HSC Magic Melon Auto - 1st Grow

diarygrower_66351 not too much going on, just getting the tent environment dialed in doing some monitoring with EspHome and a BME280 sensor not fed yet, but will be using the full remo nutrient lineup

diarygrower_66351 plant is chuigging along but running into some problems with maintaining RH and Temp due to my water is a bit hard. When using an ultrasonic humidifier to get 60%+RH puts a lot of dust into the air, clogging my carbon pre-filter (slowing airflow and increasing temps) and leaving some residue on the leaves blocking some light from reaching looking for some solutions no training yet

diarygrower_66351 due to the issues mentioned last update, i removed plant from tent while i fix a few things gal got a bit shock the first day :( within a day or so perked back up and I was confident enough to do some LST. Basically just trying to manage the vertical height by tying down the main stem to the outside of fabric pot recovered and straightened up within a day or so feed/water sparingly with ~50% recommended dosage. not any real routine, just watching the soil and poking my finger in to test dryness

diarygrower_66351 plant back into tent around may 01 -- 4weeks from breaking soil gradually increasing light intensity, plant responding well soil dries out much faster in tent, plant vegging well and growing alot feeding ~75% recommended dosage for nutes

diarygrower_66351 more lst and lots of patients i should have let the plant get a bit taller before training, tough to water without spraying leaves a bit trimmed a few fan leaves that were in the way of new growth/blocking too much light HLG light still not maxed maybe 70% feeding still ~75% just feeling it out, trying to too be too rigid on any plans/guides etc plant looks really healthy and growing well

diarygrower_66351 more training, so much training -- its growing...like a weed xD first signs of pistils and slight stretch, looks like we are moving into flower! installed a trellis to help with LST, running out of space on the fabric pot rim :P

diarygrower_66351 plant doing well overall switched to flower nutes was getting some wind burn from a poorly placed fan, corrected HLG light now full strength, fan on full humidity target reduced, switched from humidifier to DE-humidifier

diarygrower_66351 not too much to report i removed trellis, made too difficult to move plant, water, trim etc stretching seems to have stopped, plant should focus on bud sites now

diarygrower_66351 steady as she goes plant drinking a lot now, i need to alternate PH water and feed solution each day to keep soil moist and provide enough nutes without burning her did some defoliation to help promote more bud sites and increase airflow

diarygrower_66351 just feeding and trimming off fan leaves when i see value full nutes feed and water as needed plant looking great , bud sites popping up everywhere!

diarygrower_66351 keep on keeping on lots of bud sites, plant taking on significant ,mass starting to stink :P lots of colours coming though and getting frosty :)

diarygrower_66351 shes beautiful i keep trimming when needed, no real schedule, just trying to help light get where its gotta go keeping up with feed schedule and water as needed looking great and getting really frosted !
