Apprenticegrow420 today one of the girls has popped up for the first time in the night which is awesome! I have given some water with a tiny bit of sensi grow coco A&B but not a whole cup so they only got around 1 feed and I just keeping the Coco moist. i really don't want to over water them

Apprenticegrow420 Seems nothing has changed but they are due a little water soon I'm just leaving the water out to evaporate the chlorine and get it nearer to the room temp. timer has been working in test and now the grow has started so I trust it to turn the light off at the set time and turn it back on. I haven't fed them but I think that's okay because they haven't sprouted yet

Apprenticegrow420 she's coming along nicely! I'm no expert but for what I've done so far I think it's going well. I'm having some leafs curl up a little bit. not sure why maybe to much nutrients? shes got a vague smell of cannabis...I'd describe it as the kind of smell you get on your clothes after smoking but very weak. I have messed up this dairy with dates and that 2 strains didn't start so I'm starting my 8 ball kush to make up for it. that's day2.5 of germ. if anyone has an idea on what this strain is out of the three I originally planted please let me know!

Apprenticegrow420 the plant has grown alot since last time I updated and I'm very happy with its progress but I have noticed some leaves getting browish spots on them. maybe I started the bloom nutrition too strong but we will see. the 8 ball is growing up very well too, that gets 1ml Coco A and 1 mil coco B. the kush will be put under a 50w 3000k cob when that's all sorted in a week or so. also I plan to grow it in veg for some extra time and add more cobs to get a big yeild. I hope!

Apprenticegrow420 been having issues with the leafs. spots and curling are present on the lower leafs, maybe it's due to them not getting much light? she might be starting to flower but I'm not sure yet.

Apprenticegrow420 The big plant has started flowering on its own so it's definitely an auto so it could either be blue cheese or blue mammoth! it's doing well but the bottom half of the plant isn't doing well at all, it's dry and crusty but the rest is okay so I'm just carrying on as usual. the 8 ball is coming along really well considering the lights are more on the bigger one. I added a 50w cob led that'll I got off eBay and i added an old heatsink and fan to cool it, it's a 3000k/3200k warm white 50w but draws 35odd at the wall ,it was really cheap to put together. so far I'm really enjoying the journey and experience of growing my own :) the cost so far has been much less than I'd thought. what with electric and set up costs but Im keeping them to a minimum so I don't need to expect huge yeilds to make back my investment

Apprenticegrow420 Fed her yesterday evening and she's doing okay still :). I can't see alot of progress but she's definitely changing, it's been pretty hot recently and humAidity is 30% despite my efforts of using cut open old bottles to raise the number lol. I also took some of the 'dead' crusty leafs off the bottom as they flake away when I go near it anyways. P.s I swapped my intake and outtake fans around so it draws more in and less out.

Apprenticegrow420 she's going slow and steady but changing week on week from my view and she seems fine with the feeding and water I'm giving her. she got fed with the nutritional mix you see above staring from 3 days ago and she was also fed yesterday. Inbetween I gave her around 1lr of ph'ed lemon water as it gets very hot and can get very dry in the location I'm using. I also have 2 more 50w cob LEDs in red colour to boost the flowering power that are winging their way from China so 1 munf derivery ;)

Apprenticegrow420 she's outgrown her home so I had to make something and and used the spare shower so she's got head room again. really thinking about cutting all those big fan leaves off. she has better temps and better air flow so I think it will be okay. not light tight but I can only work with what I have until more funds become available as I still buy my weed and I take money from that to put into this to keep it going. I think it's doing really well but I'm biased ;) she gets fed everyday as her pot is always light and dryish when I check but if I think it's not time I skip one day. same with the 8 ball as I don't want root rot!

Apprenticegrow420 the buds are forming with white hairs all over the plant! I obviously started the flowing part of this diary prematurely as I am impatient lol but im still letting her do her thing. her feed is stronger now and im wondering what bud nutrients would be beneficial at this stage? im still waiting on more cobs to come so I can rig up another light! quick update.... Added 50w red cob. hasn't made much visible difference, will leave in anyway and maybe add the other red one and white one in but might just save that for next time. Also stuck my hooter right in the top bud and it smells 100% like cheese! :D. So out of the blue mammoth, red dragon freebie and the blue cheese, the only only to make it in the first germ was the cheese and it is doing really well I think considering im winging it lol.

Apprenticegrow420 she's been trimmed right back as all the lower branches and bud sites are a waste of energy and they keep going brown and dying from no light so I cut them off. it really stands out how lop sided she really is but hey ho the top alone looks tasty. and lesson of turning my plants to give even light is learnt :)

Apprenticegrow420 added a '40w' grow light to add some extra light to the side where the lower buds are. I added in big buds to her feed and stopped the A&B as im running out and also I don't think it will hurt but if I see some problem I'll give her some. not sure how much longer she's got but lots of white hairs on zee zee her but her lower buds need to beef up lol. I got some Royal blunts Rillo to try her when she's ready :). Just went to check on her and sort out the 8 ball the little led light fell as a result of me messing when I should have left well enough alone and took a branch when it fell and half cut another one :( im gutted, I hope it doesn't hurt the yeild too much

Apprenticegrow420 decided to turn the lights off to get pics so you guys get a better idea of how she looks in real life. she getting chopped next week I think! i have given her water mixer with lemon juice and 2mil big bud to get the pH in range, from now till the end she will be water only... that is unless anyone thinks maybe she needs longer but if im completely honest I want her finished so I get my other girl fired up and growing as she's so small. i really think she's ready.

Apprenticegrow420 I think I must have deleted week 13 by mistake at some point as it isn't appearing for me today... I added new pictures of today and updated her height as I haven't done that in ages. im anticipating her to be finished by week 15. I moved her and the 8ball into the tent the other day when I updated 2days ago. the top main cola isn't maturing very quickly at all so I moved the light away a few inches, i read somewhere that it might help. from now on no more big bud as I think I should have stopped that already.. she will get bloom a&b until I flush. overall im just so excited to smoke her!

Apprenticegrow420 she's been having just water for 4 days and I decided to chop the rest of the lower branches off as the buds are completely underdeveloped leafy crap and I wish I'd taken them off ages ago but you live and learn lol. literally she's coming down soon so keep an eye out for her harvest. I know for sure her top main cola is fat and heavy as fuck it makes her wobble lol, I hope that alone will give me 10grams or so dried but who knows what will happen!? I will dry and trim these buds I took off today but I don't expect anything from them apart from a bad taste and a non existent high lol. I weighed them wet without the sticks and it comes to 27.5 but I mean it's not smokable in my opinion I just should have chopped them off ages ago along with the others, so she could use her energy more effectively on the bigger buds higher up. let me know what you think in her final week count down! it's the final countdown! :D *update* I have harvested some of her. the wet weight of the buds is 28.9 with some leaf left on. I have them drying in a different room laying on cardboard, I'll weight it in a week won't be alot by then but still something. the rest will be pulled down after she's done flushing as she's still green, I think it will take extra time lol. I will update with the pictures in the final Harvest week :) happy growing everyone

Apprenticegrow420 okay so as you can see I have harvested all the lower branches like I said i did in the last week update. i knew it would be terrible smoke but I did smoke it even so and it's ok, I have bought worse from the street lol. she's been watered when needed to flush but today she got 4ish litres for her final drink, once shes dried up her pot she will then be put on her own for her last 48hours alive to be in complete darkness and then she's on the block :D today I took another from nug near the top as im so eager!( weighted 8.8 grams wet) it's very hard for me to not ruin my efforts at this stage because I could have harvested last week but it wasn't time then and it isn't time right now. im a weak person and have little will power and I want everything yesterday :/ I am learning good things come to those who wait , especially with Mary Jane. I can give her longer as I have noticed she is still fattening up slightly and maturing in her own time and I think the water only is giving her the freshness she needed from always taking neuts on and not getting a break from me with the big bottle lol. I also found a cool way to hang up my crop... using shower curtain rings with a little crocodile clip on. had loads laying around with the idea to hang up wire with them or something but they work fantastic to hang up buds from the stem. stay tuned in the the last episode of First grow ever! and thank you to everyone who's stopped in to give advice or wish luck! it means alot and i feel very welcome in this community. thank you all
