I'm going to agree with light stress The curled serrated edges come from stress. The damaged leaves look like no bug damage I have seen and it would take an infestation to cause the plant that kind of stress. I would keep the damaged leaves as they still have a lot of green to collect energy. Plus I'm guessing they will stop getting worse when you correct the light issue.
