Gelat.OG/Amnesia Fast; Seedsman

Mr_Dior21 So my goal is to grow 2 gelat. OG and the initial germination only 1 sprouted. So I started another gelat OG seed I also found a bag seed too so I figured why not. I sprinkled mykos soaked in water for a day then moved to wet paper towel for another day sprinkled mykos on then. The gelat OG seed sprouted within 2 days I then planted in soil with fresh mykos.

Mr_Dior21 I started 4 gelat seeds I think my soil mix was too “hot” and it killed off the seedlings. Anyways I found some of the coco coir pellets for starting seeds so I went ahead and started 2 amnesia fast seeds both have successfully popped. My Gelat seed was stretching out bad so I had to repot, I also wrapped the base of the plant in a circle and then put soil over which has significantly shortened it.

Mr_Dior21 So this is about week 2 1/2 I’m sorry the original seeds I started didn’t pull through so I started all the new ones so I’m not accurate on time with you guys but I have the actual dates, times, marked and noted for myself to keep track of growing. I was tempted to water with molasses but I might push it a bit longer for the Gelat. OG the other 2 amnesia FAST strains still have a bit they’re about 2 weeks old maybe 1 1/2 weeks old the earliest. I also topped dressed Wednesday I sprinkled about 1 tbps of MYKOS and covered it with about an 1 inch to 2 inches of worm castings. I’m still learning so I’m learning MY OWN sweet spots of quantity’s and variety’s so I’m testing new hypotheses and checking with notes taken. Hope y’all are smoking fat! 🔥

Mr_Dior21 Been a good week I’ve been occupied with my other plant so I’ve really just been letting these babies do their thing. A few days ago I had the plants stacked on a cardboard box long story short don’t do that lmao. It got soggy and collapsed, dropping 2 of my plants. So the bigger plant is Gelat.OG it’s about 3 weeks old and the other 2 smaller are the Amnesia FAST strain which are about 2 1/2 weeks old. My diary is off because the original plants I started off with died off due to “Hot soil”. My soil now is good to go for further transplanting tho! Haven’t been feeding anything because I fertilized the soil but last week I did add about a sprinkle of Mykos and added a 1 inch layer of worm castings. I realized that gardening organically it’s okay to fertilize earlier than usual because it takes a quite a bit of time for different fertilizers to break down and be absorbed by the plant. So when I do my first topping I plan to fertilize for the first time with other amendments other than listed before.

Mr_Dior21 This week has been great I got my PH meter and my TDS meter as well. I can finally start checking. The ph from the tap ranges from 7.3-8.7 so I’m glad I can give the right amount the first time around I PH’d at around 6-6.3 for all 3 plants I wanted a lower ph the first time because of the higher amounts of ph before. Sometime soon I’m going to start training. Oh I topped the gelat as well I’ll be topping the rest soon also.

Mr_Dior21 This week has been good I topped dressed several days ago. I applied 2 tbps for all top dressings which included: azomite, kelp meal, gaia green 4-4-4, and bone meal. I topped all of that with a layer of about 2 inches of worm castings. I’ve been tying down the branches of the gelat plant so the other 2 amnesia FAST girls can catch up. For the past week I’ve tied down both Amnesia FAST girls by bending them over and every day or so, I would move it clockwise and tie it down. Today I’ve untied both, I’m gonna wait before I start tying them like the Gelat plant.

Mr_Dior21 I’ve been pushing my patience this past week with these plants. In the end I want some massive colas. So this week I haven’t done nothing but water and make sure it’s in the PH range I’m usually between 6.0-6.5 on average it’s hitting around 6.3. My run off was acidic for a while but now I finally got it to a 6.2 range which I’m happy with. Right before I took these pictures I super cropped the taller branches. I think in about 2 weeks I’ll switch it to bloom.

Mr_Dior21 This week has been all about shaping the plant. I’ve learned from last that the colas weren’t the same height, because I let the plant do it’s things with just a bit of training. Now I know what to look for so I’m trying my hardest. I top dressed this week with crab meal, Gaia green all purpose 4-4-4, insect frass, kelp meal, bone meal, azomite, and covered it with a healthy serving of worm castings (about an inch to 2 inches). All of which was sprinkled on all the chopped and dropped leaves/branches. I believe in adding biomass to soil, especially for an indoor growing who is money conscious. Doing that can help save me money going back to the store for more soil.

Mr_Dior21 Sad day growmies, I done F’D up. I got cross faded 2 weeks ago and messed up on a home made pesticide mix going too strong on the organic chemicals and not enough on the dilution. My dumb ass didn’t dilute at all actually lmao. I killed off 1 plant and left only 2 tops of the magnificent Gelat OG. Now I only have one amnesia fast that took those Chems like a fookin champ, she could take on khabib and avenge the notorious if she wanted too shit. I learned my lesson I gotta be on those dilution ratios!
