I started this grow with 2x2x4 with a 350 watt LED and moved everything in to a new 3x3x6 with a 600 watt LED. Shortly after transition to flower I added my old LED thinking this would provide additional canopy penetration. Is this worth it or is it over kill?
I think more light is almost always desirable. Unless...you're already pushing your plants ppfd already. But if you're seeing shadows, and no signs of any light stress, i say amp it up...you can always remove later if you think the additional light is a pain, either energy consumption, heat, etc. Good luck with the finish.✌️
TurnNBurn I decided to experiment since my recent Nitrogen Toxicity issue. Now that I'm half way through flower I'm completely cutting out the FloraMicro and CalMag so not to provide any Nitrogen. I've also increased my FloraBloom to the full dose per GH feeding regiment. My hope is this will help max out bud production.
She is definitely getting thick, sticky and stinky but smells soooooo goooooood !!!! Yummy sweet citrus/berry smell. Can't wait !!!

TurnNBurn Coming down the final stretch...
I've been noticing that she is drinking more than eating as water level continues to drop a gallon/day while PPM rises and PH is dropping down to around 4.0. Been having to perform full res changes ever 3-4 days as opposed to topping off due to PH dropping so dramatically. Regardless she still looks good and buds are nice and chunky. I just hope they start tightening up now.
Noticed some orange hairs tonight... Sad to see her go but gonna love watching her leave !!!😢😁

TurnNBurn Colas are packing on weight and density now. About 1/3 to 1/2 of pistils are beginning to color and curl. This girl is getting very frosty and sticky.
On cruise control now.
Looks like about 2 more weeks to go.

TurnNBurn Girl looks and smell awesome! Trichome production really exploded over the last week. I started my flush yesterday with 4 gallons straight PH'd water. I will be harvesting this Friday. I've attached some pics of the trichomes
TurnNBurn So just harvested yesterday with a wet weight of just buds 1609 grams and 115 grams of larf. So in my estimations dry weight should come out to 1 pound from one auto plant !!!0
Dry weight in at 335 grams / 11.82 oz
@GreenHouseLab, FYI, I topped this girl 2 weeks after germination and have done tons of defoliation.
I think I may try to manifold the next girl as this pheno grew so fast and was extremely healthy
So I did a res change and didn't add any CalMag or FloraMicro. I just created solution with Grow & Bloom. I did this thinking the plant would continue to use up any Nitrogen it had left then would receive kind of a micro Nitrogen flush. Any way not even 24 hours later and I can visually tell the bud production has picked up significantly. By the way shell looks, with 13 Colas and all the smaller I'm projecting at least 6oz from this girl...
Posted some new picks too.
@GreenHouseLab, I don't think I will ever go back to soil again. I'm just amazed at the speed of growth and I also really love the control you have over the nutrients. It does take a little more work with replenishing the reservoir as she is eating a lot more now but it only takes 10 minutes every other day... I'm just really excited to see what she tips the scales at harvest
@GreenHouseLab,
This was my original light:

This is my new light:

I'm running both now for bloom
@Fast_Buds, Thank you! I'm so excited about the plant. It has been such an effortless grow and I couldn't be happier!!! I can't wait for the final product !!!
Nice looking garden ! Im excited to see these buds swell up and become monster cola's . Best of luck to you on the race to harvest day !
-Happy Growing!
@TurnNBurn, Well your doing well keep at her and you will be rewarded justly for your efforts ! :D :D
Thanks for taking the time to respond !

@CRiSPrGrow, Indeed!!! Thanks very much. I was actually looking at PAR meters yesterday on Amazon but they are a little pricey for me right now... Any suggestions for one that is reasonably priced? Or is it possible to use a LUX. I keep reading that they are not suitable for LED's...
Thanks again !!!
@TurnNBurn, i dont own a par meter so i dont really want to venture an answer, maybe it's cheaper on some other sites than amazon though, like specialist websites or even alibaba
Soooo... I may have jinxed myself. It looks like i have N toxicity. Leaves are dark green & shiny but not really clawing. I have been steady following the 1/4 feeding regiment but I think because of the defoliation it may have triggered this???
Anyway should I drain and do a new bucket of nutrient solution or do a bucket of straight PH'd water for a day or 2?
Thanks for any/all input!
