Solo Cup Challenge (FCC)

Donbehzad Start of week 1 No nutes just spring water every other day.

Donbehzad Start of week 2 In this week, i will feed my plant with ph balanced water plus calimagic. The plant seems to grow fine and strong.

Donbehzad The plant reacted well to the feeding schedule and Calimagic that I gave last week by watering it every other day. In this week, i will add more nutrients and still water every other day. I will also do topping this week.

Donbehzad Two days ago i topped the plant after the 5th node and its seems to be doing fine, no signs of stress or stunted growth. This week, i will do LST (I already did today) and monitor the growth of the plant and maybe do more LST until every stem gets proper lightning.

Donbehzad Been busy last week didn't have time to update week 5. Main stem was split in half and got detached, i tried to fix it and it recovered but not completely so i top it instead. Overall, it seems to be fine and it grows taller than I expected.

Donbehzad Its stop growing in height up to 27 inches and its now on flowering phase. I defoliate big leaves that block light for the lower part.

Donbehzad In this week (week 8), daily monitoring of humidity and temperature is a must. Remove leaves that are blocking the bud sites so the light would get to them. Monitor leaves if they are reacting good or bad from the nutes.

Donbehzad They three tall stalk are starting to get heavy and slowly falling so i had to tie them until i get my scrog net

Donbehzad The buds are developing getting bigger and pistils turning dark color. I had to tie the three stems because its falling already.

Donbehzad I got busy last two weeks ago so I didn’t have time to update my grow. Two weeks ago i went out of town and missed one day without watering her then when i came back all leaves wilted. I didn’t cut the leaves immediately cause i was hoping it will recover but after a week it goes dry and only the lower part recovered. So after a week i defoliated all leaves and wait for the buds to ripen but because of what happened it didn’t develop well and all buds are almost dry and all sugar leaves are dry. This update (week 13) is the day of her harvest.

Donbehzad My first solo cup grow, didn’t do any style or technique like the traditional solo cup. I let it grow on its own and it grow more than I expected, I didn’t think the cup can sustain that huge plant but it did. But it didn’t do well in buds development but then again It was my fault. Overall, the grow was easy and interesting. Next stop: smoking!!! 😂
