Third Grow. First of 2021

Pitchplus Cookies goes faster and higher. Anyway everything goes well, à lot of very nice leaves. Go to bigger pot of 14L, final house for my girls. The become very strength.

Pitchplus It's seems that they love their new house. So let's go for the flowering period. It was very fast for them to show pistils. 4 girls as I expected. Will really good check the blue gelato because I always have hermie signs on previous grow.

Pitchplus The buds site begin to appear. I will try to work with a net this time. I have 1,70m box high so with the hps distance to lamp I have to work with the lst for the one who grow to big. With the net I can let grow the main bud in a corner of the box, out of the heat of the hps, and then the canopy comes to the good high for maximum light. I had to do the same (with elastic and strings) with amnesia Lemon and Lsd on my first grow. Purple punch is a little bit smaller that's why I let her in the middle ;) Cookies kush so huge :D

Pitchplus Little work to cut some branch that we call in French "gourmande" and some of the oldest leave that got no more light. I cut 2 male flower on the blue gelato (I knew this strain that's why I always check her every day) but it seems to be the only one by now. Pistils is coming very fast :D

Pitchplus Buds grow incredibly fast. I notice that the purple punch as already begin to change is color. Cookies goes bigger and bigger :D

Pitchplus It was very hot outside this week, so I try to manage the temperature with a supplementary Fan outside of the box and all windows open. So I managed to keep between 29 and 31. As I wrote, we have lost about 15 Celsius outside, so the temperature is quite normal now (22 - 26). Buds development is really good. The color of the purple punch is fantastic 🤩 and the trichomes production is really high. Was also the time for the green sensation to enter the show, so from now I expect more and more trichomes and buds.

Pitchplus Colder and wetter outside this week. Temperatures drop at this stage isn't bad I think. Purple punch color is absolutely wonderful. Smells are very exciting. They all begin to fat the buds.

Pitchplus Great week with right temperatures outside so inside too. The color of the purple punch is incredible. Buds inflate slowly but surely. Smells become stronger and more and more exciting. It will be hard to wait again at least 2 weeks. Fortunately, the "illness" (I'm not very sure what it is) comes only on the Lsd, and it seems that she's hurry up to finish because of that. Please check my grow question and leave your opinion ;)

Pitchplus I Guess you might have heard about bad weather and water everywhere in Belgium. I'm living in that region so very unlucky with this shitty weather. End of flowering + Big buds + more than 60% humidity for at least 5 days = Botrytis. I have to cut the main buds of Cookies, Lsd and Blue gelato. The others secondary buds looks healthy. If it's stop right now I just lost about 25% of my harvest on each plant (except Purple Punch which is still very great and healthy). That's a pity but still better than lost all my plants. Will analyse every plants 2 times a day till the end. Humidity levels getting down now (35% yesterday). Flush have begun on the 10 for CK, PP and Lsd. I think I will have to cut 3 or 4 days earlier depending on the weather. I hope this will not affect others buds and quality.

Pitchplus I really think that the bad weather conditions I have at the end of flowering has affect the quality of this strain. That was the most affected by the botrytis so I think I lost a lot of quality with that. Fortunately I've got 3 other plants.

Pitchplus The grow with this purple punch was quite easy. Just the bad weather conditions I have in late flowering brought some botrytis on the main bud. Really good strain with fantastic colors.

Pitchplus When I begin to grow, I decided to take this strain because it's recommended for an easy to grow for newbie like I was. Have had every time good weed quality, smell, taste and effects, but also a great outcome with both too. So I really recommend this strain if you're a beginner grower.

Pitchplus Again some hermie signs this time but much lower than the first one. Really easy to grow. Again some very nice colors at the end of flowering.
