Turbo420 I start by soaking a rockwool cube in my clonex seedling solution (ml/l) , and place it in a planter surrounded by a little soil (fox farm ocean forest). I have my light on 25% at 18inches above the plants in domes. Once they both sprouted (3 days) I replaced the individual domes with the super sprouter humidity dome to allow for more room for growth. In two days I am planning on up-potting to 1 gallon pots.
