LSDR1 No pics of germination process (paper towel method). Went well as always. Have grown this strain before and was pretty happy. Looking to optimize certain aspects this time and will attamept to grow two plants in my small grow box. Probably trying a Nebula mainline, not sure yet.

LSDR1 Light dimmed to 20%, PPDF Meter with UNI-T reads 250 PPFD under dome. Water PH'ed to 6 with a Base EC of 400. Added some CompoComplete to EC 800. VPD roughly at 0.8.

LSDR1 So far so good. Increased lighting to 40 DLI, lets see how they take it. EC at 550. Still fertigated once a day till there is ~200ml of drainage, 1h after lights turn on.

LSDR1 Transplanted to ~10l pots yesterday. First topping will happen soon, probably 1 more node, so ~2 days: Raised EC to 1250. Lights are still dimmed to 40%, readings are roughly 40 DLI with 20h of light, therefore little vertical growth. Still debating how many tops I should go for in the small space. Might top twice for just 4, do a full mainline/manifold with 8, or keep nodes 4 and 5 and top twice for 6 total nodes. Topped at day 20. Some crinckling on the larger fan leaves - looking for now. Decided on doing 6 Nodes per plant. So I left Node 2 and 3 and will top the new mains once more, probably at the end of week 4.

LSDR1 Repotting and topping did apparently stress her and growth slowed down. Relatively low temps during the day (21°) after I decresed light intensity might add to it. Also needed to remove a pair of leaves, which were basically growing into the ground. So as a conclusion for myself: ~45 DLI in the first weeks might work, but at least for this cultuvar within the given environmental parameters possible in this setup, it's pointless. Lowered back to around 30. Will top the upper nodes once again in ~2 days for a total of 6 per plant and likely flip her at the end of week 5, once the space is a bit more filled out. Will experiment with an automatic watering system next weeks.

LSDR1 Both plants topped again. Looks healthy, though grow is relatively slow. Temps have fallen to around 19-20°C during the day, so no mystery here. Should be easier to get higher temps during flower, as 100-150W in that small space will provide some decent heat. Difference between day and night temps might be on the higher side, so I do expect some purpling, just like the last plant did in that space. LSTing is kinda hard, due to the very compact build and quite hard stems. Also starting to build a automatic, timed ferrigation system.

LSDR1 Again, looks healthy, but grows slowly. Will flip tomorrow, temps should be much better with 100w instead if 45 and slowly rising outside temps. Automatic watering will also start tomorrow.

LSDR1 Flipped to flower. DLI to 30. Automatic watering works. Trying to dial in amount and EC. Aiming for some generative steering. Current feeding EC around 2.3, runoff EC 3.2. Plants look fine.

LSDR1 Still looking fine. Bit of a slowrt flower compared to last time I ran this strain. Quite a lot of plant for such a small space. Will need to defoliate quite a lot at some point. EC in water at 2.3, roughly stacked to 3.5-4.1 in substrate/runoff.

LSDR1 Got too crowded so did some significant defoliation, though it's not as obvious from the pictures. Flowering process is still going slow imo? Will keep the EC at 4 for now. Increased light intensity back to ~1000 PPFD avg. Reduce daylight time to 11h, will keep it at that for a week and hope to accelerate the awefully slow flower. D19: Decided to reduce overall EC back to ~2.5 in soil. Possible the high amount of N inhibits flower when pushing EC that high?

LSDR1 Finally some flowering process. Still 11/13. EC down to 2.2 in soil. Hope she stops stretching soon.

LSDR1 Interesting to see how different the phenotypes of the same strain can look. Pretty much doing the same as always. Quite a lot of light. Some height issues. but whatever. Will likely take 2-3 more weeks due to the slow flower development early.

LSDR1 Finally harvest on day 77. Full 11 weeks for these two, much longer than the last grow - same strain. First run in coco. Tried some generative steering and stacked EC to ~4. This caused the PH the be off for quite a while, which I believe is why she did not show much signs of flower in the first 3 weeks after the flip. Though no plant ever showed any signs of deficiency or lockout. PH issues also the most likely cause of the rather disappointing bud development. Though 65% RH and at only 17-21°C untill week ~6 flower probably diddn't help. Quite low VPD through all of the run. At least there is some frost, so most of those plants will go to hash. Gonna keep some of the main colas to see how it smokes. Will try coco again, with better PH and Environmental control.
