The Ultimate grow

Archieballs Ultimate #1 10 cm Ultimate #2 12 cm Ultimate #3 9 cm We are conducting a light experiment with these 3 #3 is solely under the Phlizon 600 watt LED Ultimate #1 is solely under the Mars Hydo TS 1000 Ultimate #2 is in the middle so getting most of the light from Mars Hydro and a bit from Phlizon Our belief is the #1 will have the biggest and most dense buds and that #3 will be the shortest and fluffiest buds. So sit back and and enjoy the ride let’s see what they do. These are in a 2x4 tent with Crè soil using solely BioBizz nutrients. All three seeds were direct from DutchPassion.

Archieballs All doing well. Ultimate #1 is doing far better in growth under the Mars Hydro vs Ultimate #3 under just the Phlizon. This is what I expected I just didn’t really expect it would be such a large difference. The branches under the Mars Hydo are not only bigger and stronger but there are more of them!! Unless something massive changes the Phlizon will be just a seedling light from now on. Added a CO2 bag as well.

Archieballs Did some more LST. Added a CO2 bag (first time using CO2) it will be interesting to see if this adds to yields. Also, decided that the Phlizon light was not performing as seen by the the fact Ultimate 3 is a dwarf compared to the other two so added a Mars Hydro TS 600.

Archieballs Defoliated as well as more LST. The switch to the Mars Hydro TS600 has really done plant #3 good, she’s getting bigger and bushier!!! All is well except when I fed yesterday I forgot to PH the water so I’m hoping that doesn’t cause issues. Any advice on what I should do to negate that would be very welcome!!!

Archieballs Did some defoliation as well as more LST. They are all doing well Ultimate 1 & 2 are further in flower than Ultimate #3 but that is because she was stunted by the use of the Phlizon light at the beginning.

Archieballs All looking good. Did a bit of defoliating. They still have at least 35 days left so still going strong.

Archieballs Missed last week so the measurements for their feeding was for 8 weeks this week they got PH water only 3 liters each. These girls are in their final stretch they will get one more feeding and then start the flush. They get fed or watered every 4 days as needed. Ultimate #3 which has been the dwarf since the beginning has wind burn from the fan had to readjust the fan and move the lights up so the other two don’t get fried. They are looking and smelling good and their buds are coming together nicely. As with the last batch of Ultimates they aren’t sticky yet they seem to wait to really develop that stickiness until just before harvest.

Archieballs These girls are taking their time adding weight!! The last Ultimates I did harvested at day 87 there’s no way they are gonna be harvested at the same time. Ultimate #3 has some real issues her leaves are browning and she’s so stunted for the LST on these girls we used a product called bendz they were these little plastic arches you put on the branches to bend them and I honestly think they stopped the uptake of nutrients into the branches so I won’t be using them ever again!!
