1 AK48 Auto

Newbie_Grower Just the beginning. H2O for next 4 to 5 weeks. New soil mix added 1 cuft of mushroom compost and one small bag of perlite along with 2 parts natural organics soil and 1 part ocean breeze. This grow I am going to see how long I can go with out having to add nutes. Time will tell.

Newbie_Grower Start of week 2 Same routine....Check and water. They look good and are liking the t5 4 bulb. AK is going to need a little training before long. No nutes are being used during veg. Figure my soil should provide enough nitrogen and other minerals for most of the grow. Atleast that is what i am hoping for. Well 14 days in and the Wonder Woman is struggling but the AK48 Auto is doing good even after topping it. Moved it over to the tent 20/4 for now. Dropped 2 more WW, Candy Cream and Early Skunk. Just in case!

Newbie_Grower AK48 got transplanted today and will moving to its permanent home tonight, Topping it went well time to start some gentle training, My Wonder Woman still looks funky. But I also popped 2 more for back up. Hoping to move these plant to the tent within the next 2 weeks.... :)

Newbie_Grower Trained and topped at this stage. Just short of week 5 veg. Already showing pistles so it looks like we are going into pre bloom. The Wonder Woman did not survive the trip. It was burned by to much mushroom compost in my soil mix. Live and learn! So I decided to take a different approach. I am running aeroponics now except on my auto flowers. So the Wonder Woman has been re-popped now I have 2 healthy ones in my aeroponics setup. So easy to build.

Newbie_Grower Well its been a long hot summer and i got very busy. So i'm back updating everything. My AK48 is getting very close to harvest. Light aroma very dense buds. It short and stout and thick buds throughout! For a plant in a 3 gallon bag and only 15in she's a bruit. I stunted her by accident with hot soil at young stage. newbie is my name...

Newbie_Grower It was an easy grow, harvest was small due to plant only being 9in tall over all. The buds were mature but light and airy. Not sure if stunting the plant caused the buds to not dense up. I have plenty of light which shouldn't be an issue. I'm going to try bud candy or some other bud supplement to help in the process. Overall score of a B- for stunting. Smokes good just needs to cure now.
