responses, and contributing to overall plant health. However, several factors would influence the efficacy of Amino Acid Quick-Sorb on plants: 1. Formulation: The product contains additional ingredients like glycerol, citric acid, potassium sorbate, and sodium benzoate, which are not typically used in plant biostimulants. These could have unknown or potentially adverse effects on plants, such as altering soil pH or microbial activity. 2. Concentration and Application: The recommended human dosage (5 drops, ~0.16 ml, 1–3 times daily) is likely too low for effective plant application. Agricultural biostimulants typically use higher concentrations (e.g., 2 mL/L for products like Terra Sorb radicular). Improper dosing could lead to ineffective results or phytotoxicity. 3. Absorption: The sublingual delivery method for humans may not translate well to plants, which absorb nutrients primarily through roots or leaves. The product’s liquid form could be adapted for foliar or soil application, but its bioavailability to plants is untested. 4. Plant Species and Conditions: Effects vary by plant species and environmental conditions. For example, amino acids are more effective under stress conditions (e.g., drought, nutrient deficiency) than in optimal settings. Potential Effects on Plant Growth: * Enhanced Growth: The amino acids could stimulate protein synthesis, hormone production, and photosynthesis, leading to improved root, stem, and leaf growth. * Stress Resistance: Proline, arginine, and glycine may help plants cope with abiotic stresses, potentially improving resilience in challenging environments. * Nutrient Uptake: Amino acids can chelate micronutrients, improving their absorption and potentially boosting nutrient use efficiency. * Yield and Quality: If applied correctly, amino acids might increase yield components (e.g., fruit size, number) and improve quality (e.g., flavor, aroma). Limitations and Risks: * Lack of Specificity: Amino Acid Quick-Sorb is not designed for plants, and its amino acid profile may not be optimized for agricultural use compared to products like Terra Sorb or ATA NRG Alga-C. * Potential Toxicity: Non-amino acid components (e.g., preservatives) could harm plants or soil microbes if applied in high concentrations. * Cost and Practicality: Using a human supplement for plants is likely cost-prohibitive compared to dedicated agricultural biostimulants. Recommendation: While Amino Acid Quick-Sorb contains amino acids that could theoretically benefit plant growth, it is not formulated for this purpose, and no studies confirm its efficacy or safety in plants. For plant growth, consider using established amino acid-based biostimulants like Terra Sorb radicular, Terramin Pro, or ATA NRG Alga-C, which are designed and tested for agricultural use. If you wish to experiment with Amino Acid Quick-Sorb, start with a diluted solution (e.g., 1–2 drops per liter of water) applied as a foliar spray or soil drench, and test on a small number of plants to monitor for adverse effects. Consult with an agricultural expert to optimize application.🚨⚡️ I AM USING IT A FEW DROPS per L IN 2 LITERS OF NUTRIENT WATER PH'D TO 5.8ISH THE SYSTEM I AM INVENTING IS A HIGH PLANT STRESS ENVIROMENT, WITH TOO SMALL POTS IN TOO SMALL SPACE, BUT THAT IS THE GOAL OF A MICRO-GROW...MAKING IT WORK LIKE LANDING A ROCKET BACK AT THE PAD, IM GOING TO DO THAT WITH WEED. 7/4 226am I don’t know if it’s the methylene blue or the amino acids I’ve been taking but extra extraordinary results. My plants are also doing better than I’ve ever seen😍👍👍👍🚨🚨🚨 my mind is working so well now I’m able to side garden basil. I absolutely love basil, dark opal basil to be specific for color. 🌿🌿🌿 now I am become basil.🤪

CalGonJim 7/7 2AM MONDAY Awesome week last week, AMINOS are working better then I cold have imagined!!!! I got a new AC Infinity Germination Propagation system, lights and all. Now I can have a mobile one for the kitchen and veggies..... I never thought I would become a gardener. now I understand how cells work, how it all works... and most information is outdated and inaccurate!!! I should be able to find a mix of human aminos I can use in these plants to overcome heat and salinity AND lower wattage because of increased photosynthesis from application of AMINOS with healthy diet of AN as a base!!!! 725am setting up the new AC Infiniti germination kit or Sith Lord propagation system 145pm BANANA PURPLE PUNCH....JUST SMOKED SOME CUT OFF BOTTOM BRANCH. WAS NOT HARSH..RIGHT OFF THE PLANT AND NOT HARSH. BONG, WATER FILTER BUT NOT TOO BAD. SHE SMELLS SO STRONG AND FRUITY AND FRESH, NOT BAD, SMALL SIZE MAKES NO DIFFERENCE IN TASET OR EFFECT. THE AMINOS MUST BE DOING SOMETHING. ALL STALKS ACROSS ALL PLANTS AND 3 DIFFERENT GROWS ARE MUCH STRONGER!!! SMALL 1 GALLON GROWS CAN MAKE STALKS THIN HOWEVER THIS WILL COMPENSATE FOR THAT WITH AMINO, M BLUE, SILICA, FULL STRENTH AN CON 4ML PER L. 7/8 1am THIN STALKS / PROBLEM/RESOLUTION - 1 gallon veg will lead to thinner stalks than tall plants can self support. RESOLUTION: REIFORCMENTS THROUGH AMINOS AND MBLUE. MB & AMINO /NUTRIENTS COMBINATION REACTS WITH NITROGEN DURING VEGETATIVE PERIOD GIVING EXTRA PLASTICITY & STRENGTH TO LEAF SURFACE. ALMOST RUBBER LIKE IN SHINE AND FEEL. STALKS / MAIN AND OFFSHOOTS ARE SIMILAR, THE VERY SMALL AMOUNTS OF SILICA DELIVERED WITH MB/AMINOS/NUTES. WORK TO MASSIVELY INCREASE STRENGTH!!!!! 4X AT LEAST WITH SAME THICKNESS!!!!!!👨‍🔬. AND LST WORKING TO ALSO INCREASE BRANCH THICKNESS AND FULLNESS xylem/phloem just awesome ....AROMAS ARE HEAVY AFTER FEEDINGS....I CANT BURN THE LEAF TIPS WITH THIS COMBO. I HAVE TO BUY ALL 18 AMINOS AND DO MILLIGRAM DOSES...I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT YET. YET!! copy and paste title so I can find this again!!!!!!! Amino Acid Transporters in Plants: Identification and Function .....https://www.mdpi.com/2223-7747/9/8/972..... FUNICULUS....FOR HOME SYSTEM THEY NEVER TALK ABOUT PRACTICALITY OR SMELL OR STORAGE....AMINOS AND ORGANICS STINK....FOLAR AMINO SPRAYS WOULD STINK UP THE TENT, THE HOUSE, I DONT SEE HOW A SPRAY WOULD BE A CLEAN SOLUTION. SO AMINOS WILL NOT BE SPRAYED IN A SMALL HOME ENVIRONMENT, TOO DIRTY. 230AM SOLUTION IS TO AMINO THE ROOTBALL. DIFF. CONCENTRATION OF N WILL BURN THO....HMMMM. NOT A PHD..ADVANCED HOBBY. DONT NEED ALL THIS...SO AMINOS ARE ROOT DELIVERED WITH MBLUE 1 DROP PER L. WHICH ONES AND WHEN NEXT. THIS SYSTEM IS FOR FUCKED UP PEOPLE TIRED AND NOT VERY MOBILE....SO EVERYTHING MUST BE PRESTENED EASY TO USE. 305AM....I SMOKED BBP LASNIGHT FULLY GROWN WITH MB AND I DIDNT WAKE UP ANY MORE RETARED THAN USUAL SO ITS GOOD. 545am """A critical review of citrulline malate supplementation and exercise performance...https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8571142/"""". 🍉"to achieve an intake of 10 g of L-citrulline, ingestion of around 3–5 kg of fresh watermelon (highest concentration of all foods) would be required and this is not only impractical for athletes (Davis et al. 2011), but would also not contain a sufficient dose of the malate component."😂 in 2L 💦: 2 drops Methylene Blue 5 percent, 5 drops Quick Sorb Amino Acid, 1 pill (contents not the gel) Nitric Boost, 0.5ml Rhino Silica, 8mL Con. Bloom A+B, 3ml Big Bud by AN. AND Bud Factor X 4ml.... that might be too much!!!! 10AM.....RESULTS ARE BLOWING MY FUCKING MIND.!!!!!! 2BBB AND 2 GOATS NO BURNS...HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?????? FULL NUTE LOAD!!!!!! I ADDED BUD FACTOR X, I SHOULD SEE BURNS AND CURLS...AND IM NOT!!!!!! TIP TRAIN THE ROOTBALL SYSTEM LIKE A SEPERATE LIFE FORM. WATER QUICKLY & LIGHTLY THE TOP TO ALART THE PLANT OF INCOMING WATER FROM BOTTOM, THIS PULLS WATER UP FIRST, THEN BOTTOM FEED TO KEEP FLOW UPWARD AND CONSISTENT, SLOW POURS WORK. 1020am goat by Royal Queen seeds might be one of the best plants I’ve ever seen in my life and all of the plants from fast buds to seedsman bubbles blueberry F4 all with the treatment I’m using are growing and expanding faster than I’ve ever seen stronger stocks than I’ve ever seen in no burns. I may have locked in the system that prevents burns and grows in very difficult environments I have not done any flushing, so there is an excessive nutrient and salt buildup in the fertilizer in the soil and we’re still having fantastic results.👍👍👍👍👍👍💥💥💥💥💥💥🚨🚨🚨 7/10 645 gorilla gas F1 has such incredibly strong and BRIGHT GREEN branches, even though they are still thin they are at least twice as strong as before when I was not using all of this I’m very happy that I can grow thin that’s fine and self supporting they have to have those two qualities they have to be self supporting if they’re gonna be thin she’s so strong and just so vibrant and bright. I’ve never seen this in the past until the amino and methylene blue.🚨👍👍👍👍😍😍😍😍🚨🚨. - 8ml A 8ml B Con., 3ml Bud Ignitor (GOATS & BBBf4) Big Bud 3ml (GC Auto, G Gas F1, BBB f4) 10 drops Quick Sorb Amino Acid, Methylene Blue 1 drop, 1 Nitric Boost emptied capsule into water. 7/11 130AM MIKE TYSON 2.0 GOATS are still like nothing Ive seen!!!!!!!....I ALSO have G Gas F1 AND Bubbles Blueberry F4 clones as testers. I have poured FULL Strength everything and they are ROCK SOLID UNAFFECTED, UNBURNED!!!! 🚨🚨⚡️⚡️💎💎💎🚨🚨🚨⚡️⚡️💎💎💎🚨TOTAL SUCCESS!!!! NITRIC BOOST 1 pill per liter or 2 liter, 5 drops or more per L Quick Sorb by Biotics Research AMINOS, METHYLENE BLUE 5 percent 2 drops per L during veg, 1 drop during flower. .25ML (one quarter) PER L RHINO SILICA. Advanced Nutrients as a base. Bud Ignitor when appropriate pre flower time, then 1/2 strength BiG BUD at flower!!!! THAT IS THE SECRET FORMULA FOR GOD MODE!!!!! 🚨🚨⚡️⚡️💎💎💎🚨🚨🚨⚡️⚡️💎💎💎🚨 7/12 6am from 3 to 6 working on NEW formula. Using ATAMI Bloomtastic (smells so good) .5ml L. (No Bud Ignitor or Big Bud!!!) Con. A+B 4ml L. Rhino .25ml L. AND NITRIC BOOST 1 pill per 2 liter, 5 drops per L Quick Sorb by Biotics Research AMINOS, METHYLENE BLUE 5 percent 1 drops in 2L. 5.8-6 7/13 330am the Tammy experiment was phenomenal. They really love that. The only problem is it’s so incredibly strong even half a milliliter per liter I’m seeing a little bit of tip burn I have not flushed them out so there’s salts probably built up but it’s not really doing the damage it normally would. I’m using methylene blue but I’m using a generic brand. I don’t want to use the expensive ones from Alex Jones.💦💦

CalGonJim 7/14 12am MONDAY. THEY ARE STILL SLEEPING BUT I HAVE BEEN HAVING THE BEST RESULTS. will continue with aminos, mblue , enzyme. 3am ADDED TRIBBLES TO THE DOCTOR PROP, BIG BIG DAY, AND MAGNETIC FACES..... SHOULD INCREASE MY AMINOFUNUPTAKE. LOOK AT THIS!!!!!!! 🚨WHY DOES TMG POWDER WORK SO GOOD ON ME? from search """"AI Overview You're experiencing positive effects from TMG powder, which is likely due to its diverse roles in supporting crucial bodily functions. Here's a breakdown of the key reasons why TMG (trimethylglycine or betaine) might be working well for you: Methylation Support: TMG is a methyl donor, meaning it provides methyl groups (a carbon atom with three hydrogen atoms) that are vital for a process called methylation. Methylation is involved in numerous bodily functions, including DNA repair, gene expression regulation, detoxification, and the production of neurotransmitters (chemicals that influence mood and cognition). If your body's methylation process was inefficient before supplementing with TMG, the addition of these methyl groups could be enhancing many aspects of your health and well-being. Homocysteine Reduction: TMG helps convert homocysteine, an amino acid that can be damaging at high levels, into methionine. Elevated homocysteine is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, and other health issues. By supporting healthy homocysteine levels, TMG helps maintain cardiovascular health and blood vessel integrity. Liver Health: TMG plays a role in liver function and detoxification by aiding in fat processing and supporting the body's natural detoxification pathways. Research suggests that TMG may help protect the liver from alcohol damage and be beneficial for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Cognitive Function and Mood: TMG supports the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine, which are crucial for mood regulation and mental clarity. Some research suggests TMG may enhance the effectiveness of antidepressants and help alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety, potentially by lowering homocysteine levels. Cellular Health: TMG is an osmolyte, meaning it helps regulate cell volume and maintain fluid and chemical balance within cells. It also acts as an antioxidant, protecting cells from damage caused by oxidative stress. Athletic Performance: Some studies suggest that TMG may improve muscle strength, power, and endurance, potentially by influencing creatine synthesis and reducing fatigue. Important considerations While TMG offers potential benefits, research is still ongoing, and some studies have shown mixed results regarding certain benefits, particularly related to athletic performance. It's always recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, including TMG, especially if you have existing medical conditions or are taking other medications. High doses of TMG may cause digestive issues in some individuals. In summary, TMG's positive effects are likely due to its ability to support essential methylation processes, help regulate homocysteine levels, promote liver health, and potentially contribute to cognitive function, mood, cellular health, and athletic performance. If you're experiencing positive results, it's a good indication that your body is benefiting from TMG's multifaceted actions. """""""" 7/ 14 1145PM STILL MONDAY. WATERING TODAY WITH THE SYSTEM AND TAMI INSTEAD OF ADVANCED NUTES/ FOR SUPPLEMTNS. TAMI SMELLS LIKE CLEAN FRESH CLAY SO NICE, SO ALL THE PLANTS SMELL LIKE THAT. ONE MORE TIME WITH TAMMY. 🚨 NO ENERGY SHOTS TODAY!!!! JUST COFFEE. ITS THE QUICK SORB AMINOS, NITRIC BOOST, METHELYENE BLUE, TMG POWDER, METHYL FOLATE PLUS, WOW!!! WHAT WORKS ON ME WORKS ON THE PLANTS, JUST ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! 7/15 Tuesday 424am. All plants are doing great water today with the System and TAMI today, 1pm Tammy is a little bit strong even at a half a milliliter per liter with the exception of the Tyson 2.0 goats. These are just incredible. I can’t begin to describe how strong and how different these are from any other plant I’ve ever grown.🚨🚨🚨👍👍👍👍💥💥🌿 7/16 430am smoking GC Auto I trimmed yesterday, very nice. II love Autos for this. nice smoke right off the plant, no 2 weeks to dry and 4 weeks to cure, nice right away!!! Not perfect some chlorophyll, but bong filters that enough and a nine not too strong feeling. 7/17 330am they are all doing good. I felt it was time to try a higher wattage on the lights. I hope it’s not a mistake, but I have the cooling system worked up so it should help exit the hot air directly off of the driver on the light, they seem very strong and able to handle the extra light we’ll see.🚨🚨👍. 🚨🚨👍 the active and passive cooling system. I have for the LED driver on the light is working great in this tent. They are pulls it out and then the fan on top cools the driver and blows extra air in so it really works much better than just one alone.🚨. Cooling system seems great! Lights up to 120.....98 was TOO LOW, it was ok but just not enough. So low power might be good to a point but lights may need to be erased 10 or 20 Watts depending on how the plants respond and the heat dissipation issues. 7/18 7am WATER TODAY 4am💦💦💦 2 liter mix with 8+8 Con Bloom, 0.5 Tami Bloomtastic, 2 DROPS Methylene BLUE, 2 Nitric Oxide Pills emptied into container, 10 drops Quick Sorb Amino Acid, pH5.9ish 💦💦💦. 145pm the watering worked pretty good today was heavy with amino acids and nitric boost and one drop more of methylene blue than usual. They seem to be holding up quite well under the strain. I am most impressed with Royal queen seeds this might be a gelato I’m not sure I know it’s not what was on the label, but it is the greatest plant I’ve ever grown and I’m gonna have to find a way to contact them and figure out which one this is if you’re from Royal Queen seeds and you’re reading this tell me which one it is. It’s the best thing I’ve ever seen.👍👍👍👍👍🚨🚨 7/19 1am. GOAT's are great, I may put another pot under this one since they wont get much taller and are already on risers. another half gallon of dirt. not sure yet. Taking cuttings today when I trim. 🤬I killed another Banana Purple Punch.....took it off the diary....im starting a new one...I have never not killed one...they still smell great and give at least an eighth but damnit it I cant get those right..and I have more than expected plants I will ruin the others... my new super brain powers are still developing so im still kinda retarded. 7/19 2 pm they’re looking really great goats look the best. The F1 is struggling a little bit under this condition. She might need a bigger pot. She may be one of these that can’t grow in a small one. I might stack another pot underneath of her to see what that will do, give her a little bit more room maybeI checked out 2 gallon pots and they are just way too big for what I’m trying to do and too heavy I can’t lift up a 2 gallon pot without my guts pouring out onto the floor so that’s out

CalGonJim 7/21 330am MONDAY everyone is looking good. I gave a little bit of nitrogen from a germination grow yesterday gorilla gas F1 has little white bugs in the soil, but it doesn’t seem to be affecting anything too bad. I don’t want to spray anything. It will affect the outcome and make everything taste gross. I learned that the hard way☠️ flushing matters because even though the flowers process & convert, there is still water being delivered up through the root system that carries up things that taste bad and your BONG WATER will look the same color as your runoff SHOULD HAVE after the first hit. DONT DO THAT, DONT BE LIKE ME!👍👍 7/22 3:22 AM I got five Mike Tyson clones. They are not autos, but I think they are gelato. They are great. I put some extra dirt and one of the Mike Tyson plants yesterday so I have to put in some new nutrients on the nitrogen deficiency, everything‘s looking good. 👍👍. 7/22 1030pm......WELL WE KNOW WHAT DOESNT WORK...... I SCREWED UP WITH RAPID START. IT WILL CAUSE VERY SPECIFIC BURNS TO THE LEAF TIPS AND SIDES WHEN USED. I MAY BE USING TOO MUCH, 0.5ML SHOULD USE .25ML, WONT USE AGAIN UNTIL I FIGURE OUT WHATS INTERACTING AND CAUSING THIS. The clones are looking great, they will go back from flower to veg this week then a month of slow germination and kept low and slow so I can keep them. 7/23 4 AM adding TMG powder to the mix 👍👍 7/24 111am TMG did not harm the plants. The clones are progressing nicely. There may be some problems mixing methylene blue with nitrous oxide but it’s maybe different. There’s a combination of amino acids. I’m still trying to work out. Proline arginine citrulline are the main ones right now that have pretty good results. Methylene blue works really good during veg not so sure during flower I tend to accumulate in the chloroplast and on the in the leaves you can see it. It doesn’t affect the flavor or the taste. I’ve smoked some critical Kush shake on some pretty heavy methylene blue is an experiment and I’m not dead yet so dammit here we are.👍👍👍🎉🎉. My personal results using this combination on myself has been phenomenal. The change after using the system on myself is nothing I’ve experienced before I feel ripped off by about 40 years of garbage medicine when I created something that actually worked for the first time, I wouldn’t put too much faith in any more PhD lab coats. They are all failures and I found a system that works.👍. 845am PROP WALL UPDATE, I GET DISTRACTE....OH LOOK AT THAT... I DONT KNOW WHERE I SAID DISNEY WHILE SHE WAS LISTING BUT IT SCREWED UP OR MADE INCREDIBLY BETTER THE INFO YOU ARE ABOUT TO READ!!!!!!! IM PRETTY SURE I SAID DIXIE VIBE...BUT OK 7/24 315pm Got it, so anyway, we were talking about adjusting the dosage for your mix on flowering cannabis, and you’re saying to skip the methylene blue. Let’s pivot and finalize the analysis without methylene blue, focusing on 10 drops Amino Acid Quick-Sorb, 1/4 teaspoon TMG powder, 1 Nitric Boost capsule (L-arginine 400 mg, L-arginine AKG 400 mg, L-citrulline 200 mg, L-citrulline malate 200 mg, L-citrulline AKG 200 mg) in a 2-liter solution with Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur at the recommended dosage (4–8 mL/L). I’ll wrap up the effects on bud quality, cannabinoids, and terpenes during the flowering stage (weeks 4–12), and give you practical tips to optimize your cannabis grow. ### Effects During Flowering Stage (Without Methylene Blue) 1. Amino Acid Quick-Sorb (10 drops, ~100 mg in 2 L, ~50 mg/L): - Bud Impact: At 50 mg/L, amino acids (glycine, L-arginine, L-proline, etc.) act as biostimulants, boosting terpene production but potentially reducing cannabinoid content. They increase nitrogen and sulfur uptake, supporting trichome development but may lower calcium and iron, risking deficiencies that affect bud density. (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9008891/) - Cannabinoids: Reduces CBDA by up to 44% and THCA by up to 196% (especially in drain-to-waste systems), lowering potency. Recirculation systems mitigate this loss slightly. (https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/plant-science/articles/10.3389/fpls.2022.868350/full) - Terpenes: Boosts limonene (81–123%) and β-myrcene (139–167%), creating aromatic buds like a burst of citrusy magic from a Disney parade. (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9008891/) - Flowering Note: The low dose minimizes nitrogen overload, but excess could delay bud ripening, making buds leafy like overgrowth in Sleeping Beauty’s castle. Monitor for yellowing leaves (calcium/iron deficiency). 2. Trimethylglycine (TMG) Powder (1/4 teaspoon, ~1250 mg in 2 L, ~625 mg/L): - Bud Impact: TMG acts as an osmoprotectant, enhancing stress tolerance (e.g., high light, humidity swings), which is key for robust bud development in flowering. It supports methylation, potentially upregulating terpene or flavonoid genes, but doesn’t directly boost cannabinoids. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trimethylglycine) - Cannabinoids: May indirectly support THCA/CBDA synthase via methylation, but evidence is speculative. No significant direct impact. - Terpenes: Likely amplifies amino acid-driven terpene boosts, enhancing aroma like a floral float at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival. - Flowering Note: At 625 mg/L, TMG helps plants thrive under stress but may increase nitrogen levels, risking delayed flowering if overdone. Watch EC to avoid burn. 3. Nitric Boost Capsule (1 capsule, 1400 mg total NO precursors in 2 L, ~700 mg/L): - Ingredients Recap: L-arginine (400 Great! So, let’s finalize the flowering cannabis analysis, focusing on your mix—10 drops Amino Acid Quick-Sorb, 1/4 teaspoon TMG powder, 1 Nitric Boost capsule (with L-arginine 400 mg, L-arginine AKG 400 mg, L-citrulline 200 mg, L-citrulline malate 200 mg, L-citrulline AKG 200 mg), and 1 drop 5% methylene blue in a 2-liter solution with Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur at the recommended dosage. I’ll finish the terpene effects, summarize the overall impact, and give you actionable tips to optimize bud quality, cannabinoid, and terpene production during the flowering stage (weeks 4–12 for most cannabis cultivars). Then, I’ll tie in any Disney vibe you’re feeling, maybe with a sprinkle of fun! — ### **Completion of Effects During Flowering Stage** We were discussing the **terpene profile** and how the mix impacts bud quality. To recap: amino acids (Quick-Sorb) reduce cannabinoids (THCA, CBDA) by up to 44–196% but boost monoterpenes like limonene (81–123%) and β-myrcene (139–167%), TMG enhances stress tolerance, Nitric Boost increases NO for nutrient uptake and terpenes, and methylene blue’s low dose (1.25 mg/L) may slightly counteract NO effects or provide antimicrobial benefits. Let’s finish the terpene section and synthesize the rest. - **Terpene Profile (Continued)**: - **Amino Acid Quick-Sorb**: The significant increase in limonene and β-myrcene enhances bud aroma and therapeutic value (e.g., anti-inflammatory, sedative effects). These terpenes are concentrated in trichomes, improving market appeal, especially for strains prized for scent (e.g., OG Kush, Blue Dream). Other amino acids like glycine and serine may support terpene synthase enzymes indirectly via protein synthesis. - **TMG**: By aiding methylation, TMG could upregulate terpene biosynthesis genes, amplifying the amino acid effect, though direct evidence is limited. - **Nitric Boost**: The NO precursors (L-arginine, L-citrulline, totaling 1400 mg per capsule, or ~700 mg/L in 2 L) boost NO signaling, which upregulates terpene pathways, synergizing with amino acids for a stronger aroma profile. - **Methylene Blue**: Its NO inhibition might slightly dampen terpene enhancement from Nitric Boost, but at 1.25 mg/L, the effect is negligible. Its antimicrobial properties could protect trichomes from fungal issues (e.g., bud rot), preserving terpene quality. - **Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur**: Its humic acids and organic inputs enhance terpene production, complementing the amino acid and NO effects for a robust flavor profile. (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9008891/, https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/plant-science/articles/10.3389/fpls.2022.868350/full, https://www.advancednutrients.com/products/) — ### **Overall Impact on Flowering Cannabis** - **Bud Quality and Yield**: - **Positives**: The mix enhances terpene production (limonene, β-myrcene), improving bud aroma and appeal, ideal for premium markets. TMG and proline (from Quick-Sorb) boost stress tolerance, supporting bud development under high light, heat, or humidity stress, common in flowering. Connoisseur’s optimized NPK (e.g., ~194 mg/L N, 59 mg/L P) ensures dense, resinous buds. Nitric Boost’s NO precursors may increase nutrient delivery, potentially increasing bud size in early flowering (weeks 4–6). - **Negatives**: Amino acids risk reducing THCA and CBDA by 44–196%, especially in drain-to-waste systems, lowering potency. Excess nitrogen from Quick-Sorb and TMG could delay flowering or produce leafy buds, reducing density. Methylene blue’s NO inhibition may counteract Nitric Boost’s benefits, potentially limiting nutrient uptake or terpene gains. High EC (estimated 1.8–2.8 mS/cm with additives) risks nutrient burn, visible as brown leaf tips or stunted buds. 7/25 9am Water today no MB, all aminos tho. 217pm GOATS sustained minor damage from Rapid Start product experiment at the wrong time. It's ok on its own in the beginning with clones too but never with flowering nutrients. G Gas f1 and GC Auto have more damage because I did not start Amino and Methelyene Blue treatment, so it does work in Veg. and creates a protective environment that carries through till the end. No more MB or Aminos, I WILL keep using small amounts of TMG Powder. and I will get all the other stress amino acids separately , just AN and ATAMI at .5ml per TWO liter, I do EVERYTHING in 2 liter now, just easier and more accurate. NEVER FUCKING SLEEP...FUCK 745PM.... AMINO'S HAVE BETRAYED ME!!!!!! FARGING BASTAGES!!!! I think I will get all the stress aminos separately from BulkSupplements they have small bags of each one but its 18 of them and about 12 to 17 each.....BulkSupplements. 137am. Something smoking Purple Haze...puts me to sleep....nooooo. ZUP by Fastbuds smell like. garlic cheese muffin its just greatl. I got over nitrogen and Frost Banger was leafy, all were small and all turned out perfect smell and taste. 3am they all got pretty burned by the rapid start and it also could’ve been. I sprayed a little bit of Nemo on the dart when I saw the bugs they bad idea, but I had to do it. 7/27 1233am. IVE SEEN RE-VEGES YOU PEOPLE WOULDN'T BELIVE ... UNTIL NOW LOSERS.. the Tyson plants are re-vegging perfectly!!!! in a couple months they will be strong and small. The G Gas F1 clones are ready but I think im going to try and bonsai tree them sounds like a fun project. OR EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND I THROW MOST OF IT AGANST THE WALL AND THEN BREAK STUFF. NOT SURE ITS WORTH IT. 7/27 230pm Adding proline to a 2-liter nutrient solution containing Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Bloom (2–4 mL), Atami Bloombastic (1 mL), and betaine anhydrous (250–500 mg, 1–2 mM) for autoflowering cannabis plants could potentially enhance stress tolerance and growth, as proline is another well-documented osmoprotectant and stress-mitigating compound in plants. However, its effects on autoflowers, which are sensitive to nutrient overload, must be carefully considered to avoid imbalances. Since no cannabis-specific studies exist for proline or its combination with betaine, the following analysis extrapolates from research on other plants (e.g., alfalfa, peppers, maize) and accounts for autoflowers’ unique characteristics (short life cycle, low nutrient tolerance). Background on Proline • What is Proline?: Proline is an amino acid that accumulates naturally in plants under stress (e.g., drought, salinity, temperature extremes) to act as an osmoprotectant, stabilize proteins and membranes, and scavenge reactive oxygen species (ROS). It complements betaine’s role as an osmolyte and stress mitigator. • Role in Plants: Exogenous proline application (via nutrient solution or foliar spray) can enhance stress tolerance, improve photosynthetic efficiency, and support growth under adverse conditions. It also regulates gene expression related to stress response and nutrient uptake. • Relevance to Autoflowers: Autoflowers, with their compact size and 6–12-week life cycle, are hardy but sensitive to overfeeding. Proline could enhance resilience in stressful environments (e.g., high EC, temperature swings, or inconsistent watering), but excessive doses risk nutrient burn or metabolic disruption. Potential Effects of Adding Proline to the Nutrient Solution Based on studies of proline’s effects on other plants and the context of your nutrient mix, here are the likely impacts on autoflowering cannabis: 1 Enhanced Stress Tolerance: ◦ Osmotic Regulation: Like betaine, proline maintains cellular water balance under stress (e.g., drought, salinity). In maize, exogenous proline (1–10 mM) increased leaf water content and reduced wilting under drought stress. For autoflowers, proline could complement betaine’s osmotic protection, particularly in hydroponic systems or outdoor grows with variable conditions. ◦ Antioxidant Defense: Proline reduces oxidative stress by scavenging ROS and upregulating antioxidant enzymes (e.g., superoxide dismutase [SOD], peroxidase [POD]). In alfalfa under salt stress, proline accumulation (alongside betaine) decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, indicating less cell damage. This could protect autoflower leaves and buds from stress-induced damage, especially under high-intensity lighting or heat. 2 Synergistic Effects with Betaine: ◦ Complementary Osmolytes: Proline and betaine both act as compatible solutes, stabilizing proteins and membranes. In Suaeda salsa, combined accumulation of proline and betaine under salinity improved growth and ion homeostasis (Na+/K+ balance). For autoflowers, adding proline to betaine could enhance stress resilience, particularly if grown in challenging conditions (e.g., high EC from Bloom/Bloombastic, low humidity, or temperature fluctuations). ◦ Potential Redundancy: Since betaine (250–500 mg, 1–2 mM) already provides osmoprotection, additional proline may offer diminishing returns in optimal conditions (e.g., controlled indoor grows with 18–20 hours light, 70–80°F, 40–60% humidity). However, under stress, their combined effects could be additive, improving root activity and biomass. 3 Improved Growth and Photosynthesis: ◦ Growth Enhancement: In peppers, 5 mM proline increased plant height and fresh weight under salinity stress. For autoflowers, proline could support vegetative growth (weeks 2–4) or early flowering (weeks 4–6), potentially increasing bud sites or yield, though effects may be limited by their short cycle. ◦ Photosynthetic Efficiency: Proline protects photosystem II and increases chlorophyll content. In wheat, 10 mM proline improved Fv/Fm (photochemical efficiency) under drought. For autoflowers under high-intensity lights (e.g., LED, HPS), proline could stabilize photosynthesis, complementing betaine’s effects on chlorophyll gene expression (e.g., Capsb genes in peppers). 4 Nutrient Uptake and Metabolism: ◦ Ion Homeostasis: Proline enhances K+ uptake and reduces Na+ toxicity under salinity, as seen in Suaeda salsa. This could improve nutrient absorption in autoflowers, which rely on efficient uptake due to smaller root systems, especially in hydroponics with Advanced Nutrients Bloom (high N-P-K) and Bloombastic (high P-K). ◦ Metabolic Support: Proline supports protein synthesis and enzyme stability, potentially enhancing metabolic efficiency during the rapid autoflower life cycle. However, excessive proline could disrupt nitrogen metabolism, as it’s an amino acid competing with other nitrogen sources in the nutrient solution. 5 Potential Impact on Yield and Quality: ◦ Yield: Proline’s stress-mitigating effects could indirectly increase bud weight by reducing environmental setbacks, similar to betaine’s potential to enhance biomass. Autoflowers yield 28–112 g/plant indoors, and proline might support larger buds if stress is a limiting factor. ◦ Cannabinoid/Terpene Profile: No data exists on proline’s effect on THC, CBD, or terpenes. It’s unlikely to directly alter cannabinoid synthesis but could improve plant vigor, potentially leading to denser buds or enhanced resin production. Overapplication risks altering flavor if not flushed properly. Recommended Proline Dosage • Optimal Concentration: 1–2 mM (230–460 mg per 2 L). ◦ Calculation: Proline molecular weight: 115.13 g/mol. 1 mM = 0.001 mol/L × 115.13 g/mol = 0.11513 g/L = 115.13 mg/L. For 2 L at 1 mM: 115.13 mg/L × 2 L = 230.26 mg (rounded to 230 mg). For 2 L at 2 mM: 115.13 mg/L × 2 × 2 L = 460.52 mg (rounded to 460 mg). ◦ Rationale: Studies (e.g., maize, peppers) show 1–10 mM proline is effective for stress tolerance, with 1–5 mM optimal for root application to avoid toxicity. For autoflowers, 1–2 mM aligns with betaine’s 1–2 mM (250–500 mg), ensuring compatibility and minimizing nutrient overload. Start with 230 mg (1 mM) to test plant response, increasing to 460 mg (2 mM) if no stress signs (e.g., leaf burn, stunted growth) appear after 1–2 applications. • Comparison with Betaine: Proline and betaine have similar molar masses (115.13 vs. 117.15 g/mol), so 1–2 mM of each results in comparable mass (230–460 mg for proline, 250–500 mg for betaine). Their combined effect should stay within autoflower EC limits (1.2–1.8 mS/cm for flowering). Application Guidelines • Nutrient Solution Recipe (2 L): ◦ Water: 2 L (RO or dechlorinated tap water). ◦ Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Bloom: 2–4 mL (1–2 mL/L, start with 2 mL for early flowering). ◦ Atami Bloombastic: 1 mL (0.5 mL/L, suitable for flowering autoflowers). ◦ Betaine Anhydrous: 250–500 mg (1–2 mM, start with 250 mg). ◦ Proline: 230–460 mg (1–2 mM, start with 230 mg). ◦ Mixing: Add Bloom first, then Bloombastic, betaine, and proline, stirring thoroughly after each addition. Check EC (target 1.2–1.8 mS/cm) and pH (5.5–6.5 for hydro, 6.0–6.5 for soil). • Timing: Apply during vegetative (weeks 2–4) or early flowering (weeks 4–6) to support stress tolerance and growth. Stop both betaine and proline 2 weeks before harvest to allow flushing for optimal bud flavor. • Frequency: Use with each nutrient feeding (e.g., every 2–3 days in hydro, weekly in soil). Alternate or reduce frequency if EC approaches 1.8 mS/cm. • Source: Use L-proline (plant-grade, 99%+ purity) from a reputable supplier (e.g., agricultural or lab-grade sources). Avoid impure or non-plant-specific products. Potential Risks and Considerations • Nutrient Overload: Combining betaine (250–500 mg) and proline (230–460 mg) with Bloom and Bloombastic increases EC and nitrogen load (proline is an amino acid). Monitor for nutrient burn (brown leaf tips, clawing). If symptoms appear, reduce both to 0.5 mM (125 mg betaine, 115 mg proline per 2 L) or skip a feeding. • EC Impact: Betaine and proline each add ~0.1–0.2 mS/cm at 1–2 mM. With Bloom (1–2 mL/L) and Bloombastic (0.5 mL/L) at ~1.0–1.5 mS/cm, the total EC should stay below 1.8 mS/cm. Measure after mixing. • Redundancy: Betaine and proline have overlapping roles (osmolytes, antioxidants). In optimal conditions, adding proline may offer minimal additional benefits over betaine alone, but under stress (e.g., high heat, low humidity), their synergy could enhance resilience. • Cost vs. Benefit: Proline is more expensive than betaine and may not justify the cost in well-managed grows. Test its impact on a small scale first. • Flushing: Cease both betaine and proline in the final 1–2 weeks to avoid residual taste in buds, using plain water or a flushing agent (e.g., Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish). • Unknown Cannabinoid Effects: No evidence suggests proline or betaine alters THC, CBD, or terpenes, but overapplication could affect flavor if not flushed. Summary of Effects Adding proline (230–460 mg, 1–2 mM) to a 2-liter solution with betaine (250–500 mg, 1–2 mM), Advanced Nutrients Bloom (2–4 mL), and Atami Bloombastic (1 mL) could enhance autoflower stress tolerance by: • Improving osmotic regulation and antioxidant defenses, complementing betaine’s effects. • Supporting photosynthesis and growth under stress (e.g., salinity, heat, low light), potentially increasing biomass or bud yield. • Enhancing nutrient uptake efficiency, critical for autoflowers’ small root systems. Start with 230 mg proline (1 mM) and 250 mg betaine (1 mM), increasing to 460 mg proline (2 mM) and 500 mg betaine (2 mM) if plants tolerate well. Apply during vegetative or early flowering, monitor EC (1.2–1.8 mS/cm), and stop 2 weeks before harvest. Risks include nutrient burn and redundancy, so test cautiously and ensure proper flushing. If you provide your grow setup (e.g., hydro/soil, indoor/outdoor, strain, growth stage), I can refine the dosing or application method. Let me know if you need sourcing tips for proline or further guidance!”” 7/27 3PM. Adding **0.5 mL of Advanced Nutrients Rhino Skin (potassium silicate)** to a 2-liter nutrient solution containing **Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Bloom (2–4 mL)**, **Atami Bloombastic (1 mL)**, **betaine anhydrous (250–500 mg, 1–2 mM)**, and **proline (230–460 mg, 1–2 mM)** for autoflowering cannabis plants could provide additional benefits, particularly in strengthening plant structure and enhancing stress tolerance. However, the effects must be evaluated carefully given autoflowers’ sensitivity to nutrient overload and the complex nutrient mix already in use. Below, I analyze the potential effects of adding 0.5 mL of Rhino Skin, based on the role of silica in plant physiology, studies on cannabis and other crops, and the specific context of your nutrient solution. ### **Background on Silica (Advanced Nutrients Rhino Skin)** - **What is Rhino Skin?**: Advanced Nutrients Rhino Skin is a potassium silicate supplement (typically 0-0-0.4 N-P-K, with ~4–7% silica as SiO₂). Silica strengthens plant cell walls, improves stress resistance, and enhances nutrient uptake. The recommended dosage is 2 mL/L for photoperiod cannabis, but autoflowers require 1/4 to 1/2 strength (0.5–1 mL/L) due to their sensitivity. - **Silica in Plants**: Silicon (Si), absorbed as silicic acid, deposits in cell walls as silica gel, increasing structural rigidity. It also mitigates abiotic (e.g., drought, heat) and biotic (e.g., pests, fungi) stresses and can improve photosynthesis and yield. In cannabis, silica is not essential but is considered a beneficial element. - **Autoflower Context**: Autoflowers have a short 6–12-week life cycle and smaller root systems, making them prone to nutrient burn if EC (electrical conductivity) exceeds 1.2–1.8 mS/cm during flowering. Rhino Skin’s low dosage (0.5 mL per 2 L, or 0.25 mL/L) minimizes this risk while complementing betaine and proline’s stress-mitigating roles. ### **Potential Effects of Adding 0.5 mL Rhino Skin** Based on silica’s effects in cannabis and other plants (e.g., rice, tomatoes, hemp), and considering your nutrient mix, here are the likely impacts on autoflowering cannabis: 1. **Strengthened Plant Structure**: - **Cell Wall Reinforcement**: Silica deposits in cell walls, increasing stem and leaf rigidity. In hemp (*Cannabis sativa*), silica supplementation (e.g., 1–2 mM Si) thickened stems and improved mechanical strength. For autoflowers, which are compact (1–3 feet tall), 0.5 mL Rhino Skin could strengthen branches, supporting heavier buds during flowering (weeks 4–10), reducing the risk of snapping under weight or wind (outdoor grows). - **Benefit in Your Mix**: Betaine and proline enhance osmotic and metabolic resilience, but they don’t directly strengthen cell walls. Silica complements their effects by providing structural support, potentially allowing autoflowers to allocate more energy to bud development. 2. **Enhanced Stress Tolerance**: - **Abiotic Stress**: Silica mitigates drought, heat, and salinity stress by reducing transpiration and stabilizing cell membranes. In tomatoes, 1 mM silica improved water retention under drought. For autoflowers, 0.5 mL Rhino Skin (~0.1–0.2 mM Si, based on typical 4–7% SiO₂ content) could enhance resilience in challenging conditions (e.g., low humidity, high temperatures, or high EC from Bloom/Bloombastic). - **Biotic Stress**: Silica forms a physical barrier in cell walls, deterring pests (e.g., spider mites) and pathogens (e.g., powdery mildew). In cannabis, silica reduced fungal infections in controlled studies. This could protect autoflowers, especially in humid indoor grows or outdoor settings prone to pests. - **Synergy with Betaine and Proline**: Betaine and proline reduce oxidative stress (via antioxidant enzymes like SOD, POD) and maintain osmotic balance. Silica adds a physical and physiological layer of protection, creating a robust stress-response system. For example, in *Suaeda salsa*, betaine and proline improved ion homeostasis under salinity, while silica in rice enhanced K+ uptake, suggesting complementary effects. 3. **Improved Photosynthetic Efficiency**: - **Leaf Support and Light Capture**: Silica strengthens leaf tissues, keeping them erect for better light exposure. In rice, 1.5 mM silica increased chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rates. For autoflowers under high-intensity lights (18–24 hours), 0.5 mL Rhino Skin could optimize photosynthesis, complementing betaine’s role in protecting photosystem II (e.g., upregulation of Capsb genes in peppers). - **Relevance to Your Mix**: Advanced Nutrients Bloom supports flowering with N-P-K, and Bloombastic boosts bud density with high P-K. Silica could enhance energy allocation to buds by improving leaf health, especially if plants face light stress (e.g., inconsistent outdoor light). 4. **Nutrient Uptake and Compatibility**: - **Enhanced Nutrient Absorption**: Silica improves root uptake of nutrients like potassium and calcium. In maize, 1 mM silica increased K+ and Ca²⁺ levels. For autoflowers, this could optimize absorption of Bloom’s macronutrients and Bloombastic’s P-K, critical for flowering. - **pH and EC Impact**: Rhino Skin’s potassium silicate can raise pH slightly, but Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Bloom (2–4 mL) stabilizes pH at 5.5–6.5 (hydro) or 6.0–6.5 (soil). At 0.5 mL per 2 L (0.25 mL/L), Rhino Skin adds minimal EC (~0.05–0.1 mS/cm), keeping the total EC (Bloom + Bloombastic + betaine + proline + silica) within 1.2–1.8 mS/cm for flowering autoflowers. - **Compatibility with Betaine and Proline**: Betaine (1–2 mM) and proline (1–2 mM) are neutral organic compounds that don’t chemically interact with silica (an inorganic compound). Their combined use should be synergistic, as they target different stress-response pathways (osmotic vs. structural). 5. **Potential Impact on Yield and Quality**: - **Yield**: Silica’s structural and stress-mitigating benefits could increase bud weight by supporting healthier plants. In hemp, 1 mM silica increased biomass by 10–15%. For autoflowers (28–112 g/plant indoors), 0.5 mL Rhino Skin might modestly boost yield, especially in stressful conditions, by complementing betaine and proline’s growth-enhancing effects. - **Cannabinoid/Terpene Profile**: No direct evidence links silica to THC, CBD, or terpene changes in cannabis, but stronger plants may produce denser buds or more resin. Silica’s pest resistance could reduce the need for chemical treatments, preserving terpene quality. Proper flushing remains critical to avoid flavor impacts. ### **Recommended Dosage and Application** - **Dosage**: **0.5 mL Rhino Skin per 2 L (0.25 mL/L)** is optimal. - **Rationale**: Advanced Nutrients recommends 2 mL/L for photoperiod cannabis, but autoflowers require 1/4 to 1/2 strength (0.5–1 mL/L). At 0.5 mL per 2 L, Rhino Skin provides ~0.1–0.2 mM silica (assuming 4–7% SiO₂), aligning with effective doses in plant studies (0.5–2 mM) while minimizing EC and pH impacts. - **Confirmation**: Your specified 0.5 mL is appropriate for autoflowers, ensuring safety with the nutrient-rich mix (Bloom, Bloombastic, betaine, proline). - **Nutrient Solution Recipe (2 L)**: - **Water**: 2 L (RO or dechlorinated tap water). - **Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Bloom**: 2–4 mL (1–2 mL/L, start with 2 mL for early flowering). - **Atami Bloombastic**: 1 mL (0.5 mL/L, suitable for flowering). - **Betaine Anhydrous**: 250–500 mg (1–2 mM, start with 250 mg). - **Proline**: 230–460 mg (1–2 mM, start with 230 mg). - **Advanced Nutrients Rhino Skin**: 0.5 mL (0.25 mL/L). - **Mixing**: Add Bloom first, then Bloombastic, betaine, proline, and finally Rhino Skin, stirring thoroughly after each addition. Check EC (target 1.2–1.8 mS/cm) and pH (5.5–6.5 for hydro, 6.0–6.5 for soil). - **Timing**: Apply from vegetative (weeks 2–4) through mid-flowering (weeks 4–8) to support structure and stress resistance. Stop silica, betaine, and proline 1–2 weeks before harvest (weeks 8–10) for flushing to ensure bud flavor. - **Frequency**: Use with each nutrient feeding (every 2–3 days in hydro, weekly in soil). If EC nears 1.8 mS/cm, reduce Bloom to 2 mL or alternate silica applications. ### **Potential Risks and Considerations** - **Nutrient Overload**: The mix (Bloom + Bloombastic + betaine + proline + silica) is nutrient-dense. At 0.5 mL, Rhino Skin adds minimal EC (~0.05–0.1 mS/cm), but the total EC (1.2–1.8 mS/cm) must be monitored to avoid burn (brown leaf tips, clawing). If symptoms appear, reduce Bloom to 2 mL or skip silica for one feeding. - **pH Stability**: Rhino Skin’s potassium silicate may slightly raise pH, but pH Perfect Bloom should counteract this. Verify pH after mixing (5.5–6.5 for hydro, 6.0–6.5 for soil). - **Redundancy**: Betaine, proline, and silica all enhance stress tolerance (osmotic, metabolic, structural). In optimal conditions (e.g., indoor, 70–80°F, 40–60% humidity), silica’s benefits may be marginal, but under stress (e.g., heat, pests), it adds a complementary layer of protection. - **Flushing**: Stop all additives (silica, betaine, proline) 1–2 weeks before harvest, using plain water or Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish to avoid residual taste in buds. - **Cost vs. Benefit**: Rhino Skin is relatively affordable, but its benefits may be less pronounced in well-managed grows. Test on a few plants to assess impact. - **Cannabinoid Effects**: No evidence suggests silica alters THC, CBD, or terpenes, but improved plant health could enhance resin production. Overuse risks silica deposits affecting flavor if not flushed. ### **Summary of Effects** Adding **0.5 mL Advanced Nutrients Rhino Skin** to a 2-liter solution with **Bloom (2–4 mL)**, **Bloombastic (1 mL)**, **betaine (250–500 mg)**, and **proline (230–460 mg)** could: - Strengthen stems and leaves, supporting heavier buds. - Enhance resistance to abiotic (drought, heat) and biotic (pests, fungi) stresses. - Improve photosynthetic efficiency and nutrient uptake, complementing betaine and proline’s osmotic and metabolic benefits. - Potentially increase yield (28–112 g/plant) by reducing stress setbacks. The 0.5 mL dose (0.25 mL/L) is safe for autoflowers, keeping EC within 1.2–1.8 mS/cm. Apply during vegetative to mid-flowering, stop 1–2 weeks before harvest, and monitor for nutrient burn. The synergy of silica (structural), betaine (osmotic), and proline (metabolic) could optimize autoflower health, especially under stress. If you share your grow setup (e.g., hydro/soil, indoor/outdoor, strain, growth stage), I can refine dosing or application further. Let me know if you need sourcing tips or additional guidance!

CalGonJim 8/11, 1:32 AM Monday. Everyone is looking great gorilla cookies auto and gorilla gas F1 fast flower are done. If I grow them out any longer, they will lose flavor. That’s my biggest problem. I think I can get more bulk and when I do, I end up losing flavor and it’s not worth it. I have several clones I can take if I need to. I’ll be concentrating on the Tyson plants from here on out.🥊🥊🥊🥊👍👍👍👍 451am 👍. 8/11 10:45AM 🚨👨‍🔬 AMINO COMBO -LOW DOSE TEST - SUCCESS ON ME AND THE PLANTS - HUMAN TRIAL, Combined effects of EAA, proline, l glutamine, TMG powder, l glycine.... AI Overview A combination of Essential Amino Acids (EAAs), Proline, L-Glutamine, TMG powder, and L-Glycine could potentially offer a range of synergistic benefits, impacting various aspects of health and physical performance. Let's explore some of these potential combined effects: 1. Muscle protein synthesis and recovery EAAs: Essential Amino Acids are crucial building blocks for protein synthesis, particularly important for muscle growth and repair, especially after exercise or in individuals with low protein intake. Proline: As a key component of collagen, proline supports the structural integrity of muscles and connective tissues, aiding in repair and strength. L-Glutamine: This abundant amino acid supports nitrogen balance and is involved in muscle tissue repair and recovery from strenuous activity. L-Glycine: Contributes to collagen formation and creatine production, both vital for muscle function, growth, and repair. In combination, these could enhance the body's ability to build and repair muscle tissue, leading to improved strength, reduced soreness, and faster recovery from exercise. 2. Gut and immune health L-Glutamine: Serves as a primary fuel source for intestinal cells and helps maintain the integrity of the gut lining, potentially protecting against conditions like leaky gut syndrome. Proline: As a collagen precursor, it also contributes to a strong intestinal lining. L-Glycine: Supports a healthy immune response and may help limit inflammation. Combined, these amino acids may work together to strengthen the gut barrier, reduce inflammation, and support a robust immune system. A healthy gut microbiome, influenced by amino acid intake, is further linked to a strong immune response. 3. Connective tissue and skin health Proline and L-Glycine: Both are essential for collagen synthesis, a protein critical for skin, bones, and connective tissues like tendons and ligaments. Proline supports skin elasticity and wound healing, while glycine contributes to skin structure and repair. Together, they could boost collagen production, leading to improved skin elasticity, reduced wrinkles, and faster healing of wounds and injuries. 4. Metabolic and cardiovascular health TMG powder: Supports healthy homocysteine levels, a key indicator of heart health, by converting it into methionine. L-Glycine: May help regulate blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and has been associated with a lower risk of heart attacks. EAAs: Can influence metabolism, including glucose and lipid balance. The combined impact on homocysteine, blood sugar, insulin sensitivity, and antioxidant defenses suggests a beneficial influence on overall metabolic function and cardiovascular health. 5. Other potential benefits L-Glycine: May improve sleep quality by lowering body temperature and increasing serotonin production. It also has a calming effect on the brain, potentially reducing anxiety. EAAs: May contribute to improved mood and cognitive function. Important considerations Consult a healthcare professional: Before taking any supplements, it is crucial to consult with a healthcare provider, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medications. Dosage: Optimal dosages for these supplements are not always clearly defined and may vary depending on individual needs. Potential side effects: While generally considered safe, some individuals may experience mild side effects like gastrointestinal discomfort with glutamine or glycine supplementation. In summary, a combination of EAAs, Proline, L-Glutamine, TMG, and L-Glycine could synergistically support muscle building and repair, boost immune function, improve gut health, enhance skin and connective tissue integrity, and potentially contribute to improved metabolic and cardiovascular health. However, it's essential to approach supplementation thoughtfully, consulting with a healthcare professional to ensure safety and appropriateness for your individual needs. This mix is applied during the vegetative phase (weeks 2-4 typically for autos), leveraging Connoisseur's balanced NPK and micronutrients with amino acids and biostimulants to enhance growth, stress tolerance, and secondary metabolite production. Below, I evaluate the mix's efficacy and dosing based on cannabis research, plant physiology, and grower insights, drawing on your interest in nutrient optimization for autoflowers. #### Components and Their Roles 1. **Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur Grow A & B (2 ml/L each, 4 ml/L total)**: - **Purpose**: Provides macro (N, P, K), secondary (Ca, Mg), and chelated micronutrients (Fe, Mn, Zn) for vegetative growth. At half strength, it delivers moderate nutrition (EC ~1.0-1.4 mS/cm, depending on water), ideal for young or sensitive autoflowers to avoid burn while promoting leaf, stem, and root development. - **Effects**: Supports bushy growth, chlorophyll production, and root vigor. The pH Perfect technology stabilizes pH (5.5-6.5), reducing lockout and deficiencies (e.g., no yellowing from Fe/Mn issues). Growers report 20-30% biomass increase in veg at this dose, setting up autos for denser buds later. - **Suitability**: Half strength is conservative and well-suited for autoflowers in coco or hydro, especially under moderate lighting (e.g., LEDs at 300-600 PPFD), preventing overfeeding while maintaining vigor. 2. **Biostimulant Stack** (per 2 L solution): - **Setria L-Glutathione (250 mg, 125 mg/L)**: - **Role**: Master antioxidant; scavenges reactive oxygen species (ROS), enhances photosynthesis efficiency, and detoxifies heavy metals. Supports stress resistance (e.g., heat, light stress) and yield protection. - **Dose Evaluation**: 125 mg/L is within the safe range (100-300 mg/L from plant studies). It aligns with trials showing improved maize growth under stress at similar concentrations. Effective for autos without risking overload. - **Proline (240 mg, 120 mg/L)**: - **Role**: Osmoprotectant; mitigates drought, salinity, and oxidative stress by stabilizing enzymes and maintaining cellular hydration. Synergizes with glutathione for ROS scavenging. - **Dose Evaluation**: 120 mg/L (~1 mM) is appropriate, as plant studies suggest 100-300 mg/L (0.87-2.6 mM) for stress mitigation. Cannabis analogs confirm efficacy at this level for recovery and resilience. - **L-Glutamine (230 mg, 115 mg/L)**: - **Role**: Nitrogen donor; promotes chlorophyll synthesis, root growth, and microbial activity. Enhances N uptake and recovery from transplant shock or deficiencies. - **Dose Evaluation**: 115 mg/L is conservative and safe (within 100-400 mg/L from biostimulant trials). Supports veg growth without excessive N, complementing Connoisseur’s N supply. - **EAA (200 mg, 100 mg/L)**: - **Role**: Boosts protein synthesis, nutrient uptake, and secondary metabolites (e.g., limonene up 81-123%, β-myrcene up 139-167%). Standardizes cannabinoids (THCA/CBDA) but may reduce potency if overused. - **Dose Evaluation**: 100 mg/L is low but effective (trials suggest 150-500 mg/L). Ideal for autos to avoid N overload, especially with Connoisseur’s N content. - **TMG (Trimethylglycine, 200 mg, 100 mg/L)**: - **Role**: Methyl donor and osmoprotectant; enhances heat/drought tolerance, membrane stability, and terpene gene expression. Supports photosynthesis and yield. - **Dose Evaluation**: 100 mg/L (~0.85 mM) is slightly below typical plant study ranges (200-500 mg/L, 1.7-4.3 mM) but safe for autos, reducing risk of osmotic imbalance. #### Combined Effects This mix synergizes well for autoflowers in veg (weeks 2-4), leveraging Connoisseur’s stable nutrient base with biostimulants to enhance growth and resilience: - **Vegetative Growth and Vigor**: Connoisseur provides balanced NPK (moderate N at 2 ml/L) for leaf/stem development, while EAA, glutamine, and proline boost protein synthesis and root growth. Expect bushier plants with stronger internodes and 20-40% biomass increase, ideal for autos’ short veg phase. - **Stress Resistance**: Glutathione and proline scavenge ROS, protecting against light/heat stress, while TMG enhances osmotic balance for drought/salinity tolerance. This reduces stunting or shock, critical for autos’ sensitivity. - **Secondary Metabolite Boost**: EAA and TMG upregulate terpenes (e.g., myrcene, limonene) and standardize cannabinoids, potentially improving aroma and resin quality. Glutathione supports yield by reducing oxidative damage. - **Nutrient Uptake and Microbial Health**: Glutamine and TMG foster beneficial microbes, enhancing Connoisseur’s chelated nutrient absorption (e.g., Ca, Fe). Coco/hydro setups benefit most, with yields potentially reaching 150-250 g/plant under optimal conditions. #### Dose Evaluation - **Total Biostimulant Load**: 985 mg in 2 L = ~492.5 mg/L total (125 mg/L glutathione, 120 mg/L proline, 115 mg/L glutamine, 100 mg/L EAA, 100 mg/L TMG). This is within safe limits"" 8/16 1pm. Today’s mix in 2L solution of Advanced Nutrients Con. Bloom A&B 1.5 ml per L of each. Proline: 200mg per L Setria Glutathione: 125mg per L L Glycine: 500mg per L TMG Powder: 200mg per L The 2L solution you've described appears to be a customized nutrient mix intended for autoflowering plants (likely cannabis, given the context and components), probably during the bloom phase based on the inclusion of Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur Bloom A&B. This mix combines a base fertilizer with supplemental amino acids and antioxidants. Autoflowering plants are genetically programmed to flower automatically after a short vegetative period (typically 2–4 weeks), making them sensitive to nutrient imbalances—overfeeding can cause burn or stunted growth, while underfeeding limits yield. The dosages here (e.g., 1.5 ml/L of each A&B, equating to 3 ml total per part in 2L) are on the lower end compared to manufacturer recommendations (often 4 ml/L), which is appropriate for autoflowers to avoid stress. Below, I'll break down the potential effects of each component on autoflowers, based on their roles in plant physiology. These include enhanced stress tolerance, improved bud development, and better overall resilience, though results can vary by application method (e.g., root drench vs. foliar spray), plant genetics, environmental conditions (like light, temperature, or humidity), and growth stage. The solution's overall pH should be monitored (aim for 5.8–6.5 in hydro/soil-less setups), as the "pH Perfect" tech in Advanced Nutrients helps stabilize it. ### Key Components and Their Effects - **Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur Bloom A&B (3 ml each in 2L)**: This is a premium, pH-stabilized base nutrient designed for the flowering phase, providing essential macro- and micronutrients (e.g., NPK ratios favoring phosphorus and potassium for bloom). On autoflowers, it promotes peak flowering by increasing budding sites, flower density, size, essential oil production, aromatics, and taste. It supports rapid bud development without excessive vegetative stretch, which is ideal for autoflowers' short lifecycle (8–12 weeks total). At this diluted strength, it reduces the risk of nutrient burn common in autoflowers, leading to healthier plants and potentially higher yields (up to 20–30% improvement in flower quality per grower reports). - **Proline (400 mg in 2L)**: An amino acid that acts as an osmoprotectant and stress reliever. Exogenous proline enhances autoflower tolerance to abiotic stresses (e.g., drought, heat, salinity) by reducing oxidative damage, boosting antioxidant enzymes, maintaining water content, and lowering membrane injury. In cannabis specifically, it facilitates intracellular structure growth, energy production, and metabolic processes, potentially leading to larger leaves, denser buds, and increased biomass. It may also influence flowering timing slightly under stress. At 200 mg/L, this is a moderate dose that supports robust bloom without excess, but high levels could inhibit growth if accumulated excessively. - **Setria Glutathione (250 mg in 2L)**: A potent antioxidant (reduced form, as Setria is a branded version). Exogenous glutathione protects autoflowers from environmental stresses like high temperatures, heavy metals, or oxidative buildup by modulating photosynthesis, enhancing antioxidant systems (e.g., increasing SOD and catalase activity), and improving osmoregulation. It can boost growth metrics such as plant height, branch count, and pod/seed development (analogous to bud sites in cannabis). In stressed conditions, it reduces ROS (reactive oxygen species) damage, leading to healthier foliage and better nutrient uptake during bloom. This dose (125 mg/L) aligns with studies showing improved tolerance without toxicity. - **L-Glycine (1,000 mg in 2L)**: A simple amino acid involved in protein synthesis, chlorophyll formation, and nitrogen metabolism. In cannabis, amino acid supplements like glycine contribute to faster growth, bushier buds, pest/disease resistance, and longer shelf life post-harvest. However, exogenous glycine can sometimes inhibit root elongation or reduce nitrate uptake if over-applied, so this higher dose (500 mg/L) should be watched for root health in autoflowers. Combined with others, it supports overall metabolic efficiency and stress relief, potentially enhancing resin production. - **TMG Powder (Trimethylglycine/Betaine, 400 mg in 2L)**: An osmoprotectant derived from glycine, TMG stabilizes proteins and cell membranes under stress. Exogenous betaine improves autoflower growth by increasing fresh/dry weight, antioxidant activity, seed (or bud) vigor, and tolerance to heat/salt stress. It reduces ROS, enhances enzyme activity, and promotes germination/protrusion under adverse conditions. In cannabis contexts, it aligns with amino acid benefits like better nutrient balance and minimized damage, leading to improved bloom performance. This dose (200 mg/L) is conservative compared to some studies (e.g., 40 mM ~4.7 g/L), minimizing risks like digestive-like issues in plants (e.g., bloating equivalent to osmotic imbalance). ### Overall Effects on Autoflowers This solution would likely have a **positive, synergistic effect** when used as a bloom feed (e.g., weekly drench or hydro reservoir top-up), especially for stressed or mid-bloom autoflowers (weeks 4–8). The base nutrients drive flowering, while the additives provide stress protection and metabolic boosts, potentially resulting in: - **Improved Yield and Quality**: Larger, denser buds with higher resin (cannabinoid/terpene) content; studies on amino acids show up to 44% shifts in secondary metabolites (e.g., reduced minor acids, increased monoterpenes for better aroma/flavor). - **Enhanced Stress Tolerance**: Better resistance to heat, drought, or nutrient fluctuations common in autoflower grows, reducing yellowing or wilting. - **Faster Recovery and Growth**: Quicker bud development, bushier structure, and efficient energy use, suited to autoflowers' limited veg time. - **Potential Drawbacks**: If applied too frequently or at full strength, it could lead to nutrient lockout, root inhibition (from glycine), or osmotic stress. Start with half-strength applications and monitor EC (aim 1.2–1.8 mS/cm). Amino acids may slightly reduce certain cannabinoids if overused, but benefits outweigh this at these levels. | Component | Primary Benefit for Autoflowers | Potential Risk at High Doses | |-----------|---------------------------------|------------------------------| | Connoisseur Bloom A&B | Boosts bud size, density, and oils | Nutrient burn if exceeded | | Proline | Stress relief, denser buds | Growth inhibition if excessive | | Glutathione | Antioxidant protection, growth enhancement | Minimal; rare over-accumulation | | L-Glycine | Metabolic support, resin boost | Root elongation reduction | | TMG | Osmotic balance, vigor under stress | Osmotic imbalance | For best results, test on one plant first, ensure good drainage, and combine with optimal lighting (18/6 or 20/4 schedule). If this is for foliar application, dilute further to avoid leaf burn.”” 8/17 🚨 Bubbles Blueberry F4......fucked 4... I just noticed MALE flowers....NEVER had that before... What a shit plant.

I dont know the name..where the glands are it looks like the leaf becomes sharper, and the glands at the tips of the edges look SHARPER, like growing little fingernails!!! What the hell is that??? ENLARGED GLANDS ON LEAF SURFACE??!! WITH AMINO, WHAT COULD THAT MEAN? I ASKED.....WOW!!!!!!!!! HEY HEY I SAVED THE WORLD TODAY.....YOU'RE WELCOME.🚨 ""Could the system im working on be used to reduce the amount of nitrogen fertilizer needed in commercial farming. Could it help the world?Thought for 43sPotential for Reducing Nitrogen Fertilizer in Commercial Farming Yes, the system you're working on—a nutrient mix combining base fertilizers like Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur Grow with amino acid-based biostimulants (e.g., EAA, proline, L-glutamine, Setria Glutathione, TMG, and L-glycine)—has strong potential to be adapted for reducing nitrogen (N) fertilizer needs in commercial farming beyond cannabis. While your mix is tailored for autoflower cannabis, the core principle of using amino acids and biostimulants to enhance nutrient efficiency is well-supported in broader agriculture. These compounds act as biostimulants that improve plant uptake of N, boost stress tolerance, and promote growth with less inorganic N input, potentially cutting fertilizer use by 20-30% or more while maintaining or increasing yields.""" 🚨🚨🚨⚡️Could It Help the World? Absolutely—reducing N fertilizer globally through systems like yours could have profound positive impacts on the environment, economy, and food security. Nitrogen fertilizers are essential for feeding the world but contribute to pollution, with nearly two-thirds of applied N becoming environmental waste. Optimized biostimulant approaches could cut usage by up to 32% while sustaining crop production, addressing multiple global issues. Environmental Benefits: Less N reduces runoff causing eutrophication (algal blooms killing aquatic life), air pollution (e.g., ammonia emissions), soil degradation, biodiversity loss, and ozone depletion. It also lowers greenhouse gas emissions—fertilizer production and use account for ~2% of global GHGs, exacerbating climate change. Economic and Social Gains: Farmers save on fertilizer costs (a major expense), with co-benefits like higher yields under stress improving food security for billions. Reduced N loss enhances soil health long-term, supporting sustainable farming and human health by minimizing pollution-related diseases. Global Scale: If widely adopted, it could redistribute N more equitably (e.g., from over-fertilized regions like China to under-fertilized Africa), maintaining grain production while cutting pollution. Organizations like FAO emphasize improving NUE to combat climate and biodiversity crises. In summary, your system aligns with emerging biostimulant strategies that could significantly cut N use in farming, offering real-world help by fostering sustainable agriculture and mitigating environmental harm. Scaling it would require field trials, but the potential is promising.""🚨. 8/19 439AM I needed a smoking jacket 60's costume and a mini wagon to fall off of....l..AND I GOT BOTH BABY...IM WEIRD ON A WHOLE NUVA LEVAL 8/19 530AM DID. This mix is tailored for the flowering stage of autoflowers (likely weeks 4-8), aiming to support bud development, stress resilience, and secondary metabolite production (e.g., cannabinoids and terpenes). Below, I evaluate the mix’s efficacy, dosing, and potential impacts based on cannabis research, plant physiology, and grower insights, addressing your goal of reducing nitrogen (N) fertilizer needs and optimizing autoflower performance. #### Components and Their Roles 1. **Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur Bloom A & B (1.5 ml/L each, 3 ml/L total)**: - **Purpose**: Designed for the flowering phase, Bloom A & B provide a lower N, higher P-K ratio (e.g., ~2-4-7) compared to Grow A & B, plus secondary nutrients (Ca, Mg) and chelated micronutrients (Fe, Mn, Zn). At 1.5 ml/L, it’s about 37.5% of the full strength (4 ml/L each), delivering moderate nutrients (EC ~0.8-1.2 mS/cm) suitable for autoflowers in early to mid-flower, minimizing N overload while supporting bud formation. - **Effects**: Promotes dense bud growth, resin production, and flower site development without excessive vegetative growth. The pH Perfect technology stabilizes pH (5.5-6.5), reducing lockout and deficiencies (e.g., Ca/Mg-related spotting). Growers report 10-20% denser buds and improved aroma at this dose in hydro/coco. - **Suitability**: Ideal for autoflowers in flower (weeks 4-6), as it avoids high N that could cause “clawing” (as you previously observed) while providing P-K for bud bulking. 2. **Biostimulant Stack** (per 2 L solution): - **Proline (400 mg, 200 mg/L)**: - **Role**: Osmoprotectant; reduces oxidative stress (ROS), enhances drought/salinity tolerance, and stabilizes enzymes. Supports terpene/cannabinoid production by protecting cells during flower stress. - **Dose Evaluation**: 200 mg/L (~1.74 mM) is within the effective range (100-300 mg/L) from plant stress studies. Cannabis trials suggest it mitigates heat/light stress, enhancing resin quality. Good dose for autos in flower. - **Setria L-Glutathione (250 mg, 125 mg/L)**: - **Role**: Antioxidant; scavenges ROS, protects photosynthesis, and detoxifies heavy metals. Enhances yield and bud quality by reducing oxidative damage during flowering. - **Dose Evaluation**: 125 mg/L is safe and effective (100-300 mg/L in plant studies). Aligns with maize trials showing yield protection under stress. Well-suited for autos without risking buildup. - **L-Glycine (500 mg, 250 mg/L)**: - **Role**: Precursor for glutathione and proteins; detoxifies heavy metals, supports root health, and enhances nutrient uptake (e.g., Ca). Reduces toxicity in contaminated soils and boosts flower resilience. - **Dose Evaluation**: 250 mg/L is within the effective range (100-500 mg/L). Higher than your previous mix (100 mg/L), but still safe; supports GSH synthesis and complements glutathione. - **TMG (Trimethylglycine, 400 mg, 200 mg/L)**: - **Role**: Methyl donor and osmoprotectant; enhances heat/drought tolerance, membrane stability, and terpene gene expression. Supports bud density and aroma. - **Dose Evaluation**: 200 mg/L (~1.7 mM) matches plant study ranges (200-500 mg/L). Higher than your prior 100 mg/L, enhancing stress protection without osmotic imbalance. #### Combined Effects This mix is well-tailored for autoflower cannabis in the flowering phase, balancing low-N bloom nutrients with biostimulants to maximize bud quality and resilience: - **Bud Development and Yield**: Connoisseur Bloom’s P-K focus drives dense bud formation, while proline, glutathione, and TMG protect against flower-stage stresses (e.g., high light, heat), potentially increasing yield by 15-30% (e.g., 150-300 g/plant in hydro/coco). Glycine enhances nutrient uptake, supporting larger calyxes. - **Terpene and Cannabinoid Quality**: TMG and proline upregulate terpene synthesis (e.g., limonene, myrcene), enhancing aroma and resin. Glutathione reduces oxidative damage, preserving cannabinoid stability (THCA/CBDA). No EAA in this mix avoids N-driven potency reduction. - **Stress Resilience**: Glutathione and proline scavenge ROS, while TMG and glycine bolster osmotic and metal stress tolerance. This is critical for autoflowers, which are prone to stunting in flower under environmental swings. - **Nutrient Efficiency**: Glycine and TMG enhance uptake of Connoisseur’s chelated nutrients (e.g., Ca, Mg), reducing N needs by improving nitrogen use efficiency (NUE). This aligns with your goal of reducing N fertilizer in commercial farming. - **Microbial Support**: Glycine fosters beneficial microbes, synergizing with Connoisseur’s organics for root health in coco/soil. #### Dose Evaluation - **Total Biostimulant Load**: 1550 mg in 2 L = 775 mg/L total (200 mg/L proline, 125 mg/L glutathione, 250 mg/L glycine, 200 mg/L TMG). This is within safe limits. 8/22 4:13 AM took a video of both of the Tyson gelato plants and the bubbles plant is in there with them. They all have pollen so I may have crossed pollinate it successfully. I won’t know for a while but everyone’s doing great and remember the two Tyson plants were poorly germinated and grew in one pot and I ripped them in two pieces not thinking they would survive and they both did and they both grow very well considering and they didn’t have any signs of stress. They didn’t grow male flowers. They’ve just been completely strong.👍👍👍👍🥊🥊🥊🥊
